Artem was great! I was having a problem with my dishwasher and the home warranty tech refused to even look for a cause. Artem was able to stop by the same day and get the motor to run. Thank you! read more

Artem was great to work with! He was able to take a look at our dryer the same evening I reached out to him. He took care of ordering the parts and completed the repair quickly. Artem did a great job! He was on time and is very knowledgeable! We'll definitely call him in the future.

I ran into two separate issues: one with a leaking washing machine and the other relating to our dishwasher. Artem was prompt in replying to my messages, and made an appointment shortly after. He diagnosed our washing machine issue as a drainage problem, and also was able to point out the issue with our dishwasher within 2 minutes. Both issues would need to be addressed by a plumber, but Artem provided a reference and so he didn't actually need to fix anything on his visit, but he pointed me in the right direction. The diagnostic fee was also very reasonable, and it covered both the washing machine and the dishwasher. AJ Appliance Repair provided professional and courteous service, and I would gladly contact them again for any future appliance repairs. read more

Artem is the best. I booked appointment on Yelp and he was able to come out to my residence same day 12/23. My washer and dryer needed repair. Washer was repaired same day. I had to put a deposit down for the dryer repair, as an additional parts order was required. Surprisingly the parts arrived even over the holiday and my dryer was subsequently repaired 12/27. Prices were reasonable. Artem is friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable with over a decade of experience. Will definitely book again should the need arise. read more

Artem has been our go to for appliance repair for years. He shows up when he says he will, gives you an honest quote and fixes the problem. He was there within the hour, diagnosed the problem, got the part ordered and three days later our 20 year old dryer is back in action. He's the best. read more

What can we say about AJ Appliance and Artem. He was the only one who was able to figure out our ongoing issues with our old Subzero. He was very kind, professional, and was just a uber nice human being. Would highly recommend him without hesitation. We've found our goto repair pro! read more

We had called Artem for a problem with our gas range. He had initially responded very quickly when we inquired through yelp. We set up an appointment and he came on time giving us heads up in advance. He resolved the issue very quickly and walked us through the problem. We had another issue for which the part came in the week after and Artem worked on our availability and his to come and fully fix the issue. He used the original parts which he recommended compared to off market and we are very happy with his service. Thanks for all your help in taking care of our issue. read more

I was extremely happy with Aj repair and their professionalism. These days it is not easy finding a reliable service that is fair in price and good customer service. I have a busy schedule at work and they were able to help schedule a repair of my washer and dryer on a day that accommodated my schedule. I have an LG dryer and washer that for sometime has not been working properly and then finally completely broke down. A technician took both units apart and had a drain pump and igniter placed to repair them. I had a bad experience in the past with a different company but this time around I found the right repair service. I highly recommend this company and if I ever have any issues in the future I will definitely reach out to them. read more

I had a fridge repaired by Artem from AJ Appliance Repair. My fridge was leaking and collecting condensation on the left side of the fridge. Within 5 min Artem found an issue with the internal seal and within a couple of days the problem was solved. Super fast and efficient. Also, a really nice bonus, which I didn't even have to ask for, he changed the temperatures to the optimal settings (I always wondered why my freezer ruins the meats). The guy was very nice and friendly. Would definitely call this company again for appliance repair. Thanks! read more

I had a great experience with Artem repairing my refrigerator. My bottom drawer icemaker was not working and was making a terrible noise.. He brought the new original equipment parts with him and had it fixed very quickly. He also did a general overview of the refrigerator to make sure things were working properly. He also reset my temperatures to factory recommended settings. Also, Artem was on time and gave me a 25 minute text message warning that he was on his way! Made planning my day much easier. Artem is an absolute proHe fixed my fridge (it was the evaporator fan motor) quickly and had it running like new in no time. A coworker recommended Artem to me, and I'm so glad she did! Artem totally saved the day. He worked fast, which was a huge relief, and his pricing was very fair, no sneaky fees or surprises, just honest and reasonable rates. My washer stopped working on me last night and after failing figuring it out I began my search on yelp for someone to help me fix my washer issue. I started "a project" on yelp and had a lot of people say they could help with the issue. AJ appliance repair was the only one to actually asked about my washer and the model number to see if it could be serviced/parts were available in a worst case scenario. After hearing about the care rather then just being told a price I knew I had to go with AJ Appliance repair. Artem reached out to me so quickly, let me call him to explain my issue in my own way, and listened. He fit me in the same day because I still had wet clothes soaked in the washer! He let me know when he was on his way. He was so professional, walked me through the process of what was happening and ultimately fixed my problem and it was all so fast. Not only did Artem address my issue, fix it, he also gave me tips and tricks to make sure my washer lasts longer. I made sure to get his card because I will never be calling anyone other than him in the future. read more

Artem has serviced our Speed Queen washing machine twice as well as our refrigerator and we cannot say enough positive things about his work. He is prompt, thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and super capable. We had an issue today that caused our machine to be off balance and collect water and he fixed our problem efficiently and perfectly. He is the first person we thought of to call when the issue arose and we will not hesitate to contact him again if we have another issue with our machine. He's absolutely our go-to guy for all our repair needs. We wholeheartedly recommend Artem-- he is the best! read more

Our dryer suddenly stopped working. We scheduled two technicians to come check out our issue. The first was a no fee guy. He was reluctant to come out on the phone and spent a total of 2 min at our house saying it was a motor problem and we were better off buying new. AJ had told us he would be happy to give a second opinion. Communication with AJ was quick and easy. Upon arrival he was professional and friendly. He spent time taking the machine apart and determined it was not a moto issue, rather one of our rollers had stopped spinning. He fixed our issue within 30 min at a good rate. Glad we found AJ and will be working with him for any other appliance problems in the future. read more
