My son loves coming here, but the facility is very dirty. I think this location gets a lot of business because it's one of the only trampoline locations in the area and if you purchase the monthly package, you can get your money's worth. The staff is young, and it doesn't seem like they have proper oversight. Last night, I watched (what I assumed) were friends of the staff members come jump without paying. I've seen the employees vacuum the carpet before close; however, I'm not sure the mats ever get properly cleaned. They are very stained. The dodgeball area is now closed because of a hole in a trampoline that hasn't been fixed.

I (40m) took my nephew (9) and niece (4) to play 8/9/24. The place was as clean as a trampoline park can get. There were two staff manning the desk to get people in the door and paid, but the entire 90 minutes that we bounced there was one staff for all the children IN the trampoline park (at least 60 kids) The staff member did do a good job of trying to rotate among the various areas of the arena, and try to maintain order. He'd blow his whistle at roll infractions but as one staff for an entire arena, he could not maintain order and safety. There was a field trip group from the Goddard school in Leesburg, and the school staff there did nothing to promote safety among their attendees which impacted all the families who had brought their children to bounce. The biggest issue was in the dodgeball area and then the area with the large mattress type Thing. No one was there to tell kids when it was safe to jump kids were Many kids were getting hurt and it was complete chaos. I got into a verbal argument with the camp staff who were upset that I redirected their campers from jumping on my kids. I went to the front desk where the manager for the day at Altitude. She heard what I had to say but stated She couldn't do anything about the staff because so many staff had called out that at least they did have one staff And the front desk required two staff. So altitude can get them in the door paid, and processed ready to bounce Your safe or maintain order while you enjoy the trampoline park. Manassas' Sky Zone is worth checking out instead of this place. The manager gave me expired passes For me and the kids to return as an apology for my experience. The passes expired in 2023. What a "F*** You". Never going back Back. I took Attached this review are two photos that show some of the Chaos of the day. no staff member of altitude were available to maintain safety.

It gives the kids something to do but oh man is it gross. At opening it obviously hasn't been vacuumed. Rarely see staff and if you do they aren't really doing anything. The safety mats are filthy. No toilet paper in the bathroom. They're lucky that parents are desperate for an indoor activity around here.

4 year old and 18 month old had a blast!

I took my 4 year old and 18 month old here for a 30min experience. They left sweaty and had a blasty blast!!! They jumped, played with balls, and climbed out of the foam pit. The bigger kids were socially distanced and respectful of jumping near my little ones. No one was masked, but we were cornered off, I wasn't concerned. Would not come with the crowds. Overall, it was worth it. Perfect location to kill some time and exercise.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE; READ CAREFULLY. EMAIL SENT TO ATOMIC To whom it may concern, My husband and I took our 2.5 and 3.5 year olds to Atomic Trampoline on Sunday September 16th 2018. My son managed to sneak into the dodgeball area and due to all the bouncing from other kids while he was crossing the court, he landed on his arm and fractured his elbow. We quickly took him to Inova Leesburg but he ended up at Fairfax needed surgery. I am reaching out to your management to request a partial voluntary contribution towards the hospital bill. As of today, I have received two invoices totaling $500 that I would be glad to share with in exchange of any help. The only other contribution received from Atomic Trampoline was a jump pass for a free hour that the supervisor at the time gave us as we were walking out with my son; I don't think that was too conscientious. I look forward to hearing from you via email or cell phone 703-xxx-xxx. Thank you for your time. The moment of the incident, nobody came to help of even assist. The only acknowledgement was a very young supervisor that approached me while I was waiting for my husband to bring the car and rushed to the Hospital, that took my son's name down on a clipboard and gave us a free jump pass to come back. Unbelievable! After sending the email to Atomic via their website, I received a phone call from Kevin McCoy with Engle Martin Claim Services out of Georgia. I was in contact with them for a few days and they never called back. My case was forwarded to another staff member that said it would take a while before hearing back. At this point, nothing has been done, no help has been provided, no apologies have been given. I am very disappointed and sadden by the fact that a kids' place would be so careless about such a tragedy taking place at their facility and for them to have no response other than to send a lawyer to investigate and turn it into a cold case after months. TO ALL THE PARENTS OUT THERE, one thing the emergency department shared at Loudoun and Fairfax was that ALL kids that are rushed to the ER are due to falls from a trampoline or monkey bars. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS TO ATOMIC TRAMPOLINE. They only care about $$

The pros: Fun Different sections to do what you choose (dodgeball, foam pit, basketball dunking) Clean Friendly staff The cons: NOTHING for the parents to do Too many kids at one time Big kids cutting in line in front of the smaller kids and small staff doesn't do anything about it No food or drink options other than the $3.50 Gatorade machine that had no Gatorade The place is fun and cool don't get me wrong but for $27 per child for 2 hours it leaves the parents with no options (food, tv, games, restaurant, etc..) except to sit on a bench.

    Fun times at atomic!

Pretty cool place! If you kid likes to bounce on trampolines, listen to dance music and be surrounded by strobe lights then this is the place for them- It seems to get a little crowded and they don't limit the amount of people, so come early. The major downside for a parent is seating. There are a few benches and that is it. If you are there for 90 minutes it can be difficult.

I wanted to try more stuff but I haven't been on a trampoline in years, so while I enjoyed bouncing, I was afraid to try flips or jumping into the put from the "high dive".

100% recommend this place as a wedding venue for no more than 150 people…read more The venue: My wedding had about 135 and seemed like the perfect number. Also had my wedding in middle November which was a hit or miss on weather but was in the 50s, perfect weather for our little S'mores setup. And Birkby still had trees with leaves that fell late so we still had a variety of fall colors still in the backdrop. Birkby has such a homey comfortable feeling with the cottage house, gazebo and other garden space, and the reception tent. The tent, with the lightings, is so beautiful. When I asked a cousin for wedding pictures, she had about 15 of just the lighting. Good thing we had an actual photographer! The house has several rooms for the cocktail hour for the guestbook, gifts, and other neat hangout spots as well as a pair of restrooms. There are another pair of restrooms by the tent. The upstairs has a bridal and grooms suite. Bridal suite is large and my wife and her ladies loved it. The grooms suite is cozy with a TV, couch, and fridge--all you really need. The 2nd floor also has two porches that look out to the rest of the venue. Great photo ops! Coordinators: Had the viewing with Carleigh--absolutely fantastic and super friendly and decided to go with her and Kristin (Simply Royal Events) for our wedding coordinators. It felt like a huge advantage having them coordinate since they knew the place inside and out and knew most, if not all, of our vendors. They were quick to respond and adjust to all of our last minute changes and updates. They were all over the place (in the best way possible) from beginning to end as in they had everything organized and made sure people/things were in place and yet were also very available for any questions or comments I or the bride had the day of. The wedding transitions happened so swiftly that I hardly saw any of it happen. The ceremony chairs were swept off, space heaters were set up, the firepit and S'mores layout was done, and off I went through a line of sparklers. Vendors: The Birkby House has an open house every spring and invites their preferred caterer and vendors. Definitely check this out if you are interested in or planning on having an event/wedding at Birkby. There are a lot of local vendors present, some who don't really have the publicity as other vendors that may have hundreds of reviews. For example, we went with a local photographer Steve and Bernadette Dalgetty and even though we haven't received the pictures yet, they were such a charm to work with. We did go with their partner caterer Tuskies and that couldn't have gone any better. The tasting was a little unconventional. We basically just had dinner at their restaurant with a $100 tab so we couldn't really try specific items on their wedding menu but we tried the filet mignon and branzino dishes that best replicated the wedding entrees. We absolutely loved the filet mignon and this chocolate martini (which we added to our wedding) but the branzino was a bit dry so we actually considered removing the fish option but we were glad we didn't. ALL the food during our wedding was phenomenal from hor d'oeurves to entrees--best wedding food ever (said no one ever but I'm serious, Tuskies was amazing!) Not only was the food great but also Neal was so fun and easy to work with. They also allowed us to bring our own alcohol saving in some costs. I truly think the triple threat of Neal, Carleigh, and Kristin was the reason why my wedding went so smoothly or at least appeared like it ran smoothly haha. Misc: Other perks to the venue, there's a large public parking lot behind the venue that is really only used as a commuter lot during the week so it was fully available for guests. It's in downtown Leesburg so it's a great spot to check out a local bar if you come early. But speaking of downtown.. The con: The only negative thing about the venue is because it's in downtown Leesburg near residents, there was one resident who complained and called the cops multiple times. There's a noise curfew at 10pm which is when the wedding ends anyway but he complained well before 9pm. I'm sure this happens quite often, it has to being in such a residential area and while it was annoying having to deal with a disgruntled neighbor on your wedding night, the cops really seemed to care less. The cops said as long as the coordinators had the permit (which they did), the noise was fine.

Planning weddings often feels transactional, but finding businesses that resonate authentically is key: Silk Banquet. Working with Manas has been EXCEPTIONAL--he's been accommodating and supportive through numerous changes to both food and budget, key aspects of any wedding. It's like having a trusted friend by your side! The food tasting was PHENOMENAL (SO delicious) and the service impeccable. Manas and his team have guided us toward the perfect menu for our big day, offering live stations and more to elevate our wedding experience. Family is important; from my fiancé, to our parents and even my little brother, we're all in awe of the tremendous support Manas has provided from day one, even offering his expertise and advice for other aspects of the wedding. On a site note, while we chose a venue closer to home, Silk Banquet's renovations are really impressive and their package offers a budget-friendly one stop-shop to ease event planning. Whether for weddings or other events, I highly recommend Silk. Thank you Manas, we appreciate you SO much! For future milestone celebrations, we won't look anywhere else--Silk Banquet sets the bar high; service and food can't get better than this.

I do not plan to return and would not recommend this location unless major improvements are made. Before booking, I called to ask about compensation for shoe rentals since everyone in my party owns their own bowling shoes and equipment. I was told food or beverage compensation would be provided. However, when we arrived, the front desk staff seemed confused, and after a long delay, we were given arcade credit instead, which was not what was promised. Once we began bowling, the lane condition was unacceptable. Staff confirmed the lane had not been oiled in over two days and it was visibly dirty. It took over 30 minutes to clean my bowling ball and another 30 minutes to clean my girlfriend's. The lack of oil caused the ball to behave unpredictably, making proper play nearly impossible and risking damage to our equipment. The group bowling next to us repeatedly ignored basic bowling etiquette--throwing multiple balls at once and launching them excessively hard. At one point, a ball bounced into our lane, which was unsafe. One female staff member did her best to address the issue and deserves credit, but the behavior resumed shortly after. This situation highlighted a need for better staff training and consistent rule enforcement. There were also frequent scoring issues, as the pinsetter incorrectly registered frames and required constant manual corrections. The food was equally disappointing--the pretzel sticks tasted stale, as if reheated and left sitting. For nearly $100 for two hours of bowling, I expected a much better experience. The high prices, poor lane conditions, mediocre customer service, and lack of oversight made this an extremely frustrating visit. This location feels more like "boutique bowling" and is not suited for serious or competitive bowlers.

The road down to the main building was not paved, very long and bumpy. Once you arrive to where you're ready to park there really aren't any signs directing you of where to go so we went up to someone at the big building and asked if we were at the right place to which they confirmed we were. I would suggest a larger sign on the main road stating that the entrance is coming up rather than right at the entrance. There was a very cute store inside which would have been very nice to shop at but there was only one person working the pay line which was also full of people buying drinks and cocktails. I highly suggest at least 2 people working that area in the beginning when people are arriving and definitely at intermission. We would have purchased more if we were able to get in line, purchase our items, and be back in time but we didn't think we would make it back in time. Also, when leaving any event, PLEASE be very careful. There weren't any lights leading away from the building to the parking lot which was pretty scary given that it also was not paved or a sidewalk. It was rocks/dirt and we all had to use our phones to leave. This could be dangerous for others that may have more of a difficult time seeing at night.
