He may have done right with another man or a head of household, but if you are single and or elderly - don't even bother with this guy. The positive comments on him are probably his relatives. Do you see he doesn't supply a license number on the cards/stickers he leaves you with? He is a scammer! He installed an LG and that part number shows non-compatible with any other brand besides LG! He gave me an exact breakdown of the cost and deducted the diagnosis fee. When he replaced the part, the burners were only a little improved. He said the original regulator did not work correctly. He thought there might be a problem with the gas line, and he came back with an associate that had more gas experience. The line was unblocked, and the burners now work beautifully. The work was done quickly, and Mel & Sergey were very nice. The only downside was that I had to pay by cash or check. Credit cards are not accepted.
