Melanie, the in-house designer was AMAZING!!! I am going to start a master bathroom remodel in about a month, and I wandered in with literally no direction on where I was going with a style, except a picture of a shower I liked. She luckily was in between appointments, and wandered with me to show me some popular tiles, and gave me hinest opinions. I left with a full quote on shower tile, shower floor tile, and bathroom floor tile, all in about 30 minutes!! I have to say, I was shocked at the price... in a good way!! So affordable. I have attached a photo in case anyone needs inspo- but seriously, make an appointment (or just wander in) with Melanie!!! read more

Floor & Decor - Bathroom floor, shower floor and shower tile- all cheaper than what I expected to spend!!! - Home Decor Near Me - Fullerton, California

No one answers the phone! I Placed an order online and it's been 3 days and it still has not been fulfilled. I called customer care and they said it should only take 24 hours to fulfill an order. If items are in stock I don't understand why it takes so long. If you want good customer service you are better off going to the Downey location. Also, Downey was unable to speak to anyone at this location when we were trying to place the order at the store. I thought placing the order online would be better, but that is not the case. read more

After being contacted by the care to share team from floor and decor, they made it right, got a full refund for items returned, which included a pending order. I'm satisfied I got my money back, to bad I had to get a different tile due to contractor needing to finish the job. Studio looks frickin awesome. With all the hiccups I gave them two more stars. read more

Our floor sales rep was Yvonne and she was very knowledgable and helpful. She gave us great recommendations which we are going to use in our entryway, laundry room, and first floor. The pricing is super reasonable (the best we came across when shopping around), and they had the exact tile we were envisioning, it just had to be ordered. This would have been a 5 star review if we hadn't had to call to get an update on our order, as they stated that someone called us on 4/21 to tell us our order arrived. We never received that call. Either way, most reps there were super nice and helpful. read more

I came into the Fullerton store and was greeted by a gentleman named Jim not only did he answer every single question I had for him. He talked me through everything and explained why this works better than this. Save me a lot of money a lot of time I want to thank him and floor decor for making my time in their store. read more

My husband and I just purchased 1,600 sq ft of marble for our downstairs and Vanessa made it super easy. The Fullerton location didn't have enough for the job so she located some at another location, plus ordered us additional marble to complete the job. We decided we wanted it delivered so she arranged for our order to get delivered from both locations. Thank you Vanessa for your knowledge and excellent customer service! We can't wait to see our new floors. read more

I wanted to give a shout out to Kaitlyn Miyagawa. I first consulted her at the West Covina store, and when she transferred to Fullerton I switched stores and made my follow-up appointments at the Fullerton store in order to continue working with her specifically. She was awesome to work with! She listened to what type of design I was going for (modern, clean, not too overwhelming, looks expensive) and provided great design advice. Throughout the hectic remodeling process, it was nice to be able to confidently trust her design advice. read more

Updated on 3/11/22 to add: The response from Floor & Decor to bad reviews is ridiculous and cookie cutter. They still won't do anything and keep telling me to contact the third party agency who has already told me there are No Exceptions. Their returns activity report even said "Reason: Not Available". Buyers beware: only buy what you need and don't let the salesperson talk into buying more because returns are free and easy. Not free at all. Cost me over $1300. Or better yet, shop elsewhere. read more

We had a wonderful experience at Floor & Decor. We were able to find everything we needed for our bathroom remodel and replacing the carpet in our living room. It was an absolute pleasure being helped by Josiah. He provided the vision we were lacking, helping us pick all our our flooring and shower tiles. We ran into a problem part way through our remodel where we were left with a two-inch gap between our tiled walls and the ceiling, and he was able to come up with the solution of using marble crown molding to finish off the look. Thank you so much, Josiah! read more

An excellent store for your remodeling needs, but the best part of shopping at this store is Ashleigh. Every time we have visited the she has assisted us with our multiple questions with patience and incredible product knowledge. This place is great. From the numerous selections to its friendly and professional staff the Fullerton Floor & Decor has it all. We have been doing an entire interior home remodel and visited this location several times. Each time, we have been helped by Marco. He has been an incredible help for our project. His knowledge of all the products and what products go with what has been a huge help! He is in my opinion, one of the reasons why Floor & Decor is able to do so well. Thanks Floor & Decor Fullerton for all of the wonderful products that is helping turn our home into our DREAM home. And thank you Marco for all of your help in making this possible. read more

Love the selections and stock options. Someone's always ready to help you, even when you have a very large order.

Just left this location and received excellent assistance from Karla. She helped with getting all the items needed for our small DIY tile project. Thank you so much! read more

The associates are rude and unhelpful. I asked for help and the associate that said he would assist walked away when I finished my transaction. A kind gentleman, who was also a customer, ended up assisting me. read more

So I am planning a surprise project for my mother for her birthday in February by remodeling her bedroom bathroom and kitchen. She's been through so much this past year she deserves it! Anyhow, when going in today to pick up my products for the project I was kind of nervous wondering how I was going to get it all out or loaded into my vehicle but there was a very sweet young lady whom I believe to be a warehouse supervisor, her name tag said Cyn & a warehouse associate who's name tag read Jorge if I can remember correctly. These two were the most kindhearted and helpful people I feel I could have possibly been blessed with to me today. I literally had to do nothing. This was one awesome experience and I want to thank you guy's sincerely! GREAT JOB FLOOR & DECOR! read more

I have purchased wall tiles & tile trim for this place and if you go there and purchase at the store, general pretty easy. If you need to talk to someone via phone.... forget about it. They don't answer the phone and any and all other departments DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE! If your nearby, just drive there, it will save you time and you will keep your sanity. I called to see if my special order trim was delivered and that call took over 45 minutes+. I got so upset that I asked to speak to a manager and was on hold for 20 minutes and some guy from receiving picks up so I asked where my order was and they put me o hold again... believe it or not I'm writing this review as I am holding..... ridiculous! I will screen shot and post of my experience! I don't know if they are short handed or just lazy people working at this store. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

I purchased tile here to avoid the terrible customer service experience of the orange big box store. However, their customer service may be worst.... I didn't think that could be possible until I tried to pick up my purchased tile at this store. They sent me an email saying tile was ready for pick up but I still waited 40 mins for my tile.... And prob woulda been longer if I woulda waited on their time. The woman that appeared to be the manager was less than helpful and passive aggressive during our brief conversation. I'm sorry I purchased from this place! read more

I agree with everyone's opinion about Melanie's talents!!! She is simply amazing! Her customer service and her natural instincts on quickly reading my likes and dislikes made this experience so much easier. I was able to get all my tile work for my two bathrooms in one visits thanks to her!! I did contemplate and giving a negative review because the manager, as she did not directly speak with me, I am not sure of her name. She was rude and unprofessional. When I was picking up the stuff in the back, the hardworking crew was not able to find the vanities and had an issue with a scan Id or something like that. I came to my assumption that was I was sold the display and I asked to speak with manager to clear up what happened. She did not want to speak directly to me, she addressed her crew, as if I was not standing there and when she did address me was only to make a remark, that there was nothing wrong with the display and if I wanted the vanity in the box she can just put it in the box, but that she was not giving me any markdowns!" I was not asking for anything specifically and just wanted to know why did it say it was in stock when i purchased it if it was only the display. Only reason why I did not storm out was because as you all know it is exhausting looking for supplies! But if the manager had the same work ethic and attitude as the employees and especially Melanie's professionalism this store would excel in all aspects! read more

Went to store 10/06/21 and spent $ 3,800 of material which was supposed to be delivered 10/08 then kept having issues getting my items delivered. Cindy, Jose from pro and another gentleman personally got my items delivered. 5 stars for the employees but 1 star for Corporate for putting their employees in this predicament. read more

A big thank you to Ryan and Cierra for the help in a return of excess flooring. I was past the 90 days due to an illness of my installer. I received a store credit card. I so appreciate the help I received I will definitely be back to purchase more from this store in Fullerton! read more

Just an update as of Oct 10th no one has contacted me from the corporate office nor the store. Again if you look at their reply... thanks for the review and someone will be getting to and replying to your email... Sorry to say almost 2 months later nothing just shows you there commitment to customer service. Before you buy from here "revaluate" read more

Staff was nice and helpful. Had to return some backsplash I decided not to use and change the design. Ashleigh helped me choose a really nice updated design and all the extras I needed. I really want to thank Ashleigh for all the help and input she gave me. The tile I bought was not all available in the Fullerton store, I prepaid for the tile and drove to Downey Floor & Decor to pick up, however the employees at the Downey store were not as pleasant as the Fullerton store. The cashier, Andreah might have been a new employee, she didn't seem to helpful or friendly.:( Thank you Fullerton store and Ashleigh!!! read more

Melanie DiMeo in the Design Department was very helpful and patient throughout our bathroom remodel. She had some great design ideas and really took the time to make sure we had everything we needed. I've tried working with other so-called "designers" from competitors but Melanie is the real deal and a true professional. This was my first time inside a Floor and Decor location and will definitely be back, as long as Melanie can assist. She is the best! read more

When you talk about selection of flooring, this place has it all!!! They have it all and have really really good prices!! My wife and I had gone to some smaller tile and wood places near the area as well as LA and Glendale. Their were definitely many floors that we like, but prices were too much. We needed about 950sq ft to cover our living room, kitchen and dining room. One day we were driving to get food and saw this store, my initial thought was "it's a huge store, they're going to be pricy" We went in and we were blow away by the amounts of selections of floors!! We decided on a porcelain wood like floor. My wife loves the color blue, so she was definitely very satisfied. They also come to your house for free and give you ideas, wish i new this initially. Regardless we are very happy with the service they provide, products, prices and our floor of course!!! read more

Updating our third bathroom in less than a year so I knew there is only one designer to call-Melanie D.! As expected, her understanding of my needs and style were 100% met. I arrived at my appointment time and in less than an hour-I purchased a gorgeous bathroom mosaic tile for an accent wall, white hand crafted artisan subway tiles, and a beautiful 30" gray washed oak vanity. I can't wait for my boho chic bathroom to be done! Big thanks to free designers Floor & Decor! read more

I have been here at least 10 times. This isn't a place where you can go in not knowing what your looking for or at least an understanding. Unfortunately, their teams aren't appropriately trained or taught about flooring and the differences in products. Please invest in your teams and educate them as it will better assist your customers. I'm definitely not a flooring professional so I go to a business where I expect them to facilitate what I need for a project. This should be common rule of thumb in any profession such as a mechanic, nurse, fast food worker etc. There are scant employees and often I wait excessively for assistance although I'm aware one customer question can be lengthy. Hopeful there will be knowledgeable well trained teams next time. read more

Ethan Dougan was great and totally helped me with my design needs. Be warned! Do not order their products online and expect them to accept returns. You would think a corporate store would have better return policies. Order two sample boxes because they did not have it in stock, per suggestion of their floor rep. Went with an in stock item because it takes them 2 weeks to deliver and tried to return these boxes only to be turned away. Now I am left with two boxes of unusable flooring that I don't know what to do with. ‍ read more

I came in during the work week on a recommendation from my tile contractor. It wasn't that busy, so the sales associate attended to me promptly. I was feeling overwhelmed by all of the options in this massive store, but she put me at ease, pushed my cart as she guided me around, and wouldn't let me lift even one item! She knew precisely the materials I needed to refinish my fireplace and made a great recommendation to purchase the stone enhancer. I opted for the Beachwalk ledger stone and travertine for the hearth. I thought the total cost of materials was reasonable (under $300), and we love our updated fireplace. The only issue was that I had to exchange a box of travertine tile because several pieces were broken upon opening the box. I highly recommend checking the merchandise before walking out of the store. It was an inconvenience for me to return to Floor and Decor because I'm pretty far away. The exchange process was hassle free though. I wish I remembered the name of the girl who helped me. She was so knowledgeable, kind, and had Herculean strength! read more

A huge shoutout to Melanie who helped us in selecting a more suitable and economical option for our fireplace makeover. I have been spending the last two months completely renovating my house and after searching through many different stores day after day I have found that the best looking floors and tiles at the best prices are at Floor & Decor. But that's not what this review is about. This is the story of a particularly helpful employee there named Melanie. I had bought the laminate for my flooring but they did not come with any connectors or stair noses so I was scouring store after store trying to find something that could match my floors. Upon entering the Fullerton Floor & Decor, I showed Melanie a sample of my floor and asked where I could find connectors and stair noses to match. Whereas other employees at other stores had simply pointed me towards the section they were at, Melanie personally walked me to the section and then started searching through the inventory herself to try to find me a good match. We were able to find some connectors that matched but when we couldn't find any stair noses she scoured through her computer to find some that were the same color as the connectors. She found some in a store in Northern California and personally called them (waiting almost an hour online) to have them do an inventory check to make sure they had them. And when they finally got back to her with a yes, she offered to have them shipped to the store for me. Something she would have to personally make the order for. And then weeks later when the shipment was taking longer than it should have Melanie personally called them again to get it shipped without me even asking her to do so. So this review may be more of a glowing endorsement of Melanie at the Fullerton Floor & Decor but my bottom line is that if you want great looking flooring at a good price I would recommend Floor & Decor. And if you want fantastic above and beyond service when you go there, definitely ask for Melanie. read more

What a GREAT Experience: My wife and I were recently looking for flooring. I stopped in at Floor Decor. CYN helped us and did a great job. Even when I challenged her. I thought renovating our new home would be fun...it's NOT. Too many choices and flooring/tile are much more expensive than I could ever have imagined. That is until my contactor turned me onto F&D. Not only did I find a very similar tile for our huge master shower for 1/2 the price, YES 1/2 but I was able to tile my master and guest bath for the same price that I thought I was going to have to spend on just the master!! The big bonus for me was SARA(SARAH) I'm sorry if I've misspelled your name. She was terrific in helping me choose the right colors, ribbon, trim, texture, size and was professionally honest when I was making a wrong decision. She knows her stuff, I finally saw the light at the end of the tunnel with her help. It was worth the 1 1/2 hr. drive out there and I didn't cringe whatsoever at the check stand. I saw someone gave them 1 star b/c of no returns?? My receipt says 90 days and that is what they stand by. It sounds to me that it was his workers that made a mistake not F & D. THANK YOU and KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK read more

I would give -5 stars if I could. The manager Crystal has the worst perspective on what it means to run any business. She basically told us none of her employees want to work and she doesn't want to "overwork" her employees but has no problem making us do it. Apparently I work at Floor & Decor now. Just ridiculous how this seems excusable as a way to justify a failing organization. I've never seen such complete and utter trash of service. Guess we should start blaming covid for making people lose sensible ethics. read more
