Our go to place for breakfast! Always consistent & delicious every time we go. The staff is always friendly & always gets our things we might be needing. We've been coming here since we've moved to Chino 30 years ago! Try their delicious salsa & hot coffee served in your own coffee pot

Jimminy Crickets you get a lot of bang for your buck! The portions aren't to be trifled with. And the dad's comin' off the waitresses lips will have you bantering for your life. Give this place a try, they are down home good cooking and they make you feel like you're a local even if it's your first time in. Restaurant has a lot of parking and the inside is fairly old but quaint.

I ordered the Cheddar Cheese Omelette with Rye toast and it was nicely prepared The eggs were cooked without any "browning" which is a good sign that they were tended to and removed at just the right time to preserve taste of the eggs. The rye toast looked and tasted more like homemade bread in a good way. Can always count on a decent meal here

Flo's 2 is comfort food. Nothing fancy, I did the beefeater and opted for onion rings. Coffee and water. Service was friendly. Check for specials on the board. Ambiance is not a thing here. There is a covered patio that was not in use on our visit. Inside it is all tables no booths. Staff had decorated for Valentine's Day. Prices are low portions are large.

What an amazing find! If you're like me and love finding and old school breakfast diner that serves country style food then you need to come check out Flo's No 2. The servings are large and the food tastes great. Warm and friendly staff, which is not always easy to find now days. Ready for an old school breakfast diner? Look no further!

Flo's was not crowded today. We waited less than 10 minutes. Normally this would have been between 30 minutes to an hour wait. Wife ordered the Flo's omelette. It is the same as a veggie omelette but with sausage. I ordered the country fried steak, egged over medium, crispy hash browns with biscuits and gravy. I wanted them separately because they normally add the biscuits and gravy on top of your hash browns. Food was great. I almost ate it all. The biscuits were moist and the gravy was delicious. The wife also loved her omelette. Service was also great. To be honest, I like going to the airport better just because of the ambience. But we will be back.

This is my fav breakfast spot. The food is spot on every time, they never disappoint. 10/10 stop in. The bacon here is the best. The proportions here are perfect. All the servers are nice and attentive all the time. This place has such a homey feeling inside.

Flo's is a great place to treat yourself to breakfast, as you can see I did in my pic. after a ten minute wait. Stay hungry my friends

Flo's has always been a great place for b-fest. In my pic, I had already eaten 25% of the Paul's Platter. Took most of it home for the next morning. Next time you in the mood for a hearty b-fest, drop by and say 'Hello' to Brittany. She keeps it moving. Stay hungry my friends

    Is this location dog friendly?

Hi Liz. During the cooler weather, only service dogs are permitted indoors. During the warmer weather, we allow all dogs on the patio. I hope this answers your question.

Is this restaurant affiliated with the old Flo's breakfast restaurant in Mira Loma back in the day?

No LoriandChris G. If you mean Flo's Farmhouse Cafe on Van Buren Blvd, we did own it until the early 2000s but sold it. We do not know of another Flo's in the Mira Loma area.

The restaurant and food are definitely giving Hawaii vibes. This is the type of restaurant where you order and pay before they seat you. It took a while to order, but once we were seated our food came out right away. You will more than likely wait in line, but it's worth the wait. They have a lot of staff members that continually check on you at your table. The food is delicious! We both had the loco moco, one with fried rice and one with steamed rice. The fried rice is top tier! We both ordered a side of spam and the Portuguese sausage. Every single thing on our plates was finger licking good, but my favorite thing was my Ube iced coffee. It was delicious and not too sweet which is a huge plus for me. The only downside is that now I want to plan a trip to Hawaii. Lol I highly recommend you go eat at Scramblers Cafe.

Came in on Monday morning around 11, which by all the reviews I was expecting a line, but there was only two people ahead of us. You order your food then they assign you to a table. They have so many options to choose from, to savory to sweet. I ordered the loco moco, which was okay. Personally I don't like sticky rice, the rice wasn't good to me. More on the clumpier side. But the katsu was good. The gravy was a little sweet. Overall it was good. My husband had the Hawaiian bbq steak breakfast, I loved it. It was really good. Very flavorful and filling. I honestly loved the mushrooms. Chefs kiss !!! The lava pancakes were super moist and not as sweet, which was really good. I wish they would have put more macadamia nuts for more crunch. Definitely a MUST TRY !! The Hawaiian coffee was pretty decent. Not as sweet. I wanted it to be a little stronger but it was good. They had seating inside and outdoor. Very clean and spacious. Employees kept coming around asking if everything was okay or if we needed anything. Definitely coming back

My only complaint is that they do not post prices on their dinner menú. Prices seemed disproportionate to quality. FYI there are no prices on the actual menu. Complimentary bread was dense, and butter lacked flavor. For a $50, we got a 12oz pre-sliced, tough ribeye, topped with microgreens and some type of fried green garnish on an oddly shaped plate with a decorative knife that didn't work well. Meat was thin, chewy, and under seasoned. Baked potato was ok for $10. Lobster risotto was very watery with a chewy lobster tail for $26. The most concerning part was my child's undercooked chicken tenders. We got an apology and refired kids meal, but I would've expected a comp'd soda or something for risking feeding a child raw chicken.

A lot has changed, and for the better! I went on a busy Tuesday morning when parking was scarce. I'd keep this in mind if I were planning a group brunch gathering, as alternative parking might have to be considered. Nonetheless, it was no surprise that both their indoor and outdoor areas were busy! One has to order inside with the cashier, and the food will be brought out by a server to wherever one sits. Although it was busy, the line to order moved quickly, and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. I'd suggest looking at the menu before visiting so you don't overwhelm yourself, as they have a variety of breakfast and lunch options. I got the Cinnamon Swirl French Toast with a side of scrambled eggs. The portion of the French toast was extremely generous and memorable. I have never had so much French toast before, and it satisfied my hunger for the majority of the day (as I write this in the evening)! The homemade syrup is rich in flavor and delicious. The staff was observant and caring, which made the overall experience and ambience positive and pleasant!

As a visual person, it did hamper the ambiance for me, especially since I was sitting right next to it. We were the only table that wasn't a couple, and even when it got more crowded, the noise level was pleasantly low. Our server asked us how we felt about salt, which was very much appreciated. AMARETTO SOUR: 3/5. Very sweet, and orange-forward which is a new flavor profile for this cocktail for me. BREAD & WHIPPED BUTTER: 5/5. Served warm. The bread was pillowy soft, and the butter, (which was more air than butter and therefore definitely zero calories), was delightfully salty. BRUSSELS SPROUTS: 5/5. I've been burned by so many poorly done sprouts that I don't order them anymore, but my partner wanted to try it and I'm so glad we got them. Zero bitterness, and crispier than an newly minted dollar bill. OCTOPUS: 5/5. Grilled to perfection, soft, not rubbery. The spices in the romesco sauce were aromatic and punchy. STEAK TARTARE: 4/5. Good. These crostinis were the most crostinis to have ever crostinied. The perfect vessel for the rich steak. MUSHROOM SOUP: 5/5. This is the first time I've found balance between being truffle-forward without being overbearing. Usually I'm done after about two spoonfuls, but all 3 bowls (shared between 6 of us) were cleaned. SURF & TURF: 5/5. Owen's checks internal and external temperature, which means steak is cooked true to the way it's ordered. More impressive is that they didn't overcook the lobster. A moment for the gorgeous blue plates; they are heirlooms, and only 7 of them exist in the world. CHILEAN SEA BASS: 4/5. For me, the radish did a lot of heavy lifting in balancing out the saltiness of the soy vinaigrette and richness of the fish itself. STEAK FRITES: 4/5. Again, perfectly cooked steak. I only had one fry, and I thought it was a damn good fry, but my partner did say it eventually got salty. And he loves his salt. CAMPING TRIP: 5/5. The crust on the salmon, the theatrics of the hot rock, the fresh veggies. It's a classic for a reason. MAITAKE MUSHROOM: 4/5. While it was good, I didn't find myself continuously reaching for more, as I nearly always do with mushrooms. ROBUCHON POTATOES: 5/5. AKA indulgent, buttery velvet. A labor of love well received. STRAWBERRY TART: 5/5. While the strawberries were phenomenal, the vanilla (?) custard was a little heavy for me. My mom inhaled it though. CRÈME BRÛLÉE: 5/5. So good. I don't know when it became normalized to serve crème with an Ozempic-thin layer of brûlée, but thank you Owen's for not doing that.
