We've been coming here for years, and every single time I come here I feel so loved by the staff and greeted so warmly. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and they truly make you feel like family the moment you walk in. We recently came to celebrate my husband's birthday, and it was honestly one of the best experiences we've had yet. Our server, Delora, was absolutely amazing! So attentive, kind, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the night. Ms. Angie at the host stand was so sweet and welcoming as always, and I also have to mention Gaby, who is usually at the bar and is always so friendly and wonderful every time we visit. I was visiting The Buffalo Wing Factory on a wing Wednesday and I asked the host if the chicken was halal she told me yes. MOST restaurants have a halal certification but at this restaurant there was nothing after I finished eating. There was no halal certification displayed anywhere. I asked our server if it was halal and she proceeded to tell me it wasn't. This is absolutely unacceptable, I always eat halal and halal only and buffalo wing factory made me go against my beliefs. read more

I come here very often with my S/O and friends. The food is always really good (I like the bulgogi wings and sheetpan nachos, their pizza is tasty too) and the service is unmatched. I absolutely love this place. It's the one place I always take anyone who comes to visits me to. First things first, the servers are all super sweet. Ashli was our server, and she was very attentive to our needs. Both professional and friendly. Next up, the food. My husband and I always get the loaded fries just because they are the best loaded fries we have found in the area. My favorite sauce to get on the wings are spicy ranch whereas my husband's is spicy crab. You are allowed to split flavors, so he typically pairs the spicy crab with either 911 or dry rub cool ranch. Most of the time, there are a handful of people, but I don't find the place overly loud. I can typically can make conversation easily without having to strain to hear. Something my husband and I have found to be cool about this place is that the managers also walk around to make sure everything is to your liking. It makes us feel like we are cared for by everyone there and they truly want us to have a good time. I have eaten wings all across this great country and none are better than the BWF. Thick, juicy and large. Much larger than the sparrow wings one would get at Wild Wings. And talk about variety? 30 flavors. I've been a regular for over thirty years. My friends and family out of town make me bring some when I visit. Finally, a word about Joy, the bartender. She seen my kids grow over the years and remembers them all now that they come on their own. She remembers our orders. Always friendly and attentive. Ditto Besa. Always greets us when we come in or stops by to say hello and make sure everything's fine. BTW, the pizza and smash burgers are the bomb, and the curly fries are to die for. Hi All- So construction group ordered approx. 20 lunches for delivery today. I will say that it was a incredible disappointment! The tots which were to be crinkle cut fries (as stated in menu) were cold and tasted like fried oil. The sandwich was equally disappointing as the bun was burned and the meat as half-xxsed cooked. Usually, If you get a bad order, you can make it happen (scrape the bun and reheat the tots); but when you're out in the field not an option. DO BETTER! read more
