Well it's been three services in a row with bad product. I called and specifically told him extra sauce and not dry. Always the benefit of the doubt. I just spent $60.00 plus on wings and pizza , just to have it dry as flour. The pizza had wood chipping or burnt slithers. Talked very highly of this place . Now its product has failed miserably. In the mood for pizzas for takeout in the area, this Champ's in Sterling caught my eye. Ordered Champs Tandoori Pizza, medium size for a little over 20$. It came with tandoori chicken (Indian style dish) with Onion, jalapeños, and banana peppers. Food was pretty good. I will say a bit overpriced. However it fed 2-3 people. Still had leftovers in the end. Will probably order another kind of pizza eventually. I'd like to try something else on the menu. I liked that there was sufficient protein on the pizza, and was kind of springy taste, also somewhat spicy. I'll give it a pass. read more

The place is small. There are maybe 4 tables with booth seating where you can sit to eat. They were busy the entire time I was there with people picking up to go orders or coming in from the hotel that is within walking distance. The lady at the counter wasn't exactly friendly or helpful with ordering but she wasn't rude either. The calzone was made to order. I was able to take out something I didn't want and add something else in. It was a generous size for the price. I wasn't even able to finish half of it. The toppings were all fresh. The dough was perfectly crispy on the outside and tasted great. It came with a container of cold marinara sauce. I would've preferred if it were warm but still used it to pour some sauce over the toppings before I took a bite. read more

I'd definitely come back for the WINGSSSS!!!! Ahhhh these wings were so flavorful and juicy. They know how to sauce it up! I ordered the Buffalo chicken pizza and honey bbq wings. The pizza was alright, it just tasted like any other generic pizza. I will say though the chicken chunks on the pizza had that odd out of can chicken taste I don't like. Family was staying by Dulles airport area and needed sustenance. I was pleasantly surprised to find this spot serving halal pizza! We got a large grand slam pizza, large chicken fajita and garlic bread which was more than enough for our group of 6. Chicken fajita was dry and didn't have much chicken, but the grand slam (which had an assortment of meat toppings) was really quite good. Food was ready in 10 mins. read more

Ive come here a few times with my coworkers and we all enjoy it and like that they have a good selection to choose from. When they make the pizza, it comes out piping hot and definitely smells amazing. As far as the wings, I wish they had better seasoning but it does the job when hungry. Picked Champs while in the area during an overnight layover at Dulles airport. Pretty varied menu selection, friendly service. Didn't have to wait long for chicken wings and a Greek salad. Wings were particularly meaty but swimming in sauce (8/10). Salad greens were fresh and topped with generous helpings of feta and olives but tomato was limited and not very good quality (7/10). Just ordered a calzone that tastes like dirty dish water that was used to wash big foots d*ck.. chicken tenders that were dry and don't even come with fries and a sub that is basically a bread sandwich with mystery meat, and MIRACLE WHIP which is an absolute abomination to put on an Italian sub. They also charge a $6 service fee ontop of the $4 delivery fee. So it's $10 delivery fee not even including tip. read more

I been wanting to try this place for a couple months but since they don't deliver we had to wait until we were in the area to pick up an order. The person at the register was very kind and personable. We got a large pizza and 16 wings. To my surprise, the wait was about 7 minutes and the pizza and wings came out hot and fresh. The pizza was done perfectly and the dough was nice and crispy, it tasted lite and d yummy. We got 8 wings with champs sauce and the other 8 honey bbq. Personally my favorite pizza spot in NOVA. The sauce is tangy but sweet, right amount of cheese, seasoning and good crust. The cheesesteaks here are also 10/10 and the portions are generous. This is certainly a great option if you're in the area and want to just get a very very good pie. We have only ever done carry out so unsure about service or ambiance besides it's friendly and always on time and ready for pickup. What more can you ask for really? read more

Champs is one of my favorite to go to restaurants! The customer service is on point, their staff is friendly. Always on time when I order food ahead. My top favorite item to get is Bacon Cheeseburger with crispy fries. My second favorite is their gyro pizza. The burger is made to perfection - has flavor, it's juicy and taste. Getting the crispy fries makes it even better to enjoy with the burger. The pizza is made fresh, any toppings you add you will love and enjoy the flavor. So I was craving wings on football Sunday and being new to the area I didn't want to go to the normal "buffalo" spot. This place was only about a mile away and had great reviews so I hit it up to try my luck. I wasn't disappointed at all. The people that work there are fantastic. Great customer service, and the wings didn't disappoint. I had the 16 piece with mild and old bay and they were both very good. Not super dried out and cooked well through. I'll definitely be back but would love to try another spot as well for comparison. Give them a shot. The sandwiches look amazing as well and their pizza sounds delicious also. The loaded fries had a cool presentation but the turkey ham and pepperoni gave the fries a really funky and funny taste couldn't finish it. Hits and misses really. The Champs sauce is pretty good and goes nicely with the wings. The wings could be a little more fried to make the skin crispy but that's just a personal preference. Where we felt really let down was the tandoori chicken pizza. The chicken is just doused in red food coloring and has no actual tandoori chicken flavor. There is no tandoori flavor at all in the pizza. Really disappointing. read more

Yummy half tandoori chicken and half veg large pizza, the vegetables were all fresh, green bell peppers, red onion and mushroom, with black olives. Would definitely recommend their veggie pizza, but take it, as a take out as the place didn't look so clean that you would wanna eat in there. It's in a new shopping center so I figured I'd stop in and check it out. I was a restaurant manager for many years, and I was truly impressed, the restaurant was clean, especially the bathrooms. I ordered a sub, and the staff was quite helpful and the sub came out toasted properly, and the fixings, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, etc. It tasted as good as it looked and the servers were attentive but not bothering you. Over all it was a very pleasant experience and I will go back again, plus it's a family owned business. I have high hopes for the restaurant! It's great and I would recommend it to anyone. The only thing was that was a challange was that its really hot inside the restaurant so a little uncomfortable dining experience but the food was tasty fresh and no long wait.
