This is really a great tennis training center. The trainer, coach Hong is a professional tennis…read moreplayer and a professional tennis coach from China. Professional tennis players have also visited the center and left nice autographed photos of them which is on the wall. The school is open from 7am to 11pm Sunday through Saturday. The website for the classes and times are on their website www.tennistrainingcentre.com/ or you can call the center. They are also training students who want to become a professional in soccer, volley ball and badminton. My niece attends here full-time since tennis is her passion. She has been playing tennis since she was 7 years old and she's 13 now. This center has students of all ages and as I watched them practice, they all are excited to be apart of the training center. I really like how they have the center well structured. They have cold drinks and etc for the students here, a television for the students to watch or play games on when they are finished training, bus service, and tables where the students can sit and do homework or study. I am not sure how much the center is for training full or part time, but they have staff here if you're requesting a tour and prices. My niece and the other students I watched practice and wow, they are EXCELLENT! I wish when I was growing up I was into tennis like these children are. I was a majorette and didn't like the sun or sweat (lol). These children love the sport and have so much energy. I'm really happy for them and sure they will all become professional tennis players.

I also filled out a form on the business' website to "book" a tennis court. I received no response to my booking. For all I know, the business is closed. If it is, they should reflect that on their website. If it's not, I guess they're not good at responding to customers.

I've had an excellent experience training with Chris at Onelife Fitness at the Pike & Rose…read morelocation. He is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and knows exactly how to push me without overdoing it. Every workout challenges me, but I always feel supported and confident in what I'm capable of. Since I started training with Chris, I've consistently gotten stronger and have been able to increase the weight I'm lifting without ever feeling like it's too much. He has a great ability to challenge me while making sure my form is correct and that I feel safe and confident throughout every workout. You can tell that Chris genuinely cares about his clients and their progress. If you're looking for a trainer who is encouraging, skilled, and invested in helping you reach your goals, I highly recommend training with him.

I love this location!…read more 3 Floor of fitness options: cardio, strength training, stretching areas, several group classrooms, red light therapy room, massage chair rooms, outdoor turf area, and saunas (within gender locker rooms). This gym is nicely constructed and renovated (from a different gym), and offers 2.5hrs of validated garage parking. No pool, but there are so many fantastic amenities and new equipment available, you won't mind. You'll get a warmup in trekking those 3 levels via stairs, but an elevator is readily available for accommodating all accessibility levels. Also, being located in the convenient area of Pike & Rose, there are plenty options to run errands, or grab food. I Highly recommend!

New Golfer Alert! I…read morehave a whole Golf Coach and since I travel so much I hardly have time to really give golf the attention it needs. My honey pot loves this store! So do I! The women's selection of clothes is perfect! I love love love golf attire. I have been buying pieces from each golf course like the guys do and the fabric and material is great. I rather wear golf shirts as lounge wear because of the comfort. My PGA shirt from Florida is so comfy. With that said although PGA is the biggest Golf store it stays crowded and bays are usually full. They definitely have more variety but not sure they have the same trade in deal as the competitors. Overall the value is great and golf stuff is pretty competitive in price. We come often when we are actually here in the DMV on the weekends. Come September I'll have to take my golf set on the road and I'm grateful they had smaller carrying cases so I can just take my range clubs to practice. This is the ultimate rich person sport so fair warning! This is not for the cheapskates!

I've been to the PGA Superstore in Rockville before and never had any issues trying out clubs…read more However, my recent visit was disappointing. I brought a friend who's new to golf to try some irons. We were told to wait, and after about 10 minutes, an employee named Dan took us to a simulator. When my friend said he wanted to "hit balls," Dan immediately got condescending and reprimanded us, even though it was clear my friend was new and simply misspoke. Later, when I asked to try a couple clubs while my friend grabbed others, Dan asked if I planned to buy anything. I said possibly, depending on the data and pricing. He responded with a sarcastic comment implying I was just there to "bang balls," then walked off saying, "have fun banging balls." The entire interaction was unprofessional and left a really bad impression. Unfortunately, I won't be returning after this experience.
