The front desk staff who sold us our tickets were not very friendly, and although we saw a couple of staff members inside, they didn't engage with guests at all. When you asked questions they acted like we were bothering them. I had read online that this was a good place for toddlers, but we didn't even stay for an hour. The toddler Duplo area was small and many of the pieces were missing, which made it hard for kids to really play. The ride was also a bit scary for our 3-year-old. We didn't experience the movie or Bank game (both geared towards an older age). There was a small indoor play area, but it also seemed better suited for slightly older kids. My son stayed on that for 5 minutes since we couldn't guide him through (children only). Overall, I think this attraction would be much more enjoyable for kids around ages 5-7. Stars were knocked off due to the staff.

PROs: Booking was easy, there were plenty of things to keep 20+ toddlers entertained for an hour, there are multiple bathrooms, there is a fridge in the party room (for water, ice cream, etc). The staff will clean up after the party. CONs: The party room was not clean or ready for us to enter when we arrived 20 minutes prior to the start of the party. (We had 8 minutes for 5 adults to set up and we were not done when guests began to arrive). If you want extra time, I advise you to book the time when you confirm the guest details. Our coach had another engagement to get to so we didn't have the option of staying longer and had to rush our guests out. (Yikes!). We had about 50 people at our party and some of the adults stayed outside of the party room when it came time to eat because there simply wasn't enough room for everyone. I suggest limiting parties to 40 people. All in all--it was a good time.

Normally my husband takes our daughter to her class, but he had a dentist appointment today so I attended instead. After this experience, I honestly would have pulled my daughter out of this gym immediately. The substitute/manager I spoke with initially provided me with inaccurate information regarding my daughter moving up to the preschool class. Later, when I spoke with the front desk employee, she told me the teacher had been giving parents the wrong information all day and proceeded to reprimand the teacher in front of everyone when she returned. It was very unprofessional to witness staff correcting each other publicly. Afterward, the teacher attempted to backtrack by saying my daughter needed a lot of help. This had never been mentioned during the earlier conversation about the preschool class, especially considering there were only two children in the class at the time. This was also the first and only time this teacher had ever worked with my daughter. Her regular coach, Shay, was on vacation. Honestly, Coach Shay seems to be the only person holding this place together. The staff turnover is extremely high, which is very concerning. Considering the cost of tuition adds up to well over $1,000 per year, there should at least be some type of progress notes or communication system in place so parents receive clear and consistent information about their child's development. When I called back to speak with a manager, the same rude front desk employee transferred me to the same teacher she had just reprimanded -- presenting her as the manager. This only added to the confusion and lack of professionalism. Lastly, the facility itself is very outdated and unclean. There is a noticeable odor when you walk in, and the floors and equipment appear dusty and dirty. The cleanliness of a gym where children are constantly on the floor should be a top priority, but that clearly is not the case here. Because of this experience, they will not be receiving any more tuition from us.

There is a great up station, climbing wall, nugget couch pieces, small ball pit, stage, large animals, tumbling mat (I think?), and lava tiles. Tons to do and lots of space to burn off energy. Downstairs there is a town area with a pizza place, school, fire station, etc. each small room is set up accordingly with everything the imagination needs. There is a kitchen area (with sink) for folks to eat in with lots of little chairs. My daughter's favorite room was not far from here--little grocery store area, ice cream cart, taco truck, and garden with little flowers to plant and a hose to pretend with! Parking was ample. The manager on duty explained that while it wasn't a contract requirement, it was their preferred and "most efficient" way of handling party admissions and that they were asking all parties to do it that way that day. This created confusion and inconvenience, especially for parents who were not prepared for it. Food service was another letdown. Outside food wasn't allowed, which is understandable, but the available food options were very limited and not good quality. The pizza was especially disappointing, the crust tasted stale and had an unpleasant, almost frostbitten texture. I also ordered walking nachos, and they were made immediately but then left sitting while we waited for chicken tenders. By the time everything was ready, the chips were soggy and the toppings were cold. When I asked if they could remake them fresh, the staff began talking and laughing among themselves, which came across as unprofessional and dismissive. The park itself was not overly crowded, but there were several rules that didn't seem to make much sense and took away from the kids' enjoyment. The party host also mentioned she was not told the party area would include sand. This was frustrating, as it meant constantly rinsing sand off before going back into the pool area. It feels tight. There are no high bleachers so come early to find a good spot to watch from. They do have benches surrounding the pool on the deck. The center is an older center but has all your basic needs. Locker rooms don't appear the cleanest but has showers. The shower water goes from warm to cold when more than 1 or 2 are using it. This location also has a preschool with a small playground on site.
