This is my favorite top golf location! It is conveniently located off Route 7 and 28 in Ashburn. They have incredible customer service, including our waitress Shannon! She was so kind and attentive to our needs. She even gave each of us a promo gift card for mobile ordering food on their new app. This is the kind of excellent and quality customer service that will keep us coming back! We even went back last night for a late night golf experience (they stay open until 12 or 1 AM every night) which was super cool with all of the colored lights on the golf course and relaxing breeze. Top Golf is a little pricey but they always have good deals going on so just look out for them. And you can bring up to 6 people per bay - the price stays the same! Book online ahead of time for cheaper rates as well. Anyways, I've found one of my new hobbies (Top Golf golfing)! This place is massive. Plenty of parking. We had an event here and while we arrived early, it was a bit silly they would not allow us to set up until about 20 minutes before. Our server was excellent. They brought us anything that we asked for. My main issues were that the lady that started cleaning up the food (we had a ton) i asked her for a to go box. She told me they were not permitted because its a safety issue. The funny thing is another server brought me a few boxes prior. Top golf is a great family activity. I can take my kids and for a couple hours they are not on their phones. There is a variety of food options. Really there is something for everyone. The downside is a night out for four can run close to $200.00. We can go to the local golf range for less and bring snacks. It isn't the same but for the budget conscious a better choice. read more

We went on a weekday to get an awesome deal so that was a huge plus! If you want to go on a weekend, you really want to make sure that you fill up your bay so you can split the cost and it ends up not being too bad. As always this venue provides the practice that I need before a real game. I try to come before noon to get the early bird pricing of $21 an hour. Today I ordered food. The service was very good. Server approached us quickly and brought all our food and drinks quickly. The breakfast burrito was hefty, enough for 2 people to share. The tots might be a tad oily. I like this venue a lot. Lots of space to play within each bay. Food is decent and the service is top notch. I like there are fans and heaters available based on the weather. I usually come about 2 hours before closing and there's not too many people there. Lots of parking available all around. We love top golf and the experience is honestly brilliant. The interactive games are great with families too. The issue is when we got there we had a 2 hour paid bay. We came here on a Tuesday night to save some money and take advantage of the half off pricing. I feel as if it's too expensive on other nights for me personally. We noticed that the radar or tracker for the balls was off tonight as it didn't seem to detect any where the ball was going on several occasions. We were scheduled for 90 min and couldn't even get our dinner order in until about 45 min into our game bc it took him that long to check back with us (he did take our app order right away) then had to wait almost 15 min to ask for a soda refill and another 10 min to get it. Great place to hang out during anytime of the year. Even if you're not a pro at golf, it's a fun place to hang out and swing. There are fun, interactive games you can play with a group of people that way all levels can enjoy as a group. Food is typical bar food with a few healthy options on the menu as well. Otherwise, the calories in the food is loaded!! They have a full bar anf dining area downstairs so you can eat/drink while you're waiting for your reserved bay time to open up. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I've been here several times and sometimes they miss things, like not bringing out utensils and napkins with the food, or beverages without straws, not offering water. Good vibes, decent food, fun night! First time trying Topgolf and honestly, didn't expect it to be this fun. I'm not a golfer at all, barely know how to swing, but the whole setup makes it easy to just relax and have fun. It's kinda like bowling but with golf, and a way cooler atmosphere. The lights, music, and energy were all on point. Food was decent, not amazing, but it hit the spot. We got wings, flatbread, and nachos. Wings were solid, flatbread was tasty, but the nachos? Meh. Could use more cheese or something, kinda dry. Drinks were great though, strong and fast. Our server was friendly and kept checking in even though it was super busy. Two concerns particularly (servers were fine except waiter on main floor). If you're placing a party in a bay that will cease to be available at a certain time, *let them know* so they can make an informed decision. We would have bought an extension or double stay. Then, half of our time was taken up with waiting for a trashed bay to be cleaned, and then chasing down our food and drink order because we actually believed the waiter on the main floor when he said our orders would be brought to the bay, but they were not. That time was still taken away from our paid time so we had 45 minutes of play time rather than the 90 minutes paid. Based on this experience, this venue is off the list of considerations for near future large party locations. read more

My wife, daughter, and I booked a two-hour window on a Saturday morning to hit some balls. My daughter arranged everything online, and we walked directly to our third-floor bay after parking. It's good for the ego to hit from the top level, although hitting the close-in-red targets might be more challenging. We were able to play three full games of twenty balls each in our allotted time slot. Our server set us with "swing lube" (beers) off their menu with many options. I took my team to Topgolf for a team engagement event recently. If you want to reserve a bay for between 1 to 6 people, you are not able to do so beyond one week. We ordered a good amount of shareable food and played at least three games within two hours. The service was great. It's a unique experience and because the operating expenses are high, the price per person is consequently high, both for bay rental and for food, which if you're going as a group a minimum spend amount is required. Honestly, it is obnoxiously expensive for what it is, the food isn't very good and is overpriced, and nothing is complimentary, but why would it be? No one showed us how to operate the kiosks or how to swing to approximate success, we had a bay with a poor angle in the upper deck, the balls didn't come out when you waved the club over the spot it tells you to wave, and the putting turf was damaged. The location is new, mostly well kept, and entertaining. There are a LOT of under-18 kids, which I guess depends on time of day, day of week, and season, and out of the control of Topgolf. We were a group of 8 celebrating my best friend's birthday. There was a minimum ordering requirement, and we were well under so we had to order a lot more of food that isn't very good just to hit that minimum. I won't return to this location or to any other Topgolf. I just don't think it is worth it. I'd much rather spend money at mini golf or bowling, but maybe I'm basic (and I'm okay with that!). When it came time to pay, two servers hovered over our group blocking the exit and watching us intently. Perhaps theft is an issue there, but that's on them to collect a deposit if people are dining/playing and dashing. read more

We generally enjoy Bob Evans food and service, but after 4-5 visits we're giving up on the Chantilly, VA location. Service terrible. Had to ask for someone to take our order after 40 minutes. The orders were incomplete, and like warm at best. It does not appear to be a happy place for staff to work, judging by server expressions. Plenty of better alternatives nearby. read more

We had to go find him to get our food order, then after he took that it appears he got off his shift-- just left without saying anything. No one checked on us or offered us more drinks. We had to ask two people at the bar to close out our tab-- both of them said they didn't know how to do that and needed to ask someone else. Finally found a guy that could. Pro: big parking lot, warm head lamp, friendly staff. Con: scam out of playing time. Always wanted to play at a top golf but never had time until now so , me and my friend arrange a time to come visit this establishment. It would be my first time here with my group of friends. The parking lot is big so there no issue with finding a parking space. After registering our party of about 6 people we were giving a bay. The computer has many games you can choose from distance shooting to rack up points to angry birds. Our server was very nice and brought out drinks in a timely manner even though he did forget the water for a while. My group register for one hour of golfing and we got through two rounds of game and still had about 10+ minutes left for our bay when we were given the check. This left me with a negative perception of top golf that I was cheated and didn't get my money worth that I paid for the full hour. All in all, I had a fun time here with my friends and I would recommend anyone looking for a fun time to try top golf atleast once but for me I don't think I will be returning here again soon or atleast another top golf location in the future. read more

This was the second TopGolf arena I have been in and it was average overall. For positives: it was toasty warm even during the snow! Our service was consistent, prices clear, food was well done, and we enjoyed all the games in good time. For negatives: they were out of a LOT of things on their menu. Given it was a holiday weekend that was sad and we couldn't try a lot of things we looked forward to. They also won't bring you clubs if you're left handed- you have to go down to the lobby and grab yourself. This is an older TopGolf so you don't have the screen in front of you when you hit so be aware of that. It was super crowded when we went but they keep things spread out and moving pretty well. It's a great way to get some friends together but may lack some drinks and food and extra specialness. read more

First time at this location. I'd been introduced to Top Golf National Harbor by our CEO who'd hosted an event there, and we'd had a wonderful time--he's an awesome golfer so it was more of a bonding experience for him. Me and my friend (i.e. 2 moms) and our 2 teen sons visited the Loudon location. At the Loudon location the service at the front desk was good (3 stars) at the restaurant, service m was poor (overly familiar blonde woman who acted like she was doing us a favor by serving us, so I passed on ordering anything, the rest of the group stopped at 1 drink, in fact we couldn't get to our Bay fast enough--I give 1 star for her service. The service at the Bay was great. The waitress in training and her supervisor redeemed our experience with their excellent service. Also one of the managers (beard, red shirt) stopped by as a courtesy. For the the manager and bay waitresses I give 5 stars. I also give 5 stars for the food--usually recreational centers with a captive audience do not typically serve good food, this was a welcome exception. read more

In our case, group was under the suggested max including some kids, and we had plenty of time to take swings. Would suggest not maxing out the bays if all adults. Food was fast and convenient including fast and free soda refills on a hot day, but quality nothing to write home about - sort of like a Taco Bell plus. Really fun overall, just realize kids have to be about 8 or above to really enjoy as there aren't options for younger ones. read more

I have been coming to top golf for a while! I like the One Loudoun location as it's very centralize for a lot of our friends and great for people coming in from Dulles who are at airport hotels. They have some new games like the Angry Birds, which i'm addicted to playing. The food is basic and over priced. Same with the drinks. There isn't really anything special just that you can order them to your bay and have them while you play and switch off turns. I like that this location does fun events and contest during various seasons and they use to have a game room before covid in the basement if you just wanted to come for drinks and play game hall games with your friends without paying per hour for the golf part. Overall this is a great activity for a gathering or group, corporate or personal. So many of our friends are use to this location so we will be back, often. read more

Decided to take my cousins out for a fun family gathering at Topgolf. We actually come here pretty often since my family is full of avid golfers. The menu had a deal that you could get 6 entrees for $55 which is a steal so we fully took advantage of that. For food: the brisket flatbread was pretty good and filling but very oily which is expected tbh. Definitely a family favorite. The buffalo chicken dip had no buffalo flavor and had a hint of a fishy flavor, we figured the wrong dish was sent out but it wasn't very good. The nachos were a pretty small portion, wish there was more but they were fine, the cheese got hard quick since we sat outside. The macaroni and cheese bites were also a favorite, no complaints besides wish we had more. Cheese fries were good too, but it came with a lot of fries that no one wants to eat. For golf: love that they improved the tech to incorporate more games. Obvious disclaimer: the golf is great, will always be great, and we will continue to return for that greatness. Even the hostess was polite and helpful. Therefore, what follows is not concerning the golf but, instead, is a tale of two wait staffs. Upon entering the establishment one notices two things: that it is the usually crowded top golf establishment but that it is unusually unkempt. From the floors that persist with random puddles of liquid staining them to the tables and high tops having the same appearance, this top golf is either too laissez-faire or too busy. To that point, it was obvious that the reason the tables were unkempt was due that once a patron departed, the wait staff virtually neglected the area until another customer occupied the abandoned table. As we sat at one of these drenched and orphaned tables, we ordered our drinks. Unknown to us at the time, we were in for a rude realization that it would take 40 minutes and my wife to ensure that service would return to collect our food order. Once we received our order, it was immediately noticed that both of our smokehouse burger bottom buns were not just damp but waterlogged by an unusual deluge of grease. Here, in the bar area, the waiter was absent, preoccupied, and did not understand proper prioritization. For this reason, our eating at top golf and visiting the bar area are gone never to return. However, just beyond the 1/4 inch glass wall amidst the neon glow lies an entirely different story. Enjoying an hour of golf helped us understand that there really are two worlds in this paradoxical establishment. One, where waiters neglect their primary duty and another where they attend to their patrons constantly. Our externally employed exceptional wait staff not only brought us our drinks promptly but also continuously checked in on us, but not too frequently. Yes, it was the best of top golf and it was the worst of top golf. The entire experience was and still is enigmatic to say the least, even my feelings on the entire experience are confused. We'll definitely return for the golf but the food and bar area can wait for someone else. read more
