Off Limitz is one of the best trampoline parks we have ever attended! I find these type of places very overwhelming since many businesses tend to treat the business as a birthday party factory farm. Not here -- we were one of the only birthday parties during the time period and the children had lots of space to roam around safely. There was lots of varied activities which kept the kids (age toddler to teenager) entertained -- trampoline dodgeball, high ropes, warped walls, ninja warrior, mazes, and more. Let me start by saying I rated this place with 3 stars because I witnessed the play areas being cleaned/sanitized in between use, love it! In my opinion this establishment is over priced, it's not SkyZone, Round 1 and certainly not Urban Air however; it is a decent alternative when the other indoor play places are crowed. Our visit was during the week for a school fund-raiser so I was not able to see this place running at full capacity to include staff. There were a few activity areas that were off limits due to lack of staff. The restrooms are clean and this establishment offers concessions as well (pizza, chicken, chips etc.). Oh wow! Gah! Get to this place today! Do NOT pass it by. We've been going to "the other trampoline park" locally and are entirely blown away! So clean. Sooooo friendly! The employees have been AMAZING since we walked in. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the manager Kiera, who seems to be adored by the employees which speaks volumes. The other gentleman behind the counter was so genuinely nice as well. Everyone was dressed for the holiday, it was so nice to see. Here was the real surprise, Caiden! This gentleman went above and beyond to see that my two 5 year old twins could do the climbing AND the high and go ropes course. He went up there with them and everything. His guest services mindset and care for us really made our visit one to remember. He was so encouraging and engaging and I just can't say enough. I would say this place is for older kids. Dodge balls trampoline, volleyball trampoline, big bouncy house, and ninja warrior course-which Most of them are within a difficulty of middle aged kids and up. My elementary school aged kids were pretty much done and over with the entire place in 15 minutes. read more

I've watched one staff member quickly attend to a child that took a ball to the face, giving her an ice pack and addressing the parent. What an awesome indoor play area/jungle gym/ninja course/jump house. They got trampolines and a rock wall. They just opened 3 weeks ago and I only found out about this place through CertifiKID emails that tell me about fun places for kids. I also got a deal from that which was $14 for an hour. So I took my kid and a friend of hers to check it out. It was pretty empty since it was a Monday and so that was nice but I'm sure it'll bet busy on the weekends and once people know about this place. The worker's (coaches) are helpful and friendly and they sanitize the play areas. Everyone is wearing a mask as well. My 5 year old had a fun time playing in the large jump house area, climbing the rock wall, and ninja/obstacle course. She was too little for the ropes course on the top which looks pretty fun for older kids and the single trampoline that makes you jump high and flips. I even got to try running up the high wall and getting over it! All in all, this place is clean and great for kids and gets them tired out with all the things they can do. I will probably come back here. It looks like you can have birthday party and other type of group reservations here. read more

This place is great It's clean, lots of things to do, the ninja course is fun, and it had a nice place to relax while the kids go have a great time. It was not too crowded as well, so it was not a complete madhouse. The staff is courteous and friendly, and the manager, Tim, is super and actively walking around making sure everyone is having a good time. We have two boys, 5 and 7, and over the last couple years we have been to every trampoline park, ninja park, arcade, etc, in NoVa. This place is far and away one of the best. It's clean, the equipment is well kept, and the staff working were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and interacted great with all of the kids at the park. That last part was key. Normally at places like this the staff are high schoolers glued to their phone, ignoring the kids and piles of trash all around them. Each of these employees played great with my kids and were incredibly attentive. Very pleasantly surprising. read more

This location is full of immature teenagers, who do NOT give a damn about your child or anything other than the "waiver"! This specific location condones bullying from an adult to a child, found the situation amusing, and manager couldn't manage anything! Not his employees nor his unruly customers! He also had a smirk while informing him of the situation, and yelled extremely loud in a woman's face and scared the children around, rather than deescalating the situation PROFESSIONALLY and PROPERLY!! The children were all crying, scared and not one single employee gave a damn, they were only standing around to be nosey to see a "fight"! Because again, they got a bunch of 16-17 year olds who only work there bc they get to work with their friends! My main problem was with management Rich, not the children running it. Their website states this place is a LOVING,SAFE PLACE but our experience says otherwise! It's obvious we won't go back! But that manager needs to find another job! I held my son's birthday party here and everyone (children aged 4-11) had a blast! The manager Dorothy and her staff were so helpful and accommodating and made sure everything ran smoothly for our group. The facility itself is pretty spacious and there is plenty for all to do. Wonderful place! Something for everyone! We held a school spirit event at ZavaZone in Woodbridge! The staff was very attentive during the event. They did a great job working with the different aged kids on the climbing obstacles and on the dodge ball court. Pristine bathrooms (feminine products at the front desk if needed), massage chairs, and employees that are all amazing.
