The slowest people ever . Stood in line for 20 minutes behind only one person ... waiting, waiting, waiting. no one said one word to me . Finally decided to help myself and got someone to help me. I purchased one small bottle , this is the receipt I got . Please care about the environment Ferguson, feels like you are trying to hurt it .

I prefer not to wear a mask, but that was no problem. Rob came outside and took my order. After a few minute wait, he returned with the exact part, let me pay in cash and I was on my way. (Yes, I gave him a tip.) I suggested to him a positive Yelp review, but he said, "you don't have to do that.' Yes I do, especially because he clearly went out of his way and accommodated me in a courteous and professional manner. All public-facing people can learn something from him. Though there are plumbing supply stores closer to me, I'll make the trip back to Ball Road. Thanks, Rob!

Jacob was in-store and super helpful - was able to find my item within seconds, opened the box, and asked me to check in-store to confirm satisfaction. I had been told by a appliance company for a week that they had no idea where they could find this part and how long it would take to get it, but within 5 minutes of me deciding to walk into Reliable Parts myself just to see what I could find, I had the part in hand for a fair price. This is now absolutely my "go-to" parts store in all of Orange County, I've moved around the country for 25 years in the military, and I can honestly say I've never found a place this useful anywhere else in the US.

The work is dirty and he left a mess on our kitchen floor... twice. 2. Ensure all is working before leaving. When my parents very old dryer stopped working, we reached out to that company and asked specifically for Fedor. When we found out, he no longer worked for the company, we were very disappointed. I just randomly put Fedor's name into yelp, and luckily his name came up as he just started his own company. We reached out to him and we're very happy to find that he was the same person and we hired him to fix my parents dryer. He came out in a timely manner to see the dryer and diagnosed it. He could've charged an arm and a leg to fix it but he was honest with his diagnosis. He ordered the parts which weren't easy to find on hand as the dryer is very old, but he got the parts within a few days and now the dryer is running great again. Fedor is an absolute gem in the world of appliance repair and he is the only person we would go to for help on any of our appliances. He also gives free estimate which we find beyond helpful. One for service, four for merchandise…read more After I bought something, they never offered to help carry it out despite it being an awkward piece. At every HfH I've ever been to which is now 7, this and the San Jose store have the same level of I don't care type service. I asked if I could use a cart, they say yeah and pointed to them. I tried to put it in the cart and the top fell because it's awkward. They laughed at me, rather than HELP a customer. I stood up and said do you guys help people to their car? The woman, who had a nasty attitude from jump said to the man "do we still help people to their car?" (they are nowhere near closing time) and he said yes. He carried one half I carried the other. He didn't say a word. He also had laughed after she said something when I dropped the top. Not sure what's going on in her world that's she is so unhappy and needs to project it onto others while at work, and disappointed in him for following her lead, but in any case, that is never how you should treat a human or any customer. We had zero exchange prior, so not sure where her energy is coming from but not ok to emit negativity. The merchandise is nice. They have a good selection and pricing is reasonable. Small location so probably have to catch these guys early to get the hot items. Parking is limited. Not sure I'll be back, there were two other very nice women I interacted with that were super helpful. One Filipina I believe and one maybe white or latina and tall. The woman behind the register was latina short story and the gentleman was tall dark haired and also Latino. Sharing as I imagine the head manager of it's not that woman may want to know. The gentleman who helped also seemed like he was the manager so there's that. Hopefully someone in charge with some mature sense can read this and coach them to be better humans.

We purchased a dishwasher directly from this business. On the original delivery/service date, no…read moreone showed up and there was no communication, so I had to call and reschedule. Exactly one month after purchase, the dishwasher broke down. It was still under their three-month guarantee. What followed were numerous texts and phone calls from both my husband and me. My husband was asked to text a copy of the receipt, which he did, but no one followed up. I also texted the service contact and his supervisor with no response. At one point, my husband went to the store in person and found it closed. A service visit was eventually scheduled. I made sure someone was home and paid for the service, but no one showed up. After going in person and speaking with the service coordinator, we were given another day and time. Again, the technician did not arrive as promised and ultimately showed up hours later with the wrong address. After the visit, when we ran the dishwasher, water spilled onto the floor. We were told they would need to return again. This entire experience occurred while the appliance was under guarantee. Clear communication, honoring scheduled appointments, and properly completing service would have made a significant difference. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer service and follow-through.
