This place is big and I had a tough time getting my son to come home. I will say some parents need to supervise their kids a little more as there was a couple kids without no supervision. My son had an amazing time and they have a soft play area for toddlers. A lot of activities , slides, and games to play. We loved climbing around and exploring . Ever been to a fresh new indoor playground? It's so new and clean in here, there isn't even much hair sticking to the ball pit balls. Not enough people have shed their DNA over them! It's so clean there might just be the possibility this one time your family walked away from a winter's visit to a playground and not had RSV-flu-HFM-norovirus. This place is super cute and beach themed. They have three different areas, one for the infant/toddlers, one for the little kids and a big kid area. You have to sign a waiver for everyone and then it's off to the races. If you have younger kids, it's super easy to lose them in the bigger kid area with the climbing and the slides and all the netting blocking your view. If you are under 5'3" you might be able to follow them, but as a warning the new fiberglass slides are super slick and I overshot the padding for landing and it hurt. The ball pit has a fun interactive game where you can throw balls at targets on a video screen. There is staff in every section, enforcing the rules and cleaning. One super helpful member got my kid ice after a slight injury ( not due to their kids or equipment). They seem to have a nice parent lounge area with couches and Keurig coffee for purchases. If you have kids-GO HERE NOW-before this place gets banged up with wear and tear and crusty diseases build up on everything! read more

This place is so fun and SO CLEAN!! Besides being new, the workers there are busting their butts cleaning and wiping everything clean constantly and I appreciate it! The space is huge, and there are different areas for all different ages. We came both on a week day and a weekend. The weekends do get very busy but it's still clean as can be! read more

Came here for a birthday party that my child was invited to. Man... back in my day if I was lucky, I'd get a chance to go to Chucky Cheese and get traumatized by animatronics which was even more scarier after I accidentally watched the Terminator because it's the 80s and no one gave a shit about kids... but today, they get huge and elaborate play areas that is SAFE with netting and foam... If this was around durning my childhood era... pretty sure there would be a ton of kids injured. Everyone thinks the quote "if he dies... he dies..." was from Rocky... but fun fact it was the CEO of Chuck. E. Cheese Nolan Bushnell back in the 80s while children struggled to climb out of the ball pit... he said it while I watch my baby brother disappear into a sea of plastic balls and coated with hand foot mouth disease... But i digress and feel that we're moving on in a society that prioritizes children safety.., I think. I dunno... my kid loved it and the real struggle was convincing by her to leave when it was time to go... btw... the quote from Bushnell wasn't real... probably... I dunno... Hyper Kidz can be very overwhelming when you first get there. It's a lot to take in but it's a great time! The staff is friendly and the facility is clean. The parking is plentiful however the parking lot gets packed early. Shoes must be removed in lobby and you must wear socks to enter the play area. We hosted a birthday party hosting 10 kids and their parents. They made things really easy for us parents to enjoy our time there. We had a dedicated room and party host that set up and break down of our party. If you are looking to book a party, be sure to book online first. They will give you a call on what food you'd like to order. They do include 2 pizzas and 10 drinks in the party package. You can purchase more food if you feel necessary. When booking your party, remember that tip is not included and it's recommended to tip the party host. My complaint is we were told multiple times prior to our party that they do not have Dippin' dots ice cream available for purchase for our party. Upon arrival, there was a freezer in the lobby filled with a dippin' dots style ice cream. We would have rather purchased the dippin' dots for our party than to bring cake. I'm not sure if I was speaking to someone from a call center or an employee at the location when I was on the phone. Either way, the person was very nice. read more

My daughter and I had a great time at Hyper Kidz! Facility was very clean and organized. Staff was observed cleaning as we enjoyed the play areas. Facility is spacious, so didn't feel overly crowded...even with parents chasing kids through the obstacle course! Great fun! read more

As any parent will discover the choices for indoor playgrounds are slim. We typically go to MeLand in Gaithersburg and have even gone all the way to Chantilly because our daughter (and so were we) getting tired of that location. Wow, is this place impressive. It's huge and thoughtfully curated for kids of many ages. I love the 2 and under play area because if gives my little one free range to move without the risk of being trampled. There's also a separate section with light a board, building blocks and other cutesy items for when the jungle play area is just too much. They keep this place very clean and stocked with snacks and refreshments so you don't have to leave. I appreciate the lactation room and very clean bathroom as well. This place is a gem and cost is honestly the best! They have monthly passes that can't be beat. You'll make your money after four visits easily so do yourself the favor and just get that, especially in the winter time. We've already been back three times. My daughter gets excited when we pull up so she clearly approves. read more

What an amazing experience for my family. Price was a little high for adult socks and admission was little pricey but it's worth it when your kids walk in and just light up! I love this place, myself and two toddlers always have a blast here. This place really does tired them out. Believe it or not me and mine will literally spend 4 hours here. That's how much we love it. I want to give a shout out to John! For being present and walking and checking in to make sure I was actually enjoying myself. This is the only location I really love. I commute from Virgina, because of the staff are super friendly. It's a win for my family. I will be getting a membership soon. read more
