We visited here for the first time and the kids had fun! There was ample parking in front and the staff was friendly. My kids ages 6 and 11 enjoyed the mini golf, laser maze, bowling, and arcade. It wasn't too crowded, however we went on a Monday shortly after opening. We probably wouldn't do the mini golf again just because my youngest wasn't able to hit as many and there was a handful of people following us. (They recommend 5 tries and then you move on to the next hole to keep the line moving.). Bowling is 2 mini lanes but they enjoyed that as well as the arcade games. read more

I had my eye to try this place when some guests came into town, and it worked out because it was raining outside anyway. We got here at 2pm on Saturday and were told we had to wait 30 minutes which was fine. My party was 3 adults and 2 kids. The kids played some arcade games before we were called to play the mini golf. It was less than 30 minutes. And a bunch of people did come in after us. It is a cool design with it being black lit and they also randomly over the loudspeaker say things you have to do for your next put, like hit the next ball with your putter behind your back. There were a few tricky things like a fake hole and also air that would hit your ball away. Honestly I feel like there would be no way to get a hole in one on many of these holes, it's just not possible with how they were setup. But it was fine and we had fun. This place was definitely an experience. We stopped in celebrating my daughter's second birthday. I thought this place was truly going to be the highlight of her trip. She's obsessed with all things spooky. That wasn't the case that night. Luckily we payed for our tickets, and children under a certain age are free. However, my daughter was not feeling the mini golf and I wasn't able to complete the course. After the first hole I went to the desk to see if I could be refunded, and they told me they would ask. Unfortunately, even though I didn't get to golf I couldn't be issued a refund. My son and husband enjoyed the mini golf, and while my daughter and I waited we spent $20 playing arcade games. She had fun, and eventually we were joined by my husband and son. After playing a few more games we were able to redeem tickets to get cute prizes. The kids loved this part of the night. Overall, this place is a little pricey for a couple holes. We still got to enjoy the black light room with neon colors and monsters, but disappointed about the refund. read more

We just held our son's birthday party here for 20 of his friends and the staff and entire experience was incredible. The staff took care of literally everything. Every parent's dream! The party started in their spooky & fun decorated party room and was equipped with everything we needed including a refrigerator, microwave, plates, napkins, plates, themed bowls, tablecloths etc. They set up everything up for us, entertained the kiddos with games and prizes, and then stayed with them during mini golf and the arcade with their own special surprises thrown in. They knew exactly how to entertain the boys and keep them engaged. As parents, they made everything seamless and easy. I didn't need to do a thing - not even cut and serve the cake! They even meticulously packaged our birthday candles back in the wrappers when they cleaned up - the staff took care of everything for us. This birthday party experience was beyond our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone. Went on a weekday and there was nobody there except another family. Was great doing the mini golf since there was no rush with no other people. My girlfriend and I took our time and enjoyed the course. Not too difficult but not too easy either. For the price definitely worth it. It also came with a round of bowling and a laser game. The bowing game malfunction mid game but after a quick talk to a worker he just gave us a free game on the adjacent lane. The laser game was also fun. Simple and quick but regardless still fun. Great place to spend some fun time with the family. I've been here before for my nieces birthday party. Makes me miss putt-putt off rockville pike in my youth. 18 hole mini golf is fun. Good music too. We had to wait 15 minutes to start playing our golf and spent time playing arcades. They have many arcades with ticketed games. The prizes could be a bit better, especially after spending $50 on arcades. My little girl was quite happy. They added two mini-bowling lanes in the back, as well as a small cafe that serves food. I came here a few months ago with my old college friends. We had a blast. So much fun in this little course packed with so much. Lots to look at and read along the way. It wasn't crowded at the time but I remembered how warm it was in the building. There were a few cool spots along the course but not enough for me not to leave sweaty. Two days ago I took my family there for a rainy day activity. Again, not very busy. We moved along and everyone had great fun. But, just like last time. It was quite warm and I left all sweaty. Everyone is very friendly and informative -Honors our military and can receive a slight discount on mini golf -Kids love the black lights and the "scary" animated décor. -Both kids played all 18 holes.. watch out for the last one.. scary clown. Eek! -Music is kid friendly and we love the DJ who makes us do silly things during our game! -All balls and clubs are sanitized. Clubs also come in various lengths for the height of the child. -The arcade had many choices for my 4 year old and a few for my 7 year old son. -The laser maze was challenging for the kids and my husband. You have to work together to hit all the points without touching the laser beam in a timely manner. I could watch them on the screen outside of the arena -Offers mini bowling in the back (we never seem to make it back there) Cons: -They had some prizes for $ sale. 11/5/22 Back on Saturday of last weekend (10/29/22) I saw this place and thought about taking my wife and her friend here for some miniature golf in the dark. Yes this is a kids place for entertainment, but you don't need to be a kid to have fun. Granted this place has a Halloween theme, but this set up is a year round thing. Golf, games and junk foods galore. The junk food smelled really really good. Yes, I was hungry, and the only reason I didn't get food here is because I wanted Korean Popcorn Chicken. I came today with an administrator and four colleagues for an office retreat team building activity. The ambience with all the bright lighting and playful decor gives it a family fun vibe. I was digging their music selection. It was a mix of 80's music and contemporary pop. For a party of six we were there for less than 1.5 hours at eighteen holes. As far as I was concerned all the holes were challenging. Guess I have no skills as I came in last. Since it's an indoor venue the space is more limited and it wasn't as spread out as outdoor mini golf courses so you have to be mindful if you are in other people's way at other holes. I realized that I don't have the patience to play mini golf as it's a slow activity especially when you have a large group and have to wait for everyone's turn. The venue also has arcade games and apparently you can accumulate points to earn prizes. I also saw on the pricing sheet that they have laser here but not sure where that room is. I would definitely like to try that one day. Overall a fun venue for the whole family. Unlike outdoor mini golf there is no limitation to play here in inclement weather so it's perfect anytime of the year. read more

Customer service was really sweet:) 10 minutes before closing time I thought the staff were going to announce all golf players should play one more hole, but instead announced prizes for anyone with a pink golfball. I got to pick a gift out of rings and bracelets and chose a cute little red ring to remember a really fun night with my friends. If you get thirsty they have two vending machines that require cash, but it's okay if you don't because you can buy $1 cold water bottles at the front desk. The bathrooms were clean, and near them are coat racks if you don't want to carry or wear your jacket. I asked a worker to take a picture of my friends at the last hole, and he happily agreed and took several pictures, with and without flash. The skeleton thingy at the front doors scare me every time I go lol. read more

We have been there in the past and had fun but is a little pricey. Today was totally chaotic. They told us the wait was 20 minutes but never mentioned there was a birthday party. When we came back in 20 min they had us wait 10 more as they said they had a party that was finishing up. When we started there was no one in front of us. We were at around hole 9 when they called the party to meet at the 16th hole to celebrate the birthday person. The party was still at the 16th when we got there. We had to wait for the party to finish at the 16th hole. Once they moved away, we started to complete the 16th hole when the kids just scattered back onto all the holes, interrupting my grandkids in the middle of their shooting. They just started shooting and finishing the holes whenever and wherever they wanted. The person running the party should have had the kids finish all the holes so that other people did not get interrupted. It was like a zoo. When we checked in initially they should have just told us there was a party going on and they should estimate the time it takes for the kids to finish including the celebration of the birthday person and then completely finish playing before they allow other people to start playing. My husband did go to see the Manager and she said "I told you there was a party" and "you must've played really fast.". She did tell us there was a party, but she said the party was finishing which it apparently was but then they called the kids to stand at the 16th hole which blocked anyone from completing playing. They should have allowed enough time for the party to finish and go to the 16th hole and do whatever they needed to do before having other people start playing. The Manager was extremely dismissive and showed zero compassion. It would have been nicer if instead of getting defensive she apologize for the confusion and maybe the organize it different than next time. read more

What a hidden gem in the Gaithersburg, MD area! This is the perfect spot for a casual and very laid back first date. It's a perfect spot for a birthday party for your kiddos. It's a perfect spot for a corporate party. I am not a mini golf fanatic. However, this mini golf spot is far from the dull mini golf joint. This place is upbeat, energetic and flashy. They have loads of great arcade games. They have prizes lit in their neon lights. They have two party rooms. The party rooms are spacious and a great spot for a private party. Please take a look at my photos attached to my review. This spot is literally lit with neon lights. There is a big and glitzy disco ball that hangs above the players. The disco ball illuminates the whole mini golf course. The best part is the upbeat and very loud DJ stand. The DJ plays music the whole time. The music makes the mini golf experience that much more fun. It's 10 bucks to play for an adult and the little kiddos (there is a height requirement) are free! Wow! Great place for a party - kids 3-15'ish (and their older friends and adults) will all enjoy. The staff is amazing. We have been to kid parties at various bounce and activity places - and this Is by far the most enthusiastic, friendly, helpful, attentive, and plain FUN party staff across places. First the kids eat pizza and have drinks in a room with wonderful decorations. Then the party staff leads them in an "about the birthday boy/girl" trivia game with nifty little prizes. Then cake and singing. All takes about an hour - which seemed perfect - neither rushed nor dragging out. Then a round of monster mini-golf - through 18 holes on a nifty monster-themed course - with black-lights giving everything - props and wall decor and people - an eerie and wonderful glow. Music is rocking in the background - loud enough to create ambience and atmosphere but not so loud that conversation is challenging. Perfect volume. Then they each get a game card (like a credit card) - to enjoy arcade games - from air hockey and skeeball to pinball and all sorts of fun carnival and arcade type options. Tickets/winnings go straight to the game card - to be traded in for prizes later. My grandkin enjoyed leaving his glow-in-the-dark handprint with hundreds of others on the "birthday kid wall" - what a great idea - kids are able to see their hands with their name and party each time they return! What a great way to decorate the walls in an ever-growing way - which are already painted with festive glowing monster-stuff. Our party today included about 16 kids and 12 adults - for $375 - which included pizza, beverages (kept cool in a fridge right in the party room), prizes for the trivia game, golf, game cards, and a special birthday kid mini-monster golf t-shirt. A good deal for a celebration of this size that was so much fun for folks of all ages. And it is CLEAN, accessible, and hand sanitizer stations are scattered about. Came on a Tuesday evening after work to an almost empty course...just how I like it (sorry, kiddos). The "Twisted Tuesday" deal made the outing super affordable: 2 rounds of golf with a $3 arcade card for just $12.99 per person. The course was fun, with some pretty challenging holes actually. I loved the decorations, the animations and the rockin '80s music. I also won some trivia prizes by beating out the rest of the competition to answer first (ok, nvm that it was literally just my date and I there). The staff was super fun and really seemed to enjoy working there, which made the experience even better. This may have been the firs time I've ever seen an arcade wiped down and getting cleaned LOL. Saturday fun! Never been to this location before but since we were in the area decided to stop by. Walked inside and was greeted right away. There is an arcade as soon as you walk in and then the mini golf area. This was my sons first time here and he loved it. Everything glowed in the dark and some of the displays actually moved and talked as you got closer to them. Came here for the first time for a birthday party and was weary about bringing toddlers because of the theme but left happy we came. This place is kept clean and the staff are amazing. They offered fresh strawberries, mandarin orange cups, pizza (cheese and pepperoni), juice boxes and frozen jello, which was a nice treat since they froze them into fun shapes. The staff worked great with the little ones and were very attentive to their needs. One of them even went as far as to help cut my son's pizza into smaller pieces. Whaaaaaaat?! Everything was organized well and flowed so smoothly from eating, playing games, cake, and transitioning over to mini golf and the arcade. They played pop music and it just loud enough without being obnoxious. I loved how the DJ played trivia every now and then for the little ones to win prizes. The arcade had a good variety of games. We especially enjoyed the play until you win claw game. It wasn't working at first but a staff member kindly fixed it and even stirred up the toys so we'd have a better chance of getting a prize. We had a great time but seriously though the clowns....why the clowns? We're not talking about your happy circus variety clowns. No! This is a nice little miniature golf course with a spooky twist. I loved everything glowing in the dark. plenty of spooky characters. I thought they would be too scary for little kids but it didn't seem to bother any of the kids that were there. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was the course was kind of small due to the building space. Also if you have people in front of you they tend to linger on your hole until they can move on to the next hole. There were about 8 arcade games, about 6 carnival games and a laser course for your enjoyment. They also have a room dedicated for birthday parties. All in all it was a nice experience. read more

Took my little one for a birthday party and had more fun than he did (not really). Had a hard time finding it at first but that was my fault, it is very visible from the road and had lots of parking. The room where the party was held was kinda dark and gothic which was cool. Don't really remember the food. It was kiddie food so I didn't really pay attention to it. Seemed as if it were food the parents brought in but not sure. The actual mini golf was super fun. My little guy had a blast and as a mother that has been to many of the kid party places around here Monster mini golf was a breath of fresh air. The black light and neon was cute and they had large characters that moved and danced. Speaking of which the music was great. Terribly disappointed in this experience! Management failed to monitor the number of people crowded onto the puttputt course. Our family waited patiently 10 to 15 minutes at each hole for the large group in front of us. Soon unsupervised little kids behind us tried to push their way thru us AS we took our turn. One little girl dropped her club between my legs. They hit balls under our feet. I asked them to wait their turn as we were not done yet on that hole. Concerned for the safety of everyone crowded together, we had to repeatedly remind unsupervised little girls that they had to back up and wait. The manager then scolded us for being "mean" to little kids. Our visit was ruined. We won't ever go back. The employees allowed crowded chaos and unsafe conditions. read more

Fortunately, the better half and I had time on a Tuesday right when they opened at 2pm plus we were the only ones in there - mmmmmuuuuuaaahhhhhh :D Just entering the indoor glow in the dark location brought out the kid in me. I wore my crazy green running shoes for this occasion ^_^ Oh, and my nails had mint green nail polish - you couldn't miss me... Since we're "Big Monsters", 'twas $9 each. Staff members were friendly and accommodating. Scorecard, pencil, clubs, and balls were all glow in the dark - we're ready. Total eye candy everywhere we looked. We had fun focusing on the game and glaring at the design of the miniature golf / putt-putt layout. I won't explain much regarding the course - there're enough pics to tickle your curiosities. As some Yelpers mentioned, MMG made good use of space in designing their 18 holes. Now after playing the course, I can also understand the concerns that Yelpers shared w/waiting-space separating one group from another. There's little space in between so pack your patience. Next time we'll also play some video games :) Old school, we are, so Ms. Pac-Man is a no-brainer. They offer a little bit of everything at their arcade section. Staff will explain the card format (swipe and play). FYI, from the outside this location looks more like a business park than a shopping center so be prepared for that visual. Stepping into Monster Mini Golf is like stepping into the kid's version of a nightclub. The entire room is dark and lit with florescent lighting. I can imagine that as a child, I would've flipped over how cool it is. As an adult, I'm still pretty impressed - but I do caution you to uhm, make sure your clothing is clean. The games you can play while waiting are a ton of fun. Prices are fairly decent too, at 50 cents for a game of skeeball. The golf course has interesting holes. My main gripe is the waiting. If you get behind a slow group for mini-golf, I hope you have a lot of patience. We got behind a family, and spent at least 10 minutes per hole just waiting to be able to go. Even once the group before us finished, there was no where for them to stand while waiting for the rest of their party to go for the next hole, so they were often standing over our hole. They really should have designed the course with a waiting area or something. After a while, it got really annoying and really ruined the experience. Plus, I think it took us almost two hours for a game of mini-golf. When you leave Monster Mini-golf, I suggest shading your eyes. It's hard to adjust to the light. read more
