We've been coming here for years, and every single time I come here I feel so loved by the staff and greeted so warmly. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and they truly make you feel like family the moment you walk in. We recently came to celebrate my husband's birthday, and it was honestly one of the best experiences we've had yet. Our server, Delora, was absolutely amazing! So attentive, kind, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the night. Ms. Angie at the host stand was so sweet and welcoming as always, and I also have to mention Gaby, who is usually at the bar and is always so friendly and wonderful every time we visit. The food was incredible, especially the wings! They were SO good! Fresh, flavorful, and definitely a must-try. Thank you to the entire staff for always making us feel so appreciated and cared for. That's exactly why we continue coming back year after year. Highly recommend this place for both the amazing service and amazing food! read more

We came here for the first time and were not disappointed! Usually I'm not a huge white chicken meat fan, but they keep the tenders nice and juicy! Service was good and very attentive. Food was good! Beers were $3 each! We'll be back :) read more

I was visiting The Buffalo Wing Factory on a wing Wednesday and I asked the host if the chicken was halal she told me yes. MOST restaurants have a halal certification but at this restaurant there was nothing after I finished eating. There was no halal certification displayed anywhere. I asked our server if it was halal and she proceeded to tell me it wasn't. This is absolutely unacceptable, I always eat halal and halal only and buffalo wing factory made me go against my beliefs. read more

Great wing spot. The food here is great. The service was excellent too. Our server was very attentive. I would definitely return if I'm out in Dulles read more

I come here very often with my S/O and friends. The food is always really good (I like the bulgogi wings and sheetpan nachos, their pizza is tasty too) and the service is unmatched. We love Joy, Justice, and Gaby behind the bar. The margaritas are sooo good! It's right behind my house so it's really good place to unwind and good for happy hour. Lovely place! read more

Great new menu, and the wings are fantastic. They now have a real live menu that you can understand the last time I was here. It was very difficult to order a normal size appetizer or side dish but now it's very possible to get a nice meal that works well for the traveling man like me read more

Had an amazing experience at Buffalo Wing Factory! The food was absolutely delicious -- the wings were cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and came out hot and fresh. Everything we ordered tasted great and the portions were generous. What really made the visit stand out was our server, Delora. She was wonderful -- super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Her positive attitude and great service truly elevated our experience. Between the amazing food and outstanding service, this was a fantastic visit. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend stopping by if you're craving great wings and top-notch service! read more

I absolutely love this place. It's the one place I always take anyone who comes to visits me to. First things first, the servers are all super sweet. Ashli was our server, and she was very attentive to our needs. Both professional and friendly. Next up, the food. My husband and I always get the loaded fries just because they are the best loaded fries we have found in the area. My favorite sauce to get on the wings are spicy ranch whereas my husband's is spicy crab. You are allowed to split flavors, so he typically pairs the spicy crab with either 911 or dry rub cool ranch. Most of the time, there are a handful of people, but I don't find the place overly loud. I can typically can make conversation easily without having to strain to hear. Something my husband and I have found to be cool about this place is that the managers also walk around to make sure everything is to your liking. It makes us feel like we are cared for by everyone there and they truly want us to have a good time. Again, I love this place, and I will keep coming back because I've never had a bad experience at this place. read more

Our server, Gaby, was awesome in spite of one of the members of our party asking for mustard like eleventy-million times. Good times!

Food was amazing, and Ashley was so good to us! We have a young child and she was so accommodating. Great service.

No longer living near the Sterling BWF, but used to frequent the place, well, frequently. Got a chance to meet some friends down there and go back to my favorite wings place. Our wings and other food were amazing as always, but the service was as exceptional. Our server, Gabby, made the trip there worthwhile. She made dining out with friends FUN and not an eye-rolling disappointment when it was time to pay the bill. The wings are the best around and if Gabby is working try to get seated in her section! read more

Delora was handling a packed house during the game and STILL managed to give us fantastic service. She was balancing a ton of tables but never made us feel rushed or overlooked. Super friendly, fast with drinks and food, and didn't miss a beat. Honestly impressive under pressure. She's the kind of server that keeps people coming back. We'll definitely ask for her next time! read more

Our server Delora was great! She recommended a we try a new flavor and it was so good! Ask for her if you come here she'll take care of you!

I have eaten wings all across this great country and none are better than the BWF. Thick, juicy and large. Much larger than the sparrow wings one would get at Wild Wings. And talk about variety? 30 flavors. I've been a regular for over thirty years. My friends and family out of town make me bring some when I visit. Finally, a word about Joy, the bartender. She seen my kids grow over the years and remembers them all now that they come on their own. She remembers our orders. Always friendly and attentive. Ditto Besa. Always greets us when we come in or stops by to say hello and make sure everything's fine. BTW, the pizza and smash burgers are the bomb, and the curly fries are to die for. Try the Buffalo Brussels and the Buffalo Mary. Only down side is they've gotten a little pricey, especially the drinks. Nothing's perfect, but this is our go-to for three generations. read more

Stopped in for a quick bite and ended up staying longer than planned because of how great the service was. Delora was on top of everything-timing, accuracy, even remembering our names after just one intro. She made great suggestions and had a calm, confident vibe that added to the experience. Everything came out perfect, and she even timed the check just right. At service from start to finish. read more

Amazing service from Delora! she was very nice and I loved the fingers and fries. Great place to check out if you're in the sterling area.

Gabby is very nice and takes very good care of us all of the time . She's the best and she is always polite to you

The food is always exceptional. The wings are amazing and have only gotten better over the years. Large size, amazing sauces and the crispy addition to the menu (when ordering online) is a great add! They are a bit slow, but I allow for it as the time spent on making my food great is appreciated. Ambiance is nice, as it's a sports bar sort of feel with a nice menu to accommodate! read more

Taylor was a great server. Always checked up on us and made sure my beverage never was empty. 10/10 services

Food was delicious. I enjoyed every single bite but they only gave me one ranch with my order of wings, mozzarella sticks & French fries.

Ashli gave amazing service and was so excellent at making sure everything was okay! looking forward to coming back. Thank you Ashli!

10/10 better alternative to Buffalo Wild Wings or Wingstop. The wing flavors are fun and creative (get the sweet and Smokey bbq!!) also the old bay tots with hot honey are chefs kiss. So perfectly crispy and the sweet and savory flavor profile is unique/ to die for. Also liked the beer selection, it had a better selection of ciders and local beer than you'd see at BWW. read more

Hi All- So construction group ordered approx. 20 lunches for delivery today. I will say that it was a incredible disappointment! The tots which were to be crinkle cut fries (as stated in menu) were cold and tasted like fried oil. The sandwich was equally disappointing as the bun was burned and the meat as half-xxsed cooked. Usually, If you get a bad order, you can make it happen (scrape the bun and reheat the tots); but when you're out in the field not an option. DO BETTER! read more

I really enjoy the food, but in my recent orders the curly fries have mostly been small broken pieces rather than full spirals, and the wings ordered "wet" have been inconsistently sauced. Could you please ensure future orders include whole curly fries where possible and that the wings are fully coated in sauce? Lastly, why do you charge for a packing fee, in addition to the tip? read more

I have been to this location a few times and every time it is an excellent experience. The food arrives fast and has never been anything but perfect. The service is outstanding and the seating is very open and roomy. I've only tried wings and fries here and highly recommend the boneless wings on a nest (on fries). The fries with cheese and jam on them were awesome as well. There are TVs all over to watch sports if you have a game you want to see. As far as wing places go, this place is one of the best in the northern VA area. Give it a shot! read more
