I was visiting The Buffalo Wing Factory on a wing Wednesday and I asked the host if the chicken was halal she told me yes. MOST restaurants have a halal certification but at this restaurant there was nothing after I finished eating. There was no halal certification displayed anywhere. I asked our server if it was halal and she proceeded to tell me it wasn't. I absolutely love this place. It's the one place I always take anyone who comes to visits me to. First things first, the servers are all super sweet. Ashli was our server, and she was very attentive to our needs. Both professional and friendly. Next up, the food. My husband and I always get the loaded fries just because they are the best loaded fries we have found in the area. My favorite sauce to get on the wings are spicy ranch whereas my husband's is spicy crab. You are allowed to split flavors, so he typically pairs the spicy crab with either 911 or dry rub cool ranch. Most of the time, there are a handful of people, but I don't find the place overly loud. I can typically can make conversation easily without having to strain to hear. Something my husband and I have found to be cool about this place is that the managers also walk around to make sure everything is to your liking. It makes us feel like we are cared for by everyone there and they truly want us to have a good time. I have eaten wings all across this great country and none are better than the BWF. Thick, juicy and large. Much larger than the sparrow wings one would get at Wild Wings. And talk about variety? 30 flavors. I've been a regular for over thirty years. My friends and family out of town make me bring some when I visit. Finally, a word about Joy, the bartender. She seen my kids grow over the years and remembers them all now that they come on their own. She remembers our orders. Always friendly and attentive. Ditto Besa. Always greets us when we come in or stops by to say hello and make sure everything's fine. BTW, the pizza and smash burgers are the bomb, and the curly fries are to die for. Try the Buffalo Brussels and the Buffalo Mary. Only down side is they've gotten a little pricey, especially the drinks. Nothing's perfect, but this is our go-to for three generations. read more
