Ordered take out today for Sunday football. We used the online ordering and that was easy. Pickup was ready and all my boxes weee packed up. It went downhill from there. None of the boxes were labeled. We had no idea what was mild or spicy. I had 4 different boxes. The wings were unfortunately tiny. I can't even say they were worth the $16 for 10 tiny nuggets. I've been coming here since I moved into the area forever ago and the food has been great! Can't beat the service, caveat: I eat at the bar 99.99% of the time. Pretty chill atmosphere, standard for a sports bar but not totally like a sports bar. Other locations might have better layouts bar-wise, but can't beat the bartenders at this location! read more

This place could sure use Chef Ramsey in the kitchen drilling cooks on how to prepare and serve wings! Valuable lesson would be to actually toss the wings in the customers sauce of choice rather than the carryout container itself. The young man that waited on me appeared to be totally disengaged. The new renovation is subpar, doesn't match the place, even the staff was agreeing with us. Regarding service, we had some feedback for the bartender and he basically told us that he didn't want to deal with us and walked away, wow who is training the staff. This place is becoming subpar. A few weeks ago my husband and I ordered takeout over the phone for our family of four. The person who took my order over the phone offered great recommendations for different appetizers, wings, and quantities. At the end of the call she reread my order to me, making sure it was everything my family and I wanted. About 20 minutes after the phone call, my husband and I arrived to pick up our food. When we got there it was very very busy, all of the tables full with servers rushing round to greet the guests and get all of the orders. Nonetheless the two girls hosting the front didn't hesitate to greet us with a happy smile as well as everyone we saw come through the door. The brunette with glasses acted with efficiency when taking our payment while informing us on the new rewards points system they have. While that was going on the blonde girl was very speedy bagging many different orders all at once and greeting us again when our order was done. After we arrived home we opened all of the boxes with our children and the order had been perfect. Our extra crispy fries had been included along with all of our sides of ketchup, celery, blue cheese, and ranch. There had been nothing missing from our order although the wings had been a little dry, everything else had been perfect. The blonde and brunette with glasses at the front deserve a raise. The food is usually pretty good. I highly recommend if you order food to go, go pick it up at the restaurant because they tend to mess up the food. I got my food delivered and my wings barely had sauce on it, my simple salad was supposed to have the balsamic vinaigrette and in the picture it is not, and they only gave me one cup of ranch when there was supposed to be two. I ordered the smash burger crinkled fries and wings (wings not shown). This is a chicken establishment why was the burger the only thing that was passble. The chicken wings were overly fried! It was hard and extremely tough. They didn't mix the sauces ob the chicken well (I got spicy honey bbq and sweet bbq). My party and I waited 15 minutes for our server to come even introduce himself, when the restaurant was nearly empty anyways. Our server, Joshua D., was absolutely horrible. Extremely rude and sarcastic to everything he said, and basically tossed our plates & straws on our table without giving us a second look. Despite the restaurant being almost empty, it took over 45 minutes to get our food, which was just not great. The fries were fine, but the wings were an absolute joke. Somehow dry and rubbery at the same time? The sauce was basically placed on top, just not good food. At the restaurant I went with friends and we had the loaded fries appetizer. It was bigger then expected. We ordered multiple wings with four different sauces. My friend has an allergy and rhe waiter was great at checking with the kitchen. I'm always a suckered for the hot wings. When I had takeout they offered only flats or drums. Amazing I love the flats. And it came perfect with the nest over curly fries. There curly fries are amazing. I like their homemade ranch too, but with takeout they don't give you extra unless you pay. This is our go to spot in the area. They are one of the only places to watch the games. They have drastically changed the menu and have eliminated a lot items. Offer a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich but you do not have the option to get it fried. That would be a true Buffalo chicken sandwich. Was craving for wings so checked yelp and this place came up. After checking flavors and saw lemon pepper I decided we should try it. It was located in a small strip mall in Ashburn VA and when we arrived about 6:30pm and the place was busy but not completely full. The waiter came over we ordered 2 orders of the 10 wings, and a chicken wrap, and beverages. Not sure exactly what happened but we watched other guests who came after us got served within 15-20 minutes. By 7pm, I waved the waiter down and he said it would be a few more minutes and simply ignored the fact that by then we had waited over 30 minutes even our tall glasses of coke were almost empty and ready for refill. I can understand that kind of wait time but this place being the type that serves bar, mainly deep fried, foods does not justify... Alas, about 7:10pm our food came. The spicy lemon pepper was not what I had expected--it was overdressed and I wanted a dry rub wings with the dipping sauce on the side, not swimming in them. My two companions, trying to be tolerant simply said their food were okay. We finished our food more than less the time we waited for them.
