    Brooklynn and her prizes

Came here with my bf and his daughter for a birthday party. The location was kinda yucky. Sticky floors and tables but I kinda expect that in a place that welcomes kids. Cause kids are gross Anyways, the kids had a good time and the prizes are set up so that no kid goes home without at least a piece of candy which I appreciated because nothing is worse than trying to get kids to leave Chuck E Cheese no less empty handed. I haven't been back as I don't have kids and this location didnt have wine like the other one so I'm DEFINITELY not coming back.

We visited (and had a party at) the Manassas location and this one. I was so disappointed by this one. First of all, our party planner was terrifying. Like really scary and a bully. We kept laughing because we were just all so scared of her. She kept telling me where to stand and taking my camera in an attempt to take pictures for me. She was just so insistent that SHE could do EVERYTHING. She's in every picture with my son--as he's opening presents, blowing out candles. It was so weird! To add an even stranger element, there was this woman sitting off to the corner of the restaurant on her phone. And her son wandered over and started playing with my son. Then he asked if he could come to my son's birthday party. So of course my 6-year-old son said sure. I ended up having to feed this kid pizza and cake. Between the odd party planner lady to this random kid, it was the strangest party ever. Then, this random kid told my son, "this is my 4th party I've been to this week!" So this lady just brings her kid to chuck-e-cheese to let him join parties? I don't know. Maybe they're struggling financially or something. Whatever. It was odd though. Pizza was subpar. Some games were broken. They use cards instead of tokens now. The salad bar is the best part, but it's pricey.

Very big facility. Studio C stage (meaning only one robot). Chuck's mouth didn't work properly at the time of my visit, and so while all of his other movements worked, his mouth didn't move when he spoke, which was distracting. Watching all of the other characters on television monitors also was a bit odd (I can watch TV anywhere). Played Skee Ball in the game room, and noticed that the balls were lighter than most. Food was mediocre, but that's to be expected from Chuck E. Cheese's. You don't go to Chuck E. Cheese's for fine cuisine.

Took our nephew here Saturday around noon. He loved it! I have been to Chuck E. Cheese before and this one was cleaner and had lots of games! Pizza was good too. Will be back with the kiddos.

Lies!!! LIES!!! And I asked an employee why it wasn't done and he rudely replied "we are busy sooooo..." smugly. RUDE

I love that there are also crafting options, some tables with puzzles as well. In a shopping area so plenty of easy parking. Your child gets to pick a snack at the end which helps with the "I don't want to leave" tantrums Cons: The price is hefty $16 for 1.5 hours. It's hard to get behind this when I can go to a place like me land in chantilly for $10 and unlimited play time with a much bigger space and a lot more to do. The snack helps with that but still, at this price I'll come maybe every other month. At $10, I go every week sometimes multiple times a week. The space is small and they are cleaning while you're playing, in such a small space this feels rude/ puts unneeded pressure on the customer. Especially since they have a gap to clean before the next time slot. Overall: I would come again but not often due to the price. If you have a really crafty kid and only one younger kid I feel the price might become worth it. If you have kids in a spread out age range, or who don't like crafts, or you don't want to deal with the stress of having to be there at a certain time, and leave after just 1.5 hour. There are certainly better options both from an affordability standpoint as well as quality.

This is hands down the cleanest indoor space we've been too and we've been to lots. The staff here were super friendly and regularly cleaning and putting things away. The play space has a town motif with a crafting and art area and then a vehicles, blocks, and dinosaur area. My daughter's favorite was the vet space, followed by the recycling truck. She spent a fair amount of time with the dinosaurs and at the grocery too. We never made it to the play areas on the left side. 90 minutes just really isn't enough time to cover it all if your little spends a long time in one area. I looked online to book play for another weekend and was shocked to see they only offer play 9-1030 on the weekends. I'm a working single mom, child in preschool, and we live in Springfield-essentially the weekend schedule means we won't be able to return without setting out super early. I love the imaginative play concept so I really hope they open a space closer to Fairfax or open up additional weekend play hours.

The zip line is pretty fun, even for adults. The staff are pretty helpful in explaining how things work and assist in putting on the harness and taking it off. The slide is also really fun, you get a mat to slide on and go down head-first on what seems a 90 degree plummet and land on an inflatable pillow. One thing I did see people struggling with is the anchoring point of the harness to the rock climbing rig. You gotta have some strength to properly rig it and kids often need assistance. In some of the reviews I read prior to visiting, people said it gets really busy on the weekends and the lines can really put a damper on the experience. We chose to go on a weekday and there were no lines.

Safety is, of course, a top priority, but the current setup is completely inefficient. There simply aren't enough staff members to strap in patrons quickly, leading to an excessive line that ate into the time we paid for. To make matters worse, the climbing walls and ropes course require separate harnesses, forcing kids to stand in line TWICE just to participate. If I had paid for two hours and spent half of that just waiting, I would be beyond frustrated. This setup is unfair to families who expect to actually enjoy the attractions--not just stand in line. I strongly encourage management to look at how other adventure parks operate and adopt a more efficient system. More harness stations and dedicated staff at multiple locations throughout the park would make a huge difference. If things don't change, I imagine many customers (myself included) will hesitate to return and may even request refunds. How can a business thrive if paying guests spend more time waiting than playing? I truly hope improvements are made because this place has so much potential--but right now, it's just not working.

However, within minutes, it became clear that this facility is dangerously understaffed and falling apart. My biggest concern is safety. The few staff members present were completely checked out. Instead of monitoring the equipment, they were grouped together looking at their phones. This was terrifyingly apparent on the high ropes course. I watched a young boy climb a set of pillars nearly 15 feet in the air before the attendant finally looked up from her phone to intervene. In an environment like this, that level of negligence is unacceptable. The facility itself looks ok at first glance but is in disrepair. Large strips of rubber were falling off the warped wall, and the general maintenance is appalling. I've attached a photo of the stairs where the lighting fixtures have been ripped out, leaving exposed wiring hanging open right where kids are walking. Between the distracted staff and the crumbling infrastructure, this place is a liability. It feels unsafe and frankly needs to be shut down before a child gets seriously hurt. We will not be returning.

They looked super bored and couldn't be bothered to watch the kids for safety. When I kid was stuck on the sky obstacles course and was shouting for help but there was no workers in site, I went to find one and he just said, there's 2 harnesses so if 1 is stuck, there's the other one and walked away. For most of the visit, it was just me and my two kids so not too noisy which can be a barrier at indoor playgrounds at times for us. He did not want to leave to go home and that's rare for him! Open play is $22/child with $20/ additional siblings for two hour time slots that can easily be reserved online. Typical open play is Sunday 10am-6pm and Friday-Saturday 10am-7pm. The gym includes suspended equipment with various types of swings, crash mats and pillows, a zip slider, a trampoline, a small Mario-themed climbing wall, monkey bars, a climbing mountain, a rope bridge, a hammock swing, and a rolling bar slide. Outside of the equipment, there are imagination stations-a vet, a doctor, construction, a kitchen, and a Target store playset. Also a train set and an exercise bike.
