Structured chaos :p I've hosted parties here, have been guests at parties here ( speaking for Gaithersburg location only), and I have come here for leisure ... today I am here for leisure ( kids are on spring break now ) this is always the perfect place to come to kill time and let your kids let loose. There always a lot going on but it still feels structured and that's what matters most lol. It's easy to book, parties or just regular jump time. Today I booked regular jump for 5pm. At 3:30 ( you can book same day within the hour). Parking is easy, location is safe, there's other amenities. They also have certain "events" on certain days . I know for my daughter's birthday we had her party on a glow in the dark night, and this is something they regularly offer. So there's variety and fun. It's been 4 years ( since we been coming here) and I can honestly say they become a go to. read more

I've been here a few times through the years for various nieces and nephews birthdays, the place hasn't changed but kids love it. Great for birthday parties to let kids just run around and burn off energy. But if you have little kids, you should follow them and watch them because most staff are teenagers and are not paying attention and other times, there's no staff. Everyone has to sign their waiver before, so they don't seem to care, but this can get dangerous. I know kids who have jumped on each other and broken bones because there was poor supervision! Today I saw a staff just look at me and not say a word when I was lecturing another kid to keep her hands to herself and not push anyone because she made a boy cry when she pushed him off the ledge at the foam pit while waiting for the kid before to move away. She denied it but several kids pointed her out - this is dangerous for the boy and the kid in the pit. The staff should've intervened and gave her a warning, but nothing! read more

My son was jumping, fell and unfortunately broke his ankle. I understand accidents happen and this time it happened to our family. After my son fell, it took them too much time to call the ambulance. Employers were unsure on how to proceed, and even thought I asked them to call 911 as soon as I saw his ankle fracture (almost exposed fracture), It wasn't until the manager came that they called 911. After the accident happened, no once from the company called or emailed us to check in about my son's health. He needed emergency surgery and is still wearing a boot for protection. read more

At dodgeball a kid could not stop screaming at my son and ran on the other side of the dodgeball court and hit my son and he got pushed off the obstacle course. Dirty. It's a fun place to visit; however, the site is not well-maintained. For instance, the bathroom had a urinal that was filled to the brim with urine, and there was a pungent stench coming from the restroom area. Additionally, there are very few attendants at the various obstacles, so there's no one to ensure the kids' safety and prevent them from hurting themselves. Reviewing as a parent who hosted a birthday party here. The staff was quite helpful and they had someone on hand the whole time to help with setup, cleanup, corralling kids, etc. which made the whole thing less stress-inducing than it would have been otherwise. We also had fewer kids show up than we originally planned for (from over 10 to under 10) so they adjusted the price in a reasonable way. However they are a little tighter on scheduling the rooms than I would have liked, and there was a lack of communication on when we should have arrived to set up (we arrived too early). It all worked out in the end but it was a little annoying. Still overall a better experience than some other places where I've hosted birthday parties for my kid. read more

Terrible customer service. Last time we went my son's favorite attraction was closed. While that attraction is still listed on the location's website, I preferred to call them to see if it was open. I have not been able to reach a person there despite trying to call multiple times while the company is open. If they cannot answer phone calls, they should make sure their website is accurate and updated. read more

Came here for a mommy & son date. This place was a winner with my five year old! Pro's +Lots of areas to jump on trampolines, pit area, dodge ball, basketball, and even an obstacle course +Offers 60, 90, 120 etc. minute jump packages. Usually my five year old is good with the one hour... especially at $17. +Able to reserve time slots ($1 fee) +Toddler time available +Employees there keep all the kids in check and forming a line. I really like this so everyone does have a chance to play and not 5 kids are jumping in the same place causing accidents. Con's -I'm cheap and hate buying all the different location socks. This review is purely for their membership policy. The trampoline park itself is perfectly fine, kids had a good time, etc. A few weeks ago, one of my kids was invited to a birthday party at Sky Zone, so we decided to bring our other kid too and just buy them a day pass. When I spoke to the cashier, he said that "there were no more day passes available" but that I could purchase a monthly membership and be allowed to jump today. That...makes no sense. If there was no more room, then I shouldn't have been allowed to sign up for a membership and jump. And if there was room, just let me pay for the one day, which I think was even a bit more expensive! But I was with my kid, so what are you going to do? I bought the membership, and he assured me that I would be able to cancel after a week. A week later, I dutifully followed the steps to cancel, and I received a confirmation email saying that it would be cancelled within 1-2 business days. It's now been 4 business days and I haven't heard anything from them, and they are impossible to get in touch with. It is just so frustrating because it is clearly a scam to get you to forget to cancel, and then even when you try to cancel, it's impossibly difficult. Sky Zone: if you cancel my membership, I will dutifully upgrade this review to a 3/5, because it is genuinely a fun thing that you have going. But you should stop treating your customers so badly. Edit: I am on the chat with Amex right now and it looks like they are able to block all future transactions. Something to try for others facing the same problem as me! read more

This sky zone has always been our family go to location. Unfortunately for me, I lost my keys fob here in one of the two foam pit. After six months of calling the location once a month to see if anyone might have turned it into lost and found (apparently that's how often they "clean" out the foam pit). I decided to take my son back here today 11/8/22 to play and possibly "find" my keys. I turned out to find an absolutely disaster. This place is disgusting! They for sure do not clean this place once at month at all. I have no words. I will add all the pics I took from the foam pit below. Mind you they have all the signs for Covid protocol from their website to the inside of the facility yet the place is a complete dump! I brought this up to Patrick, who was supposedly the manager in duty for the night. Who also me to leave my number and they'll give me a call if they find my keys once they "clean" the location this week... BULLSHIT. The whole team froze up like animals once I brought the issue up and show them the pics. No one could explain anything. The whole place is ran by all teenagers that could careless about health safety concerns. $25 for 90 mins, $5 for one pair of socks, and some other random shit they charge. Do not give into the membership! They are press as hell. I will be calling the health department about this. read more

My, has this place gotten expensive! Our kids have mostly aged out of these sorts of places, but we were there for a back-to-school event, and boy, have the prices gone up! Beware of the sales pitch: they're now selling "season passes" which sound good on paper, but read the fine print: there's a 3 month minimum and I'm pretty sure canceling this subscription is a pain in the toukas. If might make your initial visit cheaper but think about it: how often are you gonna visit and will you remember to cancel? As for the park, the stuff's all the same here. There's plenty of space for bored adults to sit while their kids run amok. The massage chairs are cheap and very massagey. But I'm giving this place four stars for one somewhat odd thing: the snack bar. They've got a great variety and given that they could absolutely price gouge a captive audience, the prices are refreshingly reasonable. read more

Booked a birthday party for our son, everything was fine leading up to the party itself. First, a large portion of the facility was shut down because they ran out of wax and we're unable to adequately 'grease' the slides. 2nd, they were either short-staffed or borderline negligent with how they manage the facility. Multiple areas we're left unsupervised by staff resulting it several 'near misses' where teenagers would be doing flips, etc. without any concern for the younger children. This was reported to the management staff onsite and nothing was done and of course, 30 minutes later a child was hit and broke his collarbone. Accidents happen but I would caution folks from using this facility considering how this incident was handled during and after. read more

That would be bad enough, but I see from yelp that other people have been given the runaround like this on the same issue, with no resolution, and that it's been happening for at least a year. Loved it for a birthday party! My son who just turned two could still enjoy jumping and rolling around on the trampoline. It's wasn't too crazy - lots of kids but the place is large. There are a lot more activities for slightly older kids maybe 4+ who are more coordinated. Lots of fun - would go back. read more

I went to sky zone in this location just a couple of days ago and to my astonishment, nearly half of the play areas were closed including dodgeball, basketball, and the slides. despite nearly half of the place being closed they still managed to be understaffed. kids we running around unsupervised and some areas were left open without any member of the staff there to supervise. the new bouncy basketball court was also not fully inflated, leaving some in tears from hitting their feet hard on the ground due to the lack of inflation. I would not recommend to bring small children and this was a terrible experience!!! read more

This place is so much fun. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My kids and I just decided to try this place out and we can't get enough of it. They have lockers that you can pay for to store your belongings and food and drinks to buy if you become hungry or thirsty! They have a few really fun arcade games to play as well. This place is 5 stars for me and i never knew I would love jumping as much till I tried this. The only negative thing is that I have small kids and some of these jumpers have no etiquette and they come too close to your square where you are jumping ! read more

I came to update my review. This place is pure trash. I came to the park July 10th and informed the clerk I didn't want a membership. My card was charged August 10th, so I called and my account was under another man's name, which means he had access to all my personal information and my children's info. The manger told me they changed the info and ended the membership, but they couldn't refund me because a membership specialist needed to do that and they would reach out in 3-4 days. Cool, mistakes were made. Never got a call. Wasn't too concerned. On September 11th, my card was charged again. I called and spoke to a manager who said the other manager never ended my membership, so she did and flagged my account so a membership specialist would reach out quickly. Never called. Fast forward to today, I called spoke to "Aniyah" who hung up on me when I asked for her last name. I called back and they didn't answer my calls and just put me on hold without saying a word. I asked for corporate, there's no corporate apparently. No owner. Just one brick and mortar hunk of trash in Gaithersburg, Maryland. I eventually got another team member on the phone who told me Aniyah wasn't in today, and I explained I knew she was because she hung up. I was then put on hold. This place is a dumpster fire. *****Saturday Sky Fit class review***** . I've been to a trampoline park before, but never for fitness class. I was expecting to be exhausted by the time I left . Afterall, you could burn up to 1000 calories! However, I felt just as tired, if not even less tired, than other exercises classes I've taken. Would my experience have been different if the instructor showed up on time? Maybe. For the first half hour we warmed up. This consisted of jumping from square to square (either with both feet or hopping on one) for a third of this time. We also did jumping jacks, high knees, hopped in our own squares, and burpees. After a water break, the instructor finally showed. Sweet! Once again we jumped from square to square for five minutes. Then we finally got into exercising. Was it intense and tiresome as I thought it would be? Not even close. Thank goodness your first class is half off ($7 as opposes to $14). It was interesting and fun to do tradition exercises on trampoline, though. Try doing jumping jacks followed by situps...it's not as easy as it sounds. I'd take the class again every once in awhile to mix things up. Would I take it weekly? Not a chance. Check-in was smooth, especially if you filled out the waiver online and paid for your slot beforehand. You must wear Sky Zone socks while jumping, which are an additional $2. They have lockers, racks, and benches to put your stuff on while you exercise which was a plus. read more

We had my son's birthday here, and it was a blast. We paid for the Mega VIP package, and we had 2 hours of jump time and 1 hour of party room time. We arrived and handed over our cake and decorations to the staff. I stayed near the party check in line, which was right by the entrance, to direct people to where my son was. I think I missed two parents while I went to the bathroom, but everyone found us okay. The kids stayed together for the first hour, then branched iliut on their own. I wish Sky Zone had distributed the water bottle favors during the jump time because the kids were thirsty, but most of the parents had been smart enough to bring their own water. The kids started getting tired around the 2 hour mark and then the room was announced to be open. When we got in all the decorations were out and the cake was in its place. The staff served the food and drinks. After the food was eaten the staff put the candles in, fetched a lighter to light them, then served the cake. After that the kids were able to go back to jump for 10 minutes. The party favors included a 60 minute jump for free pass, so I thought that had some value. I was really pleased with how little effort I had to put into this to yield a really fun experience. read more

They signed me up for a monthly membership without my authorization. Then I was charged 55 dollars a month without any emails, text or any idea that I was a member. I am still in the process of cancelling, but I don't know my ID number since I have never been contacted by them while they drained my account, and an ID number is required for cancelling. They have now charged me twice for a subscription fee I did not sign up for. This is despite the fact that I called to cancel after I saw the first unauthorized charge and they assured me that I would be refunded and would not be charged again. We came here for a birthday party first thing on a Saturday winter morning. I guess because we were their first birthday party, the staff had a little trouble getting it together and started us almost 20 minutes late. The place is large and spacious (basically a big warehouse for jumping around), but they are still sort of under construction building more play spaces. Some areas were only roped off with caution tape: uhm Hi, does anyone else see this as a hazard except for me? A little caution tape won't stop curious little ones. Also- I understand they don't want to turn the heat up too much because everyone is jumping around generating heat and burning energy, but a little heat would not kill you. The restrooms and bathrooms were around 55-60 degrees and did not warm up much even by 11:30-12pm. The staff (in general) were pretty unfriendly and we felt kind of rushed through for the birthday party-room portion; we were still eating at the table in the party room when they started removing the decorations, table liners, etc., all to set up for another party, but they had run late for our party. Suggestion: Maybe can you not pack too many parties too close together? I'm not going to deny this place is a great place to burn off your kids energy, so 3 stars purely for this; I know my 21 Month old had a Blast. I would recommend coming here early to avoid the parties and crowds. It was nice to have the place almost to ourselves until about 11am, and then the place became a zoo-house. *Parking is free and right outside. read more

This location is located in a private lot with tons of free parking. If you plan to come here, be sure to fill out the waiver form in advance of your activities. Each participant who wants to jump on the trampolines will need to wear the company's assigned orange socks. There will help out with traction and prevents accidental slides / slips. You can either keep or throw away the socks afterwards. In terms of the amount of areas of trampolines, there are enough for kids to try and play. In terms of adult exclusive activities, it's very limited. The staff here are friendly and free to answer your questions. However, their prices are bit on the high side. However, this is my 1st all out trampoline venue. This place is excellent for kids. However, for adults, you might want to try another vendor. It's fun to jump on the trampolines, but they do harm your leg joints a bit if you exert yourself too much. Good for birthday parties as they seem to have it organized by the time periods for activities and private room for birthday celebration. read more

We decided to make a fmaiky day out and go to this sky zone. It was okay over all. Except for the rock climbing section the staff seem they don't want to be there. The place overall feels very dirty and needs a bit of a make over.... The rockclimbing section is better maintained and the staff managing that section are very professional, understanding and enthusiastic. My nephew wanted to go from post to post and the guy noticed I was nervous. He took. The time to explain how he's safe and how the harness protects him. We have a good time just wish they would clean the place up more. Not to mention we went when they had been open only for 30 minutes. read more

Like another reviewer mentioned, they sold more jump tickets than there were squares, which meant it was impossible for my group of friends to jump together, which diminished our experience. They should change this policy, so that everybody can have a square and not have to wait for somebody to take a break. There were a lot of little kids around too, and the staff did "mostly" contain them to the other side, but there would be a few kids who took squares in our area. read more

I paid 53$ for 2 people to jump for the glow in the dark hour from 10-11. At 10:25 the staff turned the lights on which i found to not be fair when they also made us pay an extra 10$ for glow in the dark shirts to be able to go jump. The prices are ridiculous, the staff is rude. read more
