Was looking for a fun indoor place to take my youngest (9 years old) to burn off some energy. Did a search and Zavazone popped up. I purchased the tickets online for the time slot that we wanted to go. You can buy tickets for 1-3 hour admissions. It was a Saturday and we got there around 1:30pm and there were a lot of kids there and a few parties going on. My daughters don't like places that are too crowded but inside there were lots of different sections and we found an area that we could jump around. Inside there were a number of areas that included dodge ball, trampolines, ninja courses, basketball and others. My daughter and I particularly enjoyed the battle beam area where you stand on the beam and try to knock the other off. She was not into the ninja courses so we did not try that. There is lots to do here. If you have been to an Urban Air location, it's a scaled down version of that. We did find that the place started to clear out around 2:30-3pm. The only downside is parking is limited. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend.

    Loved my birthday at ZavaZone!!!

Staff were excellent, food was great, jumping and climbing was INSANE. Couldn't think of a better way to spend my 19th birthday. Experience of a lifetime for sure - I won't be forgetting it! If you or a loved one has an adventurous spirit I would HIGHLY recommend taking a trip to this place and getting your ZAVA ON!

Zava Zone is a place where both adults and children can have a great time. This place is good for families. We did the rock climbing, the floor obstacle course, and the obstacle course that was in the air. I'm not gonna lie, I chickened out on the one in the air. I actually was excited to do this. As I walked out to the first ramp, I was like nope. That'll do it! Lol. We didn't have time to do the trampolines but there's always next time!

We went to ZavaZone in Rockville for the first time today to attend a Birthday Party. My first thought was, this place looks so new and clean. It truly was clean and unlike other places we have been It didn't have that awful foot aroma in the air. My daughter loved the obstacle courses. She was too short to go upstairs and climb and that was fine. She loved being lifted up and sliding down the wall. We will definitely be back. Downfall: the party rooms are tiny and a bit packed All in all I would definitely recommend ZavaZone to anyone looking for a clean, well staffed environment for a kids party!

There always a lot going on but it still feels structured and that's what matters most lol. It's easy to book, parties or just regular jump time. Today I booked regular jump for 5pm. At 3:30 ( you can book same day within the hour). Parking is easy, location is safe, there's other amenities. They also have certain "events" on certain days . I know for my daughter's birthday we had her party on a glow in the dark night, and this is something they regularly offer. So there's variety and fun. It's been 4 years ( since we been coming here) and I can honestly say they become a go to.

The attractions that were open were not cleanly and could've been safety hazards. The staff did not properly monitor the attractions, therefore patrons were using attractions that were supposed to be closed for a long period of time. I wasted my time and money coming to this place. IT'S NOT WORTH IT.

I have been to many indoor play grounds and I feel that they do ok with cleaning, but everything just kind of looks dirty and am not sure how they keep things like the foam jump pit sanitary. Additionally, it gets very crowded. I get a little nervous about my kids with jumping right into others when it gets to be too many kids in one zone.

There were lots of staff at the front desk. All were teenagers or early twenties and were very helpful and nice when I interacted with them. There was staff in each of the areas monitoring and they were paying attention. There were a few instances where they stepped in to warn kids of things they should not be doing (climbing on stuff they should not have been climbing on). Here are a few thoughts on this Sky Zone location: 1) I would say that this is a spot for 1-2 hours of play as there is not enough stuff here to keep a kid interested for a longer time and 2) kids with have more fun and be more engaged if they come with a group of other kids they know (family or friends) and 3) based on the activities/areas they have, I would say that this place is geared more for the 11-10 and below age group. There was a decent amount of seating near the court areas for parents to watch. Overall I think that this would be a good spot to bring a group of kids to come and burn off some energy.

It's a sensory-friendly environment, and he's able to move around, play, and regulate in a space that feels welcoming and understanding. I definitely recommend calling ahead to make sure they're not hosting a birthday party. When it's crowded or loud, it can be overwhelming, especially for kids with sensory sensitivities. Overall, it's a good spot on quieter days and can be a nice outlet for kids who benefit from a more inclusive play environment.

We live about equal distance from both, so we decided to try this location today and it was fantastic! The owner was so welcoming and also helpful when we were leaving by offering the kiddos a lollipop if they got their shoes on nicely. We really appreciated being able to stay longer due to the sparse crowd on this rainy day. This location has some items similar to Loudoun, but there are also some differences-the rock wall here is longer, there was a large dome climber that was a hit, there are some different swings, ride on toys, a large tube bouncer , several spinners and balance items, lots of fun pretend play costumes, magnets, bluey toys. There is a zip line and trampoline like Loudoun. The significant difference is that this location is open whereas Loudoun has a closed off infant/toddler area and closed off arts/crafts area. Loudoun also has the teen room in the back. Still trying to figure out which location is larger lol. Both of my kids loved this location as they do the other. We Rock the Spectrum is such an amazing, special place for children of all abilities, and I feel so grateful that we have not one but two relatively close to us. Looking forward to trying to soon to open Pittsburgh location when we visit family later this year.

We have had a wonderful experience with Dynamite Gymnastics. Our preschool aged son has been going…read moreto Dynamite for the last 8 months or so, and loves it. Although gymnastics isn't always the first sport that comes to mind for young boys, it's great for body awareness, coordination, and flexibility (which will be helpful in any other sport that they may want to participate). The classes at the younger ages are also pretty mixed with boys and girls. If taught properly, it also provides structure for social interactions--taking turns, sitting attentively and approaching tasks with clear intent, etc. Our son is constantly jumping and rolling around the house/playground practicing skills he learned that week and is excited for class every week. We've also had a recent birthday party there and will also do the summer camp soon. Here is a summary of our experiences so far: 1) Facilities and safety--clean, well organized, and most importantly, safely set up. For the preschoolers, the obstacle areas are regularly reconfigured for new challenges. The equipment is also very well maintained. There is also a comfortable waiting area for parents and plenty of clear viewing areas (and screens). This is for the Dynamite main location (there is also the Agility Center and Bolt Parkour next door which is part of the same cluster which also seem fine). 2) Owner/management--Michelle is the owner and is wonderful. She spent time discussing what we were looking for there and then matched us with the right coach which made all of the difference in a successful start (and the best coaches to start with--she was spot on in her advice). 3) Coaches/classes--excellent. Our son started with Ky, who has a lot of experience and an energetic personality that is welcoming to the kids. She provided just the right type of nurturing as well as attention to detail and positive feedback (and social structure discipline--waiting turns, etc.). Our son has started a new time/class with Robert K and he's been wonderful too. Very kind with the kids, is very safety conscious, and notices little details (and demonstrates skills very well). Our son was challenged right away and learned a lot while having fun (while being encouraged with positive feedback as he worked on techniques). We have also seen other coaches come over to help when a child is having trouble with a technique and look out for each other's classes. 4) Culture--we have had many nice interactions with other families, and the children there are so polite and aware (e.g., holding the doors for someone else, not blocking the pictures that a parent of a new child is taking during class, etc.). The culture of both the staff and other families there is one of teamwork (there isn't the toxic feel that some gyms or competitive sports have, yet there is certainly skill and discipline t here--just the right balance of work, safety, and fun). 5) Birthday parties--great experience without having to worry about weather. The parents were able to relax and the children could run around in a safe environment with responsible coaches there (and try out pretty cool equipment). Definitely do the inflatable add-on--that was a hit (huge inflatable animal themed obstacle course/tunnel that the children loved). Our son's school has coaches who visit and have the kids do different obstacle courses, sports, and physical challenges. More than one coach has asked if our son takes classes in something because he's doing skills well ahead of his age group. A very large part is due to the classes he's taking at Dynamite (we've notice very solid and steady improvement this entire year). If you're looking for an athletic outlet for your child, then I highly recommend the Dynamite Gymnastics Center and coaches for a safe, fun, and properly challenging gymnastics home.
