Fedor, the owner operator came by to look at my refrigerator and it appeared to him that the damper was not working properly and that was why the refrigerator side was not staying cool. Couldn't fix that day cause he needed to order the part. Came by two days later and I told him that it had been working fine since he left, and that got him to thinking, and he discovered that it really wasn't a bad damper. It had malfunctioned but only because the gasket on the refrigerator door was defective and not keeping warm air out from the room. So instead of putting in a new damper, and then saying also you'll need to replace this gasket, as some might do, he did the right thing. Excellent Service. Luckily for me, Laguna Woods is in Fedor's service area. I have an old dryer that stopped working--the drum stopped spinning. Since I could spin it by had, I figured the belt needed to be replaced. Fedor was very responsive, doesn't charge a "service charge" and showed up on time for our appointment (the following day).
