We recently came to celebrate my husband's birthday, and it was honestly one of the best experiences we've had yet. Our server, Delora, was absolutely amazing! So attentive, kind, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the night. Ms. Angie at the host stand was so sweet and welcoming as always, and I also have to mention Gaby, who is usually at the bar and is always so friendly and wonderful every time we visit. The food was incredible, especially the wings! They were SO good! Fresh, flavorful, and definitely a must-try. Thank you to the entire staff for always making us feel so appreciated and cared for. That's exactly why we continue coming back year after year. Highly recommend this place for both the amazing service and amazing food!

Food is OK quality and prices are reasonable if not inexpensive on their specials, like the steak and ribs for only $25. Good flavor and cooked ok but a nice combo for the price. Service is OK with some wait staff being more efficient than others. There were some who knew their customers by name and took time out to talk with them but that slowed down service a little for the rest of us. Nothing too bad but you might wait a bit for refills or something you need after your food or drinks arrive. We had cool fries and it took a bit for the staff to come back to our table to check in the dining room. Similar response time for wait staff outside when we needed condiments that were ordered but didn't come out with our entrees. Cigar menu is an ok selection where there is something for everyone; however, our experience was the place ran out of the first four cigars we selected and each time the wait staff had to come back to our table to tell us they were out of that cigar. Wait staff didn't know what cigars were in stock and which they were out of. Overall, very good experience for both inside the dining area and outside where you can smoke. Recommend The Bungalow Lakehouse as it is a good experience and has a variety of experience options.

We ordered the pepperoni pizza and mild buffalo wings with blue cheese on the side and it was GOOD!! The pizza dough was perfect. Texture and thickness was spot on. The crumbled sausage in the Julian or the Roma pizzas is pretty good. We also enjoy the Rustica. I guess I'm finally writing a long overdue review to see if the owner will reconsider baking the pizzas just a little longer, the centers tend to be soggy. Especially the Rustica. With all of the liquid that get cooked out of the veggies coupled with the center of the pies being underbaked, the middle of our Rustica was just a soggy mess once again. Please fix this! We will be back and want to continue to enjoy veggie pizza here, but it's a big waste to not be able to eat the center of our Rustica pies. One thing I didn't like here was seeing a dog walking around behind the counter from the kitchen one time (and yes the owner was there, she just told the pup to go back in the kitchen). Certainly that's a health department no-go and it left me questioning the health guideline compliance. Please keep it all on the up and up! Thanks

I had to repeat my simple order four times. When I asked if they had any milk (for the kiddos) she laughed and just stared at me confused. I explained it was for the kids and we were dining in. She said she wasn't sure and then over a minute later confirmed they didnt. I asked for four water cups and that seemed to be another confusing task and I had to repeat that while she got several options for cups (putting them back and taking them out) before handing them to us, and then couldn't remember if we wanted water or a fountain drink. Needless to say our order was incorrect. We received a deep dish pizza, which we did not want but ate regardless because we were hungry. The Stromboli was very good, but the crust was turning soggy after sitting for 10 minutes. On a positive note, the tirimisu was awesome! The tables didn't have any napkins or condiments for pizza/pasta (cheese, red pepper, or oregano) but up by the soda fountains they had one of each. The problem with that is of course people would take those to their table and not put them back. To avoid awkwardly requesting to use them and then bring them back we just decided not to bother. I cannot imagine why the restaurant wouldn't provide these at the table or at least have more available. Ambiance was good. Typical pizza shop - booths and some tables. Walk up to order.
