I have numerous issues with this place. -First things that was an issue was the missing information about the need of a waiver prior to the visit. I tried to fill out via the web, per the site's voicemail suggestions. Well, I assume they count on people not reading the content. I did not and will never agree to my likeness nor my children being used as promotional property. Period! Well you cannot complete the form if that box is not checked online. I called the location and the teenager who answered seemed to not even know what the waiver said. He told me that it was for me to know that there were security cameras recording at all times. The staff clearly doesn't know the content of the waiver yet can refuse our entrance for not agreeing to the content. This issue was resolved by completing a paper version and crossing out the clause. The staff member told us it was acceptable to do so but I still wondered why after a 5 minute phone call about the subject they had no paper copies available and made us wait to print more. I JUST, I mean, JUST got off the phone with this location 30 minutes prior and they were not even prepared. -Second is the purchase of their socks at $3 a piece. Not a big deal since I had extra toll money in the car. Yet again a good thing to know prior to arriving, not after I spent 20 extra minutes filling out paperwork and waiting for it to be printed, surprise you have something else we need from you! -Third is the lack of division between the teenagers and little kids. It is open jump, so I get that. Yet i don't get how the foam squares area is designated for 6 and younger but the rest of the place was dominated by 18 year olds playing along all the younger children. My son is 9 and my daughter is 11yrs old. I don't want them landed on by a 16-18 yr old boy when playing. They have the space to divide into older and younger kid spaces but the lack of proper management. I guess they don't see the issue. Well I do. You can't have me sign a waiver for injuries and/or death being at your own risk for my children, then mix them with men who can vote this year at that be at my OWN risk. You must be high!! while playing dodgeball they would team up on the little children then take their time playing the game at their leisure. Completely unacceptable since you pay by the hour. -Fourth and lastly they removed children early due to their clock being fast. I know it should even out... But they looked at their watches and cell phones at the front desk then used the wall when removing the children. This review pertains to the Flight Fit Boot Camp and the facility itself; I have not attended during open jump/kid time... I found Flight Fit through the Class Pass app that I use, and as an avid fitness/boot camp person, I came to LOVE the trampoline-based boot camp class, and was overall more impressed with the variety of jumping surfaces and layout of Flight compared to Rebounderz (Sterling and Manassas), for example. For an $11 drop-in or as part of Class Pass, you can take an hour-long Flight Fit boot camp class on some weekday mornings, and either 7/8/9 on Saturdays. I do wish there were a Sunday class. The instructor I had was great - she was very fit, had fantastic energy, made sure we were safe and following the exercise properly, and motivated us every step of the way. If you think traditional boot camp is challenging and fun like I do, Flight Fit takes it to a whole new level with the added fitness and fun element of a trampoline. Imagine box jumps and tire carries taken to a whole new level, or a warm up that involves jumping from square to square, all to the beat of great tunes, or a "spider climb" up and down the angled trampolines in the dodge ball area, complete with side shuffles and push-ups. You will love this workout if you're looking for something new and you're already into boot camp and other similar workouts. There's an inclusion of weights, some kick-boxing, and other "solid ground" rotations, and the class size is 10+ people (mine was about 18), but there's plenty of room. The facility is clean and well-run. The restrooms and lockers are a-okay, and the safety checks are in place for all guests. Parking is super-easy and ample, and the location is directly off of 495 and very close to the "end" of Fairfax County Pkwy. If you are over 30, please for the love of all that is bright and beautiful, stretch before you bounce. This place is awesome, but if you are even the least bit out of shape you can hurt yourself. (Last time I took my kid there I pulled a calf.) Flight Trampoline Park is exactly what it says, a warehouse filled with trampoline play areas. The include a dodge ball court, a basketball court, a half pipe, a children's bounce area, several place you jump onto airbags, and of course the general bounce area. I love all of them, especially the last where you get the wonderful feeling of weightless soaring as you bounce between sections. Of course, I only go there with my 4 year old, so we go during the little kids time. I have heard that during open flight, things get crazy with guys in their 20's flying all over. So the hubby and I were looking for a fun out of the box date night... And decided to check this place out... We went online and bought a 9pm flight time... after 9pm you have to be 14 or older in order to get a 9pm flight time... The times run until 11pm I think... Moving on... This place is run by a lot of kids... And they are extremely unprofessional... I mean... If I have to sign a WAVER telling me... If I die... You're not responsible I think I should have basic rules gone over with me... Like I didn't even know that I would either have to buy socks or go barefoot until another customer told me... I informed this kid that his was my first time there... And he said NOTHING about anything... Just took my tickets and kept it moving.... Now the jumping was actually pretty fun... We bought a 2 hr flight... Which mean we had 2 hrs to use the facility... They play a lot of hip hop and rap... Which is music that I like... So that was cool... There are a lot of teens and younger adults that go there... But they were all very respectful and well mannered as far as I could see... You really have to be careful here though... You could easily get hurt... But over all I enjoyed the jumping... It's a really good workout... If it wasn't for the terrible customer service I would have given this place a 4 star... I hate to do this, but can only give it one star, mainly for safety reasons. Firstly, there were FAR too many people jumping - many times I saw two kids together on a small one person trampoline. The air mattress section was completely roped off. If you have an entire area closed, obviously your capacity is down and you can't let in as many people or you're going to have overcrowding issues like this. Secondly, parking, and this is another safety issue. I saw several illegally parked cars in firelanes because there are no where near enough parking spots. I called after I had circle the lot for about 20 minutes and asked if they had additional parking anywhere. I was told by the girl who answered the phone to just keep checking until someone left and to take their space. Fortunately my cousin was with me and was able to take the kids in. Otherwise we would have missed our jump time. ( I won't say where I ended up parking, but it wasn't at 7200 Fullerton.). I finally got in 10 minutes after our jump time started. Thirdly, our group was told to wait in the general line even though we had prepurchased tickets and signed waivers on-line. Well, what is the point of buying on-line tickets if it doesn't save you time? This was extremely disappointing as we have been to Flight in Connecticut many times and have always been pleased with how everything is run. We will NOT be coming back here, and I will be discouraging anyone who asks about it. read more

Trampoline park! AWESOME! This is awesome since it is close to where I live. Back then I would have to go to Rebounderz in Sterling. I came here with four other people and we all had fun. I would definitely recommend signing their waiver online so once you get there you can automatically go and purchase your time. When I visited it was really crowded and I was glad that everyone in my group did the online waiver, we skipped a lot of the waiting time and got jumping right away. For $15 an hour it is well worth the price. Pros: + Priced well, bigger and more variety of things to do compared to Rebounderz Cons: + They don't let you wear your personal socks (purchase their branded socks) so it seems kind of unhygienic. At Rebounderz everyone was required to wear shoes that were included in the price of your jump time. + Smelled and soaked in sweat especially in the zones with "air bags" + When I visited the mosh pit, dodgeball and a lot of other parts were closed So come and jump to your content, but be prepared to leave sweaty and covered with other people's sweat if you jump into the bags filled with air. This would not be the place to visit if your a germaphobe. read more

I guess when it comes to this place- you have to ask yourself this: what do you want? If you want to take your kids to a place where they get a good workout in and have a blast- this is it. BUT... do yourself a favor- PLAN AHEAD! You can waste so much time if you drive there on a Saturday or Friday night and don't call ahead- or don't fill out the waiver online beforehand. Why? Because every 4th grader between here and Pittsburgh will be there, with parents in tow, waiting to get a chance to jump... and it may be sold out for hours. They sell jump slots in :30 min blocks, and it can sell out. Made that mistake before. Now- during the week it is easier- you can just show up and there will almost always be time available- and when that happens, and the 4th grade horde is not there, it's a fun time and your kids will love that you took them there. read more

Came on a Friday evening around 7 with family and the kids. Definitely a fun place where adults can be kids again. You'd be surprised at how much of a workout it is just to jump around. They also have multiple areas with different activities using the trampolines like basketball hoops, hills, dodgeball, inflatable jumping area and a foam pit for the young ones. We were lucky that it was less crowded when we began our 1 hr session but it started to get more crowded as it became later which makes it harder to jump around. If you have small kids I'd say it's safest to go at an off time so they don't get hurt or trampled. Adults take up a lot of jumping space. My only complaint would be that the many attendants or supervisors did not seem to be as engaged or attentive as they maybe should be especially with all the little kids running around. However, I am super excited to do it again. Considering coming back with a group of friends for the workout class! read more

I've frequented Skyzone in Columbia MD quite a few times when I lived in Howard Co, but now that I'm out in PG county, I searched to see what there might be closer to where I am. That's how I made my way to Flight. That was short lived - I'll take my talents back to Skyzone for any other outings. First of all, you enter into COMPLETE chaos. There is a clear lack of staff, so there is no one to create some type of order but it took almost 10 minutes before I could even figure out what I needed to do to get started. I had even purchased my tickets online and already filled out the waivers for most of my group. When I finally made it to the register, I told the gentleman that helped me I only had 3 of the 6 waivers printed with me and would need to have the other 3 printed, he told me not to worry and gave me my handwritten stickers that shared my jump time. That's great that they didn't even care about liability. I'm sure their legal team would be happy to know that. There are no locks for lockers and there is tons of stuff just thrown into the cubby area (I made my way back outside and put our things securely in my vehicle). But once you walk on the jump floor, you see the true madness. There are clearly way more people in the place that need to be there. From previous experiences elsewhere, they only allow 1 person per trampoline to prevent injuries. There were tons of people everywhere and even if it was only supposed to be 1 person per trampoline, there was no where near enough staff to keep everyone in line. There were no refs for the dodgeball courts, there was no supervision on the basketball court, and where there was a staff member, they were so young in age, they appeared to care less about what was happening. On one hand, I feel bad for the place as they are obviously overwhelmed. But on the other, I alone spent $125+ for an hour and a half of time. That's more than enough to invest in not only more staff, but staff that are actually there for the well being of the jumpers and can keep the place running smoothly. read more

And fast. * Way too crowded, especially the kid/under 42" area. * Adults and big kids jumping in the kid area... Hello??? I literally had to tell a worker, who was totally spaced out "watching" that area, to tell the parents they cannot jump with their two year old * The bathrooms are on par with those at gas stations. Trash overflowing, stalls out of order, and I kid you not, crap on the wall. Not enough soap to kill those germs. The whole place on weekends is just pure chaos and I was frankly scared to let my kid jump in fear of a husky five year old (or a grown adult) running into him. My friends and I came here on a Friday night for "Club Flight" night, which are on Friday and Saturday nights only. Our ages range from mid 20s-early 30s, and we definitely felt like the old people there, even though we thought it would be a much more mature crowd since they advertise Club Flight as 14+. Who were we kidding, lol! They turn it into a "club," aka dimmed lights and loud music. Anyway, expect a lot of middle to high school aged kids and a huge crowd. There was a minimal amount of jumping room because of all the people, but once you find space you can claim it as your own and work on that jumping cardio. It was a great workout and you'll be sweating by no time. It's $15 for an hour, but if you check-in on Facebook or tag them on Instagram, you get $1 off. You sign a waiver online or on their computers beforehand, and you're good to go. I enjoyed jumping here and thought it was great exercise, but if I go next time, it would be on a weekday after work. I didn't know what to expect because it was my first time there. I was already worried and wondering if taking a 2 and 5 year old by myself to a birthday party was smart. 1. Parking - Parking is limited. I asked this guy outside whom I thought would help direct traffic since he worked there where to park. He said it is tight here and my option is to wait for people to come out or park way across to this other building which would require me to cross a busy road with two kids. I ended up following people leaving to find a spot. 2. Before I could get out the car, the ambulance rolled up to the building and someone had to leave on a stretcher. Talk about nervous as heck. I told myself, welllll, I already committed to going to this party so just stick it out. Besides your little guy will cry if we leave. 3. I walked in and there was no organization what so ever. I was thinking to myself what did I get myself into. The lady told me if I didn't sign a waiver I can stand in this line (which really wasn't a line, it was madness), or I can use my cell phone. I did it on my cell phone instead but there wasn't a nice little lobby for me to sit with my two kids. I couldn't concentrate because of the people and my two little ones anxious to start playing. 4. The lady was nice and put our stuff in a party room which was nice. I can only imagine where my stuff would go if I didn't attend this party. The lady then walked us to the trampoline where the Party was. I couldn't find anyone who was actually part of the party because there were other kids there. It wasn't private. It was overwhelming with two kids to watch because they both are different ages. I was overwhelmed but the kids had a blast I must say. 5. Party Time- there was no place for the parents to sit and it was extremely hot. They put my shoes in a bucket mixed up with the other kids when it was time to go. I didn't like that my kids shoes were placed in a bucket lol. 6. Overall, it's a fun place for kids in the kiddie zone area, but for those moms who have more than one child, make sure you have help, and bring water. Recommendation: maybe go on a weekday vs weekend. The weekend was just too Crazy for me. 3 stars because my kids had a blast. Minus two stars because the place isn't organized (I didn't see any guards or anyone to watch the kids in case something happened) and because it was hot in the party room with no seats for parents after standing in the trampoline room for hours. read more

Love the actual jump area... My son is 4 and under 46 inches so we stay in the little people's section. Most of the time they do a pretty good job keeping the big kids out. He really looks forward to coming here, and I really look forward to the exhaustion that follows. Areas of improvement: Music -- it sucks. Put on some pop, top 40, something other than blaring loud techno that like 3% of population likes. Check In -- When I buy tickets online -- let me get in quickly. Went here for a football Yearend banquet yesterday.It was pretty smooth check in as the team mom sent out the website of where to register. Very crowded dodge ball game and I think it was more kids then it should have been. The seating in this place sucks. The bench where the parents sit to watch the kids, kick my butt literally. Still hurts today! They need to add comfortable seating for parents and maybe some snack would be nice. Basically the most fun I've ever had being a kid. Showed up here just before 3 PM on a Friday with a friend of mine because she wanted to practice some ridiculously complicated gymnastics junk. No big deal; spent the entire time trying to do 360 dunks on the basketball court, flipping into a giant air mattress, and face-planting from attempting tricks way beyond my abilities. I highly recommend going to Flight if you're not too cool to laugh at yourself. Jumping around also keeps your heart rate up, so this is a good replacement for a cardio workout if you feel like mixing things up one day. I run & xfit 4-5 times a week & still worked up a good sweat. $15 gets you 1hr. For all the parents out there, the facility is huge, very clean, and has plenty of staff around. I can only assume that they're in place to make sure the kids are safe, but Flight wasn't very crowded when I went so there weren't any issues. There's also a separate area for young kids to bounce so they're sure to stay out of harm's way. Getting in and registering/signing the waiver was painless. The girl working the counter was very polite & seemed to know what she was talking about. (I have no frame of reference for Trampoline Parks so she could have been making it all up, who knows?). read more

My crew and I (aka the fam) were invited to celebrate the birthday of my friends son here (he was turning 7 and my son is 5). Frist, I want to state that ALL of my life living in the DMV I've never heard of let alone seen this place so I was very eager to check it out (I was more excited than my son!). Upon entry, there was no line (A+ in my book seeing as though we had our 9-month old daughter who gets a little antsy (and so do I)). My son and fiancé were already paid for (my friend purchased open jump tickets for the 7pm-9pm time slot) so they just got their socks and wasted no time going in and jumping (us ladies were on the sideline filming and laughing at the fellas). When we finally caught up to them they were at the "basket ball courts" where they basically stayed majority of the time switching between there and the dodge ball court. The place was generously packed for a Friday afternoon - not too packed where you cant enjoy your experience but had enough kids to where my son and friends son found a friend to play with while there (lol). In the middle of the place is a larger, open space for jumping (and also has a HUGE disco ball in the middle I'll explain that later on in my review) and on the far left side is the kiddie court for toddlers 46" and under and is also where the foam pit is. We weren't aware of the height and age restriction in this area (we honestly didn't see or notice the itty bitty signs they have up), but the boys jumped into the pit until they were politely told that they were in the kiddie area. We wrapped up exactly at 9pm where a staff member kindly got on the loud speaker to announce that open jump was over. My friend mentioned to me that from 9pm to 11pm (Friday and Saturday) the park turns in to Club Flight for teens I believe 14 and older for open jump where the lights are out and the disco ball sparkles (haha!). According to the site they also have a local DJ that spins tunes during Club Flight as well (sounds pretty cool!). I'll definitely keep this place in mind for my VERY active 5yo. read more

Compared to Rebounderz in Sterling... The parking lot can get a bit congested. The wait to get a wristband can be long and there are ways to speed it up. Firstly, if you've never been there before, you can fill out the required waiver on line and from home. That can save you some valuable time when you get there. You can also buy tickets in advance. However, I don't see the benefit of that. You still have to stand in line, and if they are ever so crowded that they won't accept walk-ins, then I would probably want to do something different anyway. They do get crowded, but there are also lots of small niches to do stuff. In addition to the HUGE trampoline area, there are several separate tramp-enabled basketball and dodgeball courts and even some nifty "jump-into-a-large-air-mattress" courts. There are also large blocks of time where only younger kinds can use the entire park and smaller areas reserved for them at other times. Rebounderz only has one small basketball court and does not have the same kind of accommodations for young kids. The tramp areas are also quite different between the two. Rebounderz has two large areas with trampolines and slanted trampoline walls. This place has one HUGE area, larger than the combined areas of the two in Rebounderz, with platforms, curved walls, and ledges that add variety to your bouncing session. On the downside, Rebounderz has a more cheerful, cleaner look and feel. read more

The kids had fun jumping but that was about it... Terrible for a birthday party.. The place was dirty and the staff was very unorganized.. The party rooms where we had cake had NO ventilation. It was awful for the kids especially after jumping and getting hot. When I complained, the management did not care one bit and said this is the way it is.. I feel like this should be against building regulations... We won't be going back there.. At least not for a birthday party unless things change.. read more

We had an absolute blast! $15 for an hour is INCREDIBLY reasonable. At first, an hour seemed like nothing. Our group of 10 adults (late 20s to early 30s) thought an hour wouldn't be enough time but wooo-buddy! We had no idea what a workout that would be! They have "dodgeball", basketball, slide-looking things, blocks you can launch yourself off of, and a foam pit you can launch yourself into! The facility (including the foam pit) is latex free so it is safe for everyone. There is a spot for kids under 46' for safe play. Couple rules to remember: no socks except "flight socks" you can buy there, no double jumping, no sitting/laying on the trampolines! There are (obviously) a ton of kids - some parents were jumping with them but more just sat on the sidelines. Remember that kids have no fear. They will nearly (or actually) crash into you, cause you to fall/fly/crash into the wall/etc. Don't forget to being a water bottle! You will get a workout, whether you mean to or not! read more

We went to the little kid a.m bounce and I went in expecting to hate it. I've read the reviews here and despite trying to be open minded I was just in a bad mood to even be trying Flight Park. I was annoyed at the waiver, I was annoyed at the fact that they don't take Amex, I was annoyed that it took so long to get in. However....despite being completely annoyed with it...I found that I had a great time. My kids LOVED it. They were playing kid appropriate music. It wasn't too crowded. Sure there were a few things closed, but we had a blast jumping around, playing dodge ball, jumping into the air bag and just giggling. Me and my 5 and almost 4 year old had a ball. The bathrooms weren't horrible, it didn't smell like feet, and there seemed to be lots of places to store bags. I shoved mine into an Ikea bookcase nearby where we jumped and kept an eye on it, but it was mostly the Mommy/Daddy preschool set so I wasn't really worried about someone stealing my 3 year old's emergency underpants. It may be completely different on a crowded day with older "kids" but the day we went it was just right. read more

Rip-off. I just dropped more than $70 to jump with my two sons for an hour and a half. The staff is nice enough but nothing is being monitored. We came to this place a year or so ago and the dodgeball was awesome. Lots of people were playing and a member of the staff acted as a referee. Today, there were several staff members around but they were all talking to each other. My boys were totally disappointed. They went to some of the other features only to find they were closed due to damage or, in some cases, no discernible reason at all. After waiting a solid thirty minutes for a referee to show up to dodgeball, I finally just asked one of the staff members if anybody was going to ref. He offered to do it, we thanked him, and then he disappeared without an explanation. I'm not usually one to write a review but spending $70 to do nothing more than jump on a trampoline is ridiculous. This place advertises so much more and they fell way short on their promise. Save your money or spend it on another option. What these guys are doing is borderline dishonest. I could go argue for my money back but life is too short and I'm not interested in lighting one of these kids up. This is an ownership/management issue. It's not on them. I love to come here for the Saturday morning Flight Fit Boot Camp fitness class. I go at 9am. This is a killer workout. Not only are you jumping, running, squatting, and doing burpes on the trampolines, you're also doing planks and weight work on the floors and benches. It's one of the best and most fun workout classes you can do with both cardio and strength. It's $11 for drop in but only around $16 for a two class pass ($8 each). What great value for the price. Oh! And the staff provides free childcare for toddlers in the ballpit while you do your workout class. The only drawback is that they are really bad at updating the calendar and notifying people online if the class is cancelled for a holiday or for the instructor being out of town. I've shown up three times now to a locked door and cancelled class. So, best thing to do is to call ahead. And most of the time, the class is still on. p.s. The female instructor who used to teach this class moved out of town and the new male instructor is just as good. The flight fit classes are on a less regular basis now (only Saturday mornings) instead of multiple times throughout the week, as it was before. read more

My rating is just for the morning Kids Flight during the week. I love it. My kid loves it. We get there around 10am when they open and it's clean, not packed, and the smaller kids get access to the entire park. For $10/hour for each kid with a free parent, totally worth it on cold, extra hot or rainy days. The staff seems pretty friendly as well. I've come for birthday parties on the weekend and the place is just way too busy, bigger kids going wild (in addition to a few adults as well), and it smells from all the people sweating all day. I definitely wouldn't come on a weekend. I'll stick to the weekday mornings. read more

This place was very recently revamped with new attractions. The new additions are great but the layout makes it difficult to visually keep track of kids (especially if you have more than one). While there are several employees working the floor, their presence is useless in some cases. I've been here twice on a weekday since their grand opening. Both times there were less than 10 kids total at the venue. Our first experience was wonderful. One employee took the time to help several kids navigate each section. Today (9/1/22), my niece was badly hurt while the employee nonchalantly watched. He was standing at the top of the space shuttle and watching kids jump down. My niece made her way up. I thought he would turn her away because she is so tiny. He didn't. I ran over to stop her myself but it was too late. She jumped, landed on the mat and appeared to be fine. Oddly, he watched her jump from the top of the mat (which is is high for a tiny 3 year old) right onto the turf beneath her. What the $&@! She was to young too understand there wasn't a mat below her. She jumped thinking she would land on the mat. Everything is black including the turf so she miscalculated. She screamed and was hurt pretty badly. No one moved an inch. We asked 3 employees on the floor for an ice pack before anyone moved. The guy who let her her jump continued to watch. He didn't flinch. Please keep a close eye on your kids here. Some areas are unsafe for small children. Don't assume the employees on the floor are always there to keep kids safe. Some of them couldn't care less. read more

I went to this place about a year ago and recently visited again and it is always a good time. After 9p.m. it is only ages 14 and up and they play music and it is nice not to have dozens of little kids jumping around you. They did change the fact that now participants must buy flight socks, which are $3. That is a bit obnoxious but it doesn't smell like feet anymore! It is definitely a good workout too! read more

Rating is based solely on management of facility, and not facility itself. Brought my two sons here about six time in the course of a month in the summer of 2015. Pros: clean facility, lots of supervision by younger, relatable teenagers. Plenty of trampolines, obstacles, and pens for dodgeball, kids loved it and got a ton of physical activity! Cons: facility management over sells their tickets at times, or misjudged maximum capacity so that the facility is overcrowded, facility management sells tickets in bulk to day camp groups who are ill supervised, and tend to overpopulate the trampoline areas to the point where kids can only jump up and down rather than run the course, cost is quite expensive and only worth the expense when you can move around the facility but management makes this impossible to determine. My biggest beef stems from an incident in which a technical glitch allowed us and several others to purchase tickets when a private party occurred. Management was unrepentant and offered no apology or compensation for having driven out from Alexandria to Springfield. Poor choice on their part. We weren't looking for a handout; just some ownership of the problem and an attempt to appease the customer. Again, poor management decision and the basis of my review rating of two stars. Take a course in business management, keep customers coming back by owning your mistakes, and you'll get a better rating as a business. Update: later on the same day of the computer glitch, I received a call from Edward, who provided our family with 1 hr/child as a gift for our troubles. Nice move, and good recovery! read more

My family loves this place. Not too expensive and just clean enough, perfect way to exhaust a 17mo baby and a 42 big kid husband. Either buy their socks or don't forget to bring your flight socks. Def be back here!!! read more

I have been going here since it opened . I have a recently turned eight yr old and we had her party there this past week . I must say that staff was excellent . They pretty much bent over backwards to make her b day excellent ..
