Charming Avocado House. Tasty food with a home style vibe. Servers are friendly and nice. Its a small house so it can be crowded inside. Lots of outdoor seating and perfect for kids to roam around. Parking is limited. Ordered the tri tip and eggs, eggs benedict , tri tip wet burrito and pancakes. It taste like grandma's cooking.

We decided to return here for breakfast and we were impressed with the service this time around. Surprisingly it wasn't busy for a Friday morning and we ordered quickly. I wanted to try their Mexican dishes so I opted for the pork chorizo, eggs, beans and potatoes. The beans were delicious and overall I was happy with my dish. My son ordered the cinnamon swirl French toast and he loved it! If you're in the area, I recommend checking this cute restaurant out. All of their dishes are cooked with avocado oil and they even sell the oil.

My group had the breakfast burrito, huevos rancheros, and the chilaquiles with added tri-tip steak. Everything was delicious, full of flavor, and served hot. The service was fantastic! Great portions, friendly service, and definitely a place we'd visit again!

Firstly, the food was amazing and was very flavorful! I'll definitely be returning soon. From the time we ordered to the time the food came out was only about 7 minutes which is amazing! This was my first time here, and the worker that took my order, Alexa, was very positive, bright, and helped me decide on what to order. The interior is very cozy and makes you feel at home. If you're in the area I would definitely recommend to come and try this spot out!

This restaurant is the cutest little café. If you drive too fast, you will miss it! Their parking area is extremely small, but they do have overflow parking. They have inside and outdoor seating. The inside is rather small and it's first come, first serve. The line was extremely long, so be prepared to wait. Completely affordable restaurant. The best breakfast I've had in a long time. Their waffles were to die for, and I cannot wait to have them again. One waffle, you can definitely share, it's huge! All of the staff were extremely kind, and everyone had a smile on their face. I will be back!

Came here for a team breakfast with my work on a Thursday morning. They have limited parking at the front, but can park next door so there is more than enough parking. It is a cute little place that you can easily drive by and miss. The outdoor patio seating area was nice and refreshing, it gave it a feel as if we were doing a picnic. You have to order at the window and the line was very long! My coworker who placed the order was in the queue for about 30 mins! Our food came out at a reasonable time after placing the order. I was confused with my dish because it was supposed to be an omelette and instead I got what scrambled egg whites with cheese on top that identified as an omelette. The coworker next to me also got an omelette and his was a traditional looking omelette. The flavour of mine was 100% bland with absolutely no salt/pepper or anything. There were some salt/pepper shakers on the table. The fruit was fresh. The best part was the lemonade! The lemonade was fresh and perfect for me! Overall it is NOT worth the price or the long queue for the food. I felt like it was pricey when my plate was over $20 and not even what I expected to get.

Avocado House has been my go-to brunch spot in Chino for years, it's a local gem that I keep coming back to, whether it's once a month or every week. Heads up though: they're closed on Sundays, which a bummer for a brunch place, but they're open the rest of the week and totally worth planning around. The vibe here is cozy and super charming. The outdoor seating area is surrounded by greenery and feels like you're hanging out in someone's backyard. It's always bustling, especially on weekends, so expect a line: but the energy is friendly, not stressful. You order at the front (the line is your clue), then find your own table. They give you a little resin character (mine was Sully from Monsters Inc!) so the servers can bring your food right to you. The staff is always welcoming and helpful, even when it's packed. They move things along quickly without making you feel rushed. Once you've ordered and sat down, food comes out fast and hot. Now for the food: the cinnamon French toast is my absolute favorite. It's thick, fluffy, and comes with in their house-made caramel maple syrup on the side that tastes like dessert in the best way possible. I always ask for more because I run out of this magical syrup. The avocado toast is a must, especially if you get it with smoked salmon and eggs. On my latest visit, I branched out and tried the quesadilla with tri-tip, guac, salsa, and jalapeños.. We also split "The Craving," a sourdough sandwich with grilled onions, peppers, and cheese. Super tasty but a little messy: 8/10. Prices are reasonable, portions are solid, and the whole place feels like a love letter to brunch. Parking can be a little tricky, but your best bet is the lot to the left near the optometry office. If it's your first time, go for the avocado toast with smoked salmon and definitely don't skip the French toast. 5/5 every time.

Cinnamon Swirl French Toast

One of the best places to come have brunch! The atmosphere is beautiful. They have indoor and outdoor seating. It can be a bit tight inside. Menu offers a variety of options. They portions are top tier and everything is fresh and delicious. 11/10 for the food and environment.

Me and my family have been coming here for years and its always so good. 1st of all, if you've never been, the place is just very quaint and looks like an everyday house. Like it could be your neighbor's house... The staff is always super friendly and quick to help serve you. Then you get to the food, where you have to order 1st at the counter then seat yourself. All their selections are so tasty and delicious. My favorite is the tri tip breakfast plate, which is always cooked to perfection. Their menu has grown over the years so make sure to check them out and see what new dishes they offer. Only drawback is the minimal parking. Its almost like a sport or competition trying to get parking in their front lot but they have a back lot avail as well. Just make sure to get here early. Love this place.

If you're looking for the absolute best breakfast and lunch spot in Chino, look no further than Avocado House. This place perfectly captures that "nice and cozy" vibe that makes you want to linger over your coffee just a little bit longer. The Standouts The Tri-Tip: You can tell they take their BBQ seriously here. The tri-tip is cooked to perfection right on-site. It's juicy, tender, and packed with that authentic smoky flavor that's hard to find at your average brunch spot. The Pancakes: These are a must-order. They are incredibly light and fluffy, but the real game-changer is the amazing caramel sauce. It's rich, decadent, and elevates the dish to a whole new level. The Experience What really sets Avocado House apart is the quality and the atmosphere. Everything tastes incredibly fresh, and the staff provides great service--they're attentive without being overbearing, making you feel right at home. Whether you're stopping in for a hearty lunch or a sweet breakfast treat, this spot never misses. It's a local favorite for a reason! Tip: If you're torn between savory and sweet, go with a friend and split the tri-tip and the pancakes. You won't regret it.

Almost all the bread is vegan except for the jalapeño & spelt toast. Potatoes are 100% vegan as well.

Walking into the establishment, the atmosphere was clean and organized. It didn't feel chaotic even though they were a little busy. There wasn't much of a greeting when I walked in, but it wasn't a big deal they seemed focused on getting orders out. Pickup was simple and straightforward. Now let's talk about the food. The lobster mac was the highlight. They were not shy with the lobster with generous chunks throughout. That was a major plus. Nothing worse than ordering lobster mac and getting tiny flakes. This one actually delivered. Creamy, rich, and the lobster pieces made every bite worth it. The clam chowder was creamy and had a nice texture, but it was a bit mediocre overall. Mainly because there weren't enough clams in it, and it came without oyster crackers which feels like a must with chowder. Flavor was decent, just needed a little more substance. The sourdough bread, though? That was a treat. They were not stingy with it. Nice chewy texture, fresh, and flavorful. It definitely elevated the meal and honestly might have been my favorite part alongside the lobster mac. Overall, solid experience. A few small things that could improve, like more meat, but the generous lobster and that sourdough bread make it worth coming back.

Conveniently located in the Shoppes at Chino Hills, this is not a large sit down restaurant, but there are a few tables to enjoy your meal. Don't let the size of this place fool you. Great food and service. Jen ordered the lasagna, while I ordered the meatball sandwich. My sandwich was very good. Perfect cooking and taste of the meatball, great sauce and the use of ciabatta bread made the sandwich taste light and didn't take away from the meatball, sauce or cheese. We ordered and spent time on their patio while it was prepared. When ready it was brought out to us. The owner even stopped in the restaurant and checked on us to make sure our dinner was enjoyable. She said they're known for their pizzas, so okay, I ordered a whole cheese pizza and chicken fettuccine Alfredo. She tells me it'll take about 15 minutes for my order to be ready. I waited over 30 minutes and nothing. Not once did someone come out to inform me if my order was ready or delayed. Okay.... the place wasn't busy, there was nobody in line. I go inside to check on the status of my order. Employee sees me and hands me a paper bag that's been sitting behind the counter. As she hands me the bag, she tells me they ran out of fettuccine so it's spaghetti Alfredo... I share the pizza. Nothing spectacular. Friends said Little Caesar's Pizza is better. The chicken spaghetti Alfredo was okay. Chicken was super dry. I wouldn't recommend either. I'll give this place another shot and will try something else next time. But, $40+ for cheese pizza and dry chicken pasta? Not worth it. If the next time it is better, I'll let y'all know.
