The food was excellent! My wings were delightfully spicy but not "burn your mouth off" hot. My husband's were delicious as well and the ranch is out of this world! The 4 stars is because the customer service was pretty awful. They weren't really watching who took what order and they were pretty blasé about helping get drinks and such. Let me just say that I'm not too sure why Wing Stop doesn't get the flowers they deserve and folks give them a hard time because they have literally never ever failed me when I've had a wings craving....and their ranch dressing is literally the BEST RANCH IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD!!!! I ordered a combo (bone in wings, boneless wings and tenders) and went with Lemon Pepper, Louisiana Rub and Garlic Parmesan which also came with 2 dipping sauces (I ordered an extra because I'm obsessed with the their ranch) and it also came with a side and I went with the carrots and celery as opposed to fries because I was trying to balance things out lol. The wings were cooked to perfection with just the right amount of lemon pepper seasoning and both the tenders and boneless wings were extra golden crispy and balanced with the right amount of breading and chicken, and they sprinkled Parmesan on top of the tenders for a nice added touch. The packaging was also sealed to prevent my DoorDasher from nibbling on my feast on the drive over which was an added bonus. My boyfriend and I each ordered a large 10pc wing combo. I ordered the Mango Habanero and Cajun, both are pretty spicy! I loved the sweetness from the Mango Habanero, along with the extra kick from the spiciness. I loved dunking both in their Honey Mustard sauce on the side! This location is kinda hidden behind some trees, and bushes in a newly developed and small shopping center. Just like any Wingstop though, their wings and fries were delicious. Only downside is I usually get mango habanero and this was NOT at all spicy. Maybe it was just the sweet sauce and that's it. After finding out that Wingstop opened in Sterling and seeing that the reviews thus far have been decent, we decided to go here for a cheap Saturday night dinner. It's located in a newish shopping center that has a few vacant store fronts which gives the center an almost ghost-town like look. We arrived here around 5:30 p.m. Even though we looked at the menu online, we still needed to decide what flavor chicken wings we wanted. You go to the counter to place your order then wait for your name to be called. There is a menu board but it is lacking. There is no mention on it of the wing flavors. Instead, you have to pick up a brochure with a more detailed menu that is kept by the register. So, it took us a bit of time to figure out exactly what we wanted. We decided to get one of their "Meals for 2" and chose the 15 piece wing combo. It consists of 15 wing pieces and you can choose up to 2 different flavors. Plus it also comes with 1 large order of fresh cut seasoned fries and a choice of dipping sauce (ranch or bleu cheese). In addition, you get 2 soft drinks. We also decided to get a side order of bourbon baked beans. I was surprised to see that if you want to have a side of "crisp veggie sticks" (carrots and celery), there is an extra charge. So, basically, you are expected to dip your wings in either ranch or bleu cheese dressing. We don't do that and had we known that "crisp veggie sticks" don't come with the combo, we would have told them not to give us the sauces. All their food is "cooked to order" and "no heat lamps" or "microwaves" are used. So, unless you order ahead of time, expect to wait about 10-15 minutes for your food. Our order didn't come out all at once. We were told that they had cooked up our "mild wings" but they looked really small so they were making bigger ones for us. So, our hickory smoked BBQ wings came out first, along with the baked beans and dipping sauces. Someone brought them out from the kitchen directly to our table. A few minutes later, the mild wings and the fries arrived. The mild wings are deceptive looking as they look like hot ones that were dipped in tabasco sauce. My husband was afraid to try them. It was only after I had one and assured him that they were mild did he try them He agreed with me that they weren't hot and had good flavor. The hickory smoked BBQ ones had a nice BBQ sauce flavoring with a generous coating of sauce. I ended up liking them better than the mild ones, while my husband preferred the mild ones. We expected the wings to be meatier but they weren't scrawny either. Still, we have had better wings elsewhere and...we've also had worse ones. The fries were quite good. They came to the table piping hot. The seasoning had a salty taste with an undercurrent of sweetness going on. The baked beans were sweet but the bourbon flavoring came through. We both enjoyed them. There are no napkins, just a paper towel holder at the counter where you rip off as much as you think you will need. Also, ketchup and a few other condiments are available. They do have plastic forks but the container they are kept in is easy to miss. In fact, when our food came out, I had to ask the guy where the forks were and he brought us one. The soda machine is a touch screen one. We would go again but I think next time we will order in advance so that our meal will be ready when we arrive. In fact, we both agree that we would like to try some of their other wing sauces. They have quite a large selection of them and they are listed by order of hotness with the hottest one listed first and the mildest ones at the bottom. Dinner was, indeed cheap. If coming here with a friend, I would recommend getting a meal for two, like the 15 wing combo with large fries and 2 regular drinks for $16.99. With tax it came out to be 18.01, and we ordered on our mobile app so we got to add on the free 5 boneless wing offer. Not bad for the amount of food we got. I was very pleased that the order came out exactly as we wanted when we arrived. They even changed our order to eat-in rather than carry out when I went to the front cashier. The parmesan flavor wings I'm not a huge fan of, because the cheese is too powdery (like those shelf cheeses you get in grocery stores to put on top of pasta). The lemon pepper wings, however, are delicious and on point! Not too peppery, and tons of flavor. When ordering online, there's a space for "special instructions" and we put down Cajun seasoning for our fries instead of the Wing Stop seasoning. Which I prefer because their house seasoning is a tad bit sweet... (Maybe that's why I didn't have such a great experience last visit?) Wingstop is hit or miss. definitely a solid no for dining in but a big no if there is a dinner rush for takeout. Front counter staff can be fickle. Soup Naziesque but some times chill. If you want undersized wings but cooked well, I recommend in a pinch. The cookery is usually solid, but the customer service can be terser than Putin getting the wrong type of Borsht on a cold suburban winter night. When things are slower it is a solid choice but the size of wings are small but you never have to risk undercooked, pinkish chicken. If they enlarged their wings to match the cooking quality, it might be a perfect choice and one would overlook the attitude at the front counter or the forgetfulness of your order. I wish I had Troy Aikman on speed dial considering the number of trips I've made to this joint. Wings cooked well, but tiny and well, there's that spotty front counter service. read more

This wingstop location is the absolute best! I have ordered here multiple times, and they have never disappointed me. The wings are always fresh and tender. I frequently get the all-in bundle and it is perfect every time. The spicy Korean BBQ and the garlic parmesean are a great go-to option for me. I recommend getting the fries with the extra well done cook option to make them nice and crispy. The staff is always very friendly and helpful with their customers and Doordash/uber eats drivers. A taste of home!! Wingstop is huge in Texas so it's always a pleasure to stop in and indulge. Their wings are made to order so they are ALWAYS fresh! Drums vs flats?? No worries here, you can order all drums or all flats. Boneless or bone-in? Again, you choose!!! They even offer eleven different flavors to choose from. They range from a mild lemon pepper to ATOMIC!! The also offer a variety of sides. My favorite are the fries and fried corn. They use a salt/pepper/sugar blend for their fries that is highly addictive!! The fried corn is delicious and you can also choose a flavor for these as well. I go with Cajun to get a little bit of sweet and a little bit of spice. I've not seen many locations in the DMV area but it's totally worth the trek. read more

This place does have online ordering or you can call in or order there so that's a big plus in my book. The fries were really good they sort of had this sweet/salty seasoning that I can't quite put my finger on other than to say I did like it. The wings were really good, I also got boneless wings which were nicely flavored although some were a tad on the salty side. The plain wings are just that no sauce but were good. The Parmesan flavor, teriyaki, and lemon pepper were also good. Also added points as they have the Coke Freestyle there so I can get a nice concoction of Dasani flavored water. Overall I'd totally come back again. This wingstop is always real busy. I don't think there are any others for some distance. I will say David is always up front and has a great attitude and is always working hard. The crew seem real cool and doing the same as well. I don't know what a regular size crew would be but I think they may need a few more just cause it is so busy.
