Deceptive business practices. Not all inclusive at all- food is separate and purchased off their company menu

Deceptive business practices. There was a Groupon for a birthday party that declared it was "all inclusive", and when I called, I was told in a pretty aggressive way by their party planner that food was not included in any of those packages. He tried to make me feel like I was an idiot for thinking that food would be included even though their advertising is clearly marked as all inclusive. I asked if he could honor the Groupon as advertised and was given a winded explanation of how their parties are structured and where I can find their menu online. Glad I called before I wasted my money on the Groupon to book my kids birthday party.

I've taken my nephews to the indoor play area for the past 2-3 years now and they continue to ask to come back. Prices are reasonable and the play area is clean, large and lots of fun play for the kiddos. There is a large bounce house, climbing playground, nerf guns (free to use), 3 climbing walls, ninja warrior obstacle course, and more! We have noticed they added an arcade area since we last visited. My nephews loved playing the arcade games after they were done with the playground. All in all, a great time here at Super Awesome & Amazing! We will come back to check out the indoor water park!

My GrandGirls and I went on a Saturday around 2:00pm. It wasn't overcrowded. I thought it was a little pricey but it was worth it! My GrandGirls had a blast! I would have given it 5 stars but the actual staff inside the play area looked so bored and disengaged. They would answer questions, weren't rude but just seemed like they didn't want to be there. The young man at front desk where you pay to enter had a professional attitude. Other than that I have no complaints. Nice and clean. My Granddaughter loved the rock climbing and they had 3 play area. I will definitely return.

    Garbage inside the play area

The adventure park would have been 5 stars if it were clean. We were one of the first groups there for the day and the bounce area had not been cleaned from the day before. Discarded wrist bands, clumps of hair, and food wrappers. I asked an employee how often the inside was cleaned and he said it wasn't. The floor is cleaned everyday but the slides, bounce areas, etc are not cleaned. I miss the days of covid-cleanliness! If they don't even pick up trash then they definitely do not use a sanitizing spray.

Fun swimming area for littles! What a great little day trip for our toddler. This play area was well kept and fun. Not nearly as big as great wolf lodge but still a lot of fun for littles. Older kids (maybe 10+) probably wouldn't enjoy this area for long but the st James has SO much to do! The price was fair- altho I will say I shouldn't of had to pay to watch my daughter inside. Next time I will just pay her fee. Also enjoyed the fact that there was a cleaning and water test every hour. Lots of slides and a dump bucket. No actual swimming area in here. So prolly not a good choice for babies.

We've been several times with our 5 now 6 year old. On weekends there is always a party. I think price is reasonable for one child for an hour. There's a large slide/climbing playground where you could do nerf guns (varies how many people actually use the guns). There are large climbing towers which my kid got scared after a little ways up but there is staff holding harness. There's another climbing structure while harnessed above and a ninja warrior set up. My daughter loves the ninja warrior but on our last visit there were two sections missing so it made it impossible to go across and the end had a missing section too. There's also a small trampoline section. For toddlers there are giant foam blocks. Best for 5-10 year olds. Would get a 5 star if things were maintained more especially given it's at the St. James which is a very impressive sports facility.

    Nothing happening here

As it turns out, "Super Awesome & Amazing" is actually "Mediocre, Disappointing & Expensive." It's like a lousy version of Zava Zone with less physical space and fewer things to do. On the day we visited, the waterpark was closed (for mysterious reasons about which the employees were vague). The waterpark was the whole point of our visit (otherwise we would have just gone to Zava Zone), so the mysterious closure just made their crap climbing area seem even worse. Plus, the employees didn't seem to care, which just compounded our annoyance and disappointment. All in all, I'd say I hate this place and you probably will, too.

My daughter conquered the floating obstacle course!

This place is a best kept secret. My only reluctance in posting a review is that I don't want it to become overrun!

Website says suitable for ages up to 15. Teens, they will be bored in 15 minutes . My suggestion is 5-10 years old.

What's the best age group for this place? Is there enough to do for a three year old or is it more geared for older kids?

For starters this place is so unkept, it's so incredibly dirty and the bathrooms are gross. I truly wonder if they ever clean this place? We visited 2 years ago and again this weekend, and I can tell they haven't updated a single thing. Including the nasty pom poms that have clearly seen better days and cost 2 cents a piece. This is the weirdest children's museum I have ever been to. Not even sure what the target age group is. They have like half of an exhibition appropriate for each different age group. The exhibitions are not cool, barely entertaining, half of them are broke or barely work, they are all dirty as can be. And the museum overall is tiny! I feel bad for the people that pay to visit this place. This was definitely the last time we visited, even with free tickets. Every single Smithsonian museum is 100000x better than this, and they are all free. So save your time and money and visit any of them, I'm sure your kids will be more entertained there and at least they won't catch a nasty virus from playing in this dirty place.

It was finally warm enough to do an outdoors activity so I booked us tickets to go over the Easter weekend. I reccomend booking in advance as they do get booked up quickly. Also make sure to sign the waivers beforehand; so you don't have to do it at check in. I must say the staff this time around was truly commendable. They were great at instructing us the how tos and safety measures. They were considerate and patient dealing with my young nephews which I noticed and appreciated a lot. We did the tree top journey course as my nephews are still young and aren't quite tall enough for the other/ more advanced loop. This one was perfect for them. Some parts were challenging and scary but we managed to brave through it and were having the time of our lives! Tips: wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Bring a attachable cord for your phone so you don't run the risk of dropping it LOL. An hour gives you around 2-3 rounds on the loop depending on how fast you go through the courses. So much fun! I am considering purchasing buying the packages to take my nephews throughout the Summer.

I took advantage of Black Friday offers and went on one of the last days they were open for the year. Freezing temperatures, but with good layering, hat, and gloves that wasn't an issue (I had pre-purchased their gloves, but wasn't thinking about temperature and got fingerless ... luckily I had brought a thick pair of my own gloves as a backup). I was by myself for the adventure (my wife stayed on the ground and took pictures - it's okay to bring spectators), but there were some other groups on different courses. The staff was friendly and helpful and made sure to tighten up the harness between each course. I did about half of the total courses - two full courses and one halfway, which had an option to return to the start before some obstacles I wasn't quite ready for mentally. The first two courses I did included a handful of obstacles and ended in a zipline. The obstacles get progressively more challenging as you go along, partially in terms of balance, but mostly in terms of fear factor. For me the toughest to psych up for was a set of free hanging ropes that you walk on. The Tarzan swing also took a minute to mentally prepare. The remaining courses I decided to save for another day after looking at them from the ground - I'd been challenged enough for the day, but definitely plan to go back and build up to those, hopefully with some friends along for support.
