DO NOT HAVE BIRTHDAY PARTIES THERE! Giving a low rating because of the birthday party experience we had. I would give 1 star but my son loved jumping so giving 2. 1) They LOST some of our 6 year old gifts. This is the biggest issue. They delivered some of our gifts to the wrong room 2) The help/assistant they assigned to us was nice but no help. 3) It was so crowded on a Saturday that some of our birthday guests lost about 15 minutes of jump time. The turn around time to get into and out of the space is ridiculous. There's no time to set up or clean up. They line up these parties so close together that it does not make for an enjoyable experience. It was chaotic and stressful. 4) the front desk was no help when I had questions about the procedure. And some jumpers were added to our jump list and we had to pay for jumpers that we did not intend on paying for Overall - this was the first birthday party we had for our son and it was a terrible experience. We have 3 children and I will never do this again. We were given passes to make up for the debacle but honestly, that is not enough. For $500 we should've received a bit more than 3 free jump passes. So disappointed. read more

Employee David was super helpful and attentive!!!! I had such a great and care free time thanks to this nice kid!!

This is the best trampoline park in the DC area. Attentive/kind employees, nothing is broken, and the facility is clean.

If you have children under the age of 6 plan your visit during Kids Flight hours! Durning Kids Flight the kids have access to the entire facility. Durning non-kid flight hours little ones are restricted to only use the back room area w/6 trampolines and foam pit. I'm sure this is due to safety as some of the older kids can get very rambunctious. Weekend afternoons are crazy busy! My only complaint with Flight Trampoline is I have to question their cleaning procedures and how often or if they sanitize trampolines/foam blocks. I have brought my son to this location 4 times and 2 of the 4 times he has got very sick. I no longer allow him in the foam pit. My suggestion is keep a bottle of hand sanitizer with you and apply on your child's hands multiple times while they are jumping. Before leaving ensure they wash well with soap and water. read more

THE TRAMPOLINE PARK WAS SO MUCH FUN! Came on a Tuesday afternoon at 2pm and no was there! (Maybe like 3 kids and their parents) It cost $20 per person including paying for the special socks. They do take military discounts and also there is a Groupon posted right now. There are lockers to lock your belongings up for a fee and cubby holes. There were about 3 workers there watching over us. They have a kids section and a gaming section. They have open trampolines, basketball. Dodgeball, and plenty more activities. They have a snack cafe where you can buy some snacks and something to drink. We jumped for an hour and were exhausted. Really enjoyed myself here. Plenty of parking! read more

Went on a Monday night....for some adult trampolining! Almost missed the place because the signage is on the building, not really visible from the street since the place is on a curve. But no problem, did a U turn and made it. Arrived at 7 and jumped for an hour, and it was just enough time. The place was fairly empty, just a few kids jumping, and some adults supervising. Some kids were jumping all over the place, so you have to watch for them before trying any kind of tricks, but otherwise, there was plenty of space to jump on my own trampoline. Tried the basketball area for a bit too. After an hour, I was just as sweaty as if I had been on a treadmill and running hard....it most definitely is cardio. And 2 days later, my shoulders were really sore. But it was good fun. Some others have mentioned that you purchase and wear special socks. And there are cubbies (free of charge) near the trampolines for your personal belongings. There's a huge digital clock so you can keep track of time, as well as announcements when the various sessions end (by color of your wristband). All helpful things. If you're looking for something new and different to try, go trampolining! read more

This review is only for birthday parties. Horrible and unorganize. Parking: There is absoultely no parking spaces. You have to be incredibly lucky to find a spot. Venue: From what i witness there are 4 party rooms. Each room has a different theme. There are 3 rooms upstairs and one room downstairs near the "check in party" section. You are allowed to bring extra decorations as they provide the table cloths, plates, and utensils. I wouldnt bring any decorations as within 1 hr your party is already over. Recommendation: Flight trampoline needs to have its own section for birthday parties. For the amount of money that parents pay to have a birthday party here they should make there kids feel like royalty. Having their own arcade section, trampoline, and an organize dodgeball section for only birthday parties. Fight trampoline combines birthday guest and outside guest together. This causes the place to become to crowded to jump. You waste more time checking your surroundings because your scared that a small child is behind your back. Overall, if you want to book a birthday party here do more research on other locations. read more

Eh, I expected this place to be cleaner. I wasn't impressed. First of all...KIDS. EVERYWHERE. If you're 18+ you'll feel awkward here. There are so many kids, to the point where I constantly felt like someone would run into me or I'd accidentally knock a kid over. Kids are just running around everywhere at lightning speed. Lots of kids birthday parties going on here too. Also, you have to buy your own socks here with the grippy soles ($3 a pair) If I had kids I probably wouldn't bring them here...it looks like they could sustain injuries. This would've been a better experience if there weren't so many kids or if they let fewer people in the trampoline areas for each session. read more

So, my friends and I are full-grown adults. We pay taxes, can legally drink, have 9 to 5 jobs...and we had a blast here! We were sick of the usual haunts, going out to drink, and sitting around so we decided to buy a Groupon online for a trampoline park. There were loads of options, but by far this location looked to be the best. We came on a Friday night and yes, there were parents and children, but it wasn't INSANELY packed. We were able to jump and flip to our hearts content, we even got in a game of dodgeball until some pre-teens came in and destroyed us (I was having PTSD from being pummeled in gym class as a youth so I had to leave). Aside from this, there are many other things to do, like basketball and they even have an arcade! The location was clean and well taken care of. I would definitely suggest this to families or even other adults who just want to cut loose lol read more

We love this place! The staff here are just wonderful. They're laid back but also looking out for your kids safety. I appreciate their wonderful attitudes and the way they help parents during the toddler jump times. We have a pass and I love that the parent can jump too. Although, being 6mo pregnant I'm not able to now. However, I can still take my kids because I know the staff there will help out. They're attentive and make it as easy as possible to bring 2 toddlers to the toddler jump time while pregnant. I love that the trampolines are on the same level as the platform so it's easy to watch your kids. read more

I have a new fun workout to look forward to every Wednesday and Thursday at 6am! Yes folks, you have to get up at 6:00am, and it makes sense why. After work, they have this place filled with kids and its impossible to do your workouts. At before sunrise, the place is quiet, and not filled with other people's annoying "angels" I'm always looking for new workouts that make burning calories fun! This one is being added to my weekly repertoire. Jenny, the instructor, is fun and knowledgeable. The class consists of a warm-up (I usually get out of breath just in the warmup) followed by jumping and running around the trampolines for a couple of minutes. Depending on which class you go to, you will do some high interval exercises (great for calorie burning!) or if you go to boot camp, it's more of a circuit set-up where you go to stations and complete different activities. Even though you're working out, I had a smile on my face for a good 95% of the time (5% of non smiling was during the wall sits...) I can say that running on the treadmill, I have a 0% smiling factor. Oh and I didn't even say the best part. 10 classes for $70. That's $7 a class for all you math whizzes. Love. read more

I came here today during the six and under play time, where I brought a six year old to jump. We had a lot of fun and it is a little costly, but it's well worth the opportunity. It makes you tired and worn out while having a blast at the same time. What is really neat is the amount of trampolines and tumble tracks they have. There are tons even having some completely to yourself to jump on. It was a lot busier during the first hour which was from 10-11am. 11-12pm wasn't so busy. During the summer hours they're limiting the ages 6 and under from 10am-12pm, then the rest of the day is open to all ages. I had a blast even busting some backflips that I haven't pulled off in a good 5 or 8 years. Being almost 30, I'm glad I still have the skills. You're not allowed the set on the trampoline, and if you do me trampoline guards will blow their whistle and let you know. There is plenty of seating and also you can sit on some of the blocks that are around the trampolines. For one hour for kids 6 and under costs $10 and the adult gets in for free. If your kid gets worn out and doesn't want to use the full hour, and that's what you purchased; they'll give you a 30 minute pass to redeem during anytime and not limited to the kid time. Adults can come back and use it themselves. You won't get cash back, so when you go be prepared for how long you're going to stay. Happy jumping!!! By the way, kids do run amok here. Be aware if you come during open jumping. read more

The kids will have fun, you won't! I'm giving this place 2 stars because what kid doesn't love a trampoline park? But, if you live anywhere near Sky Zone (Columbia, MD), it's worth the extra drive. Parking here is a nightmare. Yes, we came on a busy day when school is out. This place has a Groupon deal Mon-Thu so my guess is that it will be this busy on those days. There are VERY few spots in the lots and the ends of the lot are a dead end making it like a Parking Wars TV show. Inside is a nightmare. The lobby is small and cramped. We waited in a snaking line for about 30 minutes. I didn't mind waiting in line, I just didn't like that people could skip the line by the front door and it wasn't consistently monitored. Someone tried to cut in behind me but I did not allow it. The employees in the front are helpful. I included that in my 2 stars. The area to change your socks is small and cramped. There's no food here like at Sky Zone :(. We had to wait 45 minutes until our jump time and the kids were hungry, but I couldn't give up my parking spot so we had to deal with the vending machine...which was almost empty and didn't take dollars. Luckily, a nice employee at the party check in booth gave me change. This place is just too small. They cannot restrict each trampoline to one child like at Sky Zone which is dangerous. If I never come back, that would be too soon. My kids, 7 and 8 said don't want to come back either so we're good. read more

The boyfriend and I decided to switch it up for our usual gym dates and get our cardio for the day here! I purchased a Groupon for 30 minutes of jump time for 2 people. It's originally priced at $11/pp for 30 minutes, $15/pp for 1 hour, and $25/pp for 2 hours. Kids tickets are significantly cheaper. You have to sign a waiver before you jump, which can be filled out online, printed out, or at the park. There are no socks allowed unless you buy their socks, and you can also rent "surfboards" as well. Since the both of us are in our mid to late 20s, we were definitely the oldest people there besides the parents... which was kind of awkward, but we didn't mind too much. There were kids jumping around everywhere (there are also kiddie designated jump areas) but there were plenty of areas to jump. Within 5 minutes, I was already breaking a sweat! If you're looking for an easy high intensity interval workout, this is the place to go! We'll probably try it again since it's so close to home and whenever we want an easy cardio workout. read more

I had the opportunity to visit this place near close on Friday evening. It was fun to bounce around with hubby and friends. We purchased one-hour tickets -- we did not bounce around for the full time but it was good to have a chance to rest a little between wild bouncy adventures. While I was not trying any flipping (no one needs to see that -- and I don't need a visit the hospital, been there, done that, had my fill, thank you very much!) I did have a good time bouncing, hopping, and jumping as well as watching others while on recop. Please note, they are apparently under new management so even if you have been before you will need to complete the paperwork again. They will email you a copy and I did hear someone saying you could complete it online (which might increase the chances you will actually read over it -- although the easy summary is basically follow our rules, we can make you leave, we can change our rules, and you are engaging in the risk and we are not liable for your risk related injuries). Hubby also enjoyed himself. I am pretty confident we will be back, although we are debating how frequently. In summary: bounce around, bounce around! read more

This was my first and last visit to this establishment. We were 40 mins late for our 4pm jump due to traffic on 395 South. One of the cashiers was sympathetic to our challenge and changed our jump time to 4:30-5:30. Nice! We had a great time jumping on the many trampolines. There were a lot of kids during this timeframe which was concerning because of the different weights and sizes of the adults who jumped on the same. *Side note* - You can't wear your own socks. You have to pay $3.50 and purchase theirs. You can always opt to jump barefoot. I cringe at the thought of the many fungus filled feet that have bounced, flipped, and walked across the many trampolines that fill this place. As we prepared to leave, I proceeded to the ladies room only to find I in total disarray. There was no toilet tissue in the either of the two stalls and balled up paper towels decorated the sticky, stained floor. When I went to report the condition to one of the flight staff, he proceeded to tell another 2 flight staffers. After waiting 10mins, still nothing. I asked what the status was with getting at least one roll of tissue for the rest room and was told "oh they didn't tell you?" I'm like tell me what exactly...that you all expect me to shake dry?? Since I couldn't seem to get am answer, I politely asked the pizza delivery guy if I could have one of his napkins from his delivery bag and he spared one. Thank you Mr Pizza man for caring as much as I do about my personal hygiene, clearly Flightpark doesn't. Needless to say, I have zero desire to return to this place but a 100% desire to spray my feet with Lysol, Foot Guard and another foot spray that will keep me from getting a gangrene. read more

At first I thought buying their socks for $3 was total BS, but actually I can see why they require it. We brought our daughter and son for his 2nd birthday to jump around for half an hour in the kids corner. The fast tempo music and all the other kids there created an energetic environment perfect for bouncing around and releasing all that pent up energy. I wish the kids corner had gates or something to prevent them from running over to where all the big kids are. Surely you remember when you were a little kid wanting to roll with the big kids and prove how grown up you really were...right? LOL. Anyway, it was a constant challenge to keep our 2 yo son in the kids corner. My daughter has a disability and can't jump (or stand very well for that matter), but for the most part everyone else including the monitors/employees were pretty respectful of giving us our space. There are signs that prohibit adults from jumping in the kids corner, but the employees didn't seem to have a problem with me being on the trampoline with my daughter helping her jump. All in all, great fun and a great way to burn out the kids energy. We hope to be able to do this again. read more

The new owners are incredibly unimpressive. Before we left the house today, I checked their Facebook and website to ensure they were open for normal hours- Specifically kid flight being until 2. I drive the half hour there to read a sign on the door that says kid flight is ending at 12. I feel like I did my job. I checked their website, Twitter, Facebook and even called. But it did no good. They are so unorganized. It seems like they are changing things for the sake of change. as a regular (we come to kid flight once a week for the past year), the changes are a pain and useless. Sadly, today will be our last time here. I'm sick of the i organization and zero consideration for the customers. read more

Absolutely so much fun! I will never go back to Rebounderz. This place is 50 times better! A trampoline park but with foam pits, basketball hoop and dodgeball! How fun does that sound? From toddlers to adults - anyone can come and jump around and do backflips into the foam pit. It's $15 for an hour and $11 for 30 minutes and trust me an hour will go by before you know it. There's an area for little kids to have some fun too and taller kids aren't allowed in the area which would be good if you have younger kids. You have to sign a waiver - either online or in person, but online saves time and buying tickets will too because you can reserve your time and don't need to wait when you get there. You can get lockers for $2 or they have cubbies for free but you'll have to find one. If you want to burn some calories and get some fuel points for your fuelband come here and enjoy the park. I didn't have any problems here even though it was very busy. We came in, no wait gave them our online tickets and got to the jumping! Will be back very soon. read more

I took my wife here for her birthday and it was AMAZING! It's only 25 minutes from Capitol Hill and only $15 for an hour (You won't need more than an hour). Buy your ticket online and be sure to sign the release waiver to make the line go faster when you arrive. Buy a locker for $2 and enjoy the magic! There are trampolines are everywhere and they have different sections for dunking basketball, vertical trampolines, and jumping into a blob, and dodgeball. There are kids everywhere, but definitely adults love it to. It's one of the most unique things you'll do in DC! read more

We have enjoyed every visit at Flite in Springfield , VA. They have a little kids section, a big kids section, phone blocks for little ones to plop down on, couple of basketball nets, a room for dodgeball, and more. There are peak times when it's really crowded, but I'm here on a Monday afternoon and there's 10 jumpers. They have a great Tuesday night special for family night, $10 for jumper. The staff is very nice. The bathrooms are usually clean. There's a snack bar and I think you can even order pizza in. Long story short: We love this Flite. My only recommendation is that they carry little packets of aloe in their first aid box. (My little guy got a rug burn in the trampoline, and this is a common injury). read more

Wish I could give 10 stars! This past weekend I had an "adult bday party" at Flight. From planning to day of, everything went smoothly. We had 25 adults jumping and acting like children. We had a blast and what a workout. The place was huge, clean, and staff was visible and helpful. read more

Flight had so much promise, but is going down due to terrible kids managing the place. We even watched across the room as the new manager ignored a handicapped family. Even other employees took notice of it and seemed unsettled. And after making them feel like crap, the manager just went over and started getting mean to them in response to their complaints. I felt really bad for them. The other kids said that was the new GM, and her name is Fantasia or something like that. If the owner reads this -- FIRE Fantasia, and make sure your staff are reasonable and nice to handicapped people. I won't let my kid watch that sort of treatment of handicapped, and I want my kid to be nice and nothing like that terrible manager. read more

I have been here about 10 times with ages 2-10yr olds. They have all really enjoyed themselves. Only cons I would state is that the attendants need to stop other kids from running in/out of the trampolines. I only have time to watch my child not someone else's who isn't being watched. read more

Cool place and very easy to get tickets online. Find out when I get here though that you can't wear any ole trampoline socks. You have to buy flight socks or go barefoot. Also, you can't jump with children under 46 inches so you won't be able to play with your little one. This is the first trampoline park with such a rule. I don't mind complying for safety but I have never had an issue before. Wish I had looked at the rules prior to buying tickets. I was given a voucher for my ticket though since I ended up not being able to jump which worked out. read more

What a fun time! I came here with a friend to celebrate my 30th birthday / mourn the passing of my twenties, and it was a blast! We came on a random Tuesday afternoon, so it was totally dead. We basically had the entire place to ourselves, although as I understand it this place is insanity on the weekends and during school breaks. First of all, I am definitely feeling the fact that I just turned 30. Jumping is hard work! This place definitely gives you a workout -- but it's so much fun! I think it'd be even more fun to come with your kids, but even as two fully formed adults, we had a really good time. Lots of space, trampolines, a little laser maze thing, etc. Tips include to carefully look at the times online before going, since there are specific times when it's kids-only. Also, you will need to purchase "flight socks" (super grippy socks) when you go (or bring your own if somehow you already owned them before going your first time, lol), and they cost $3. Location was easy to find, we have no issues with parking since nobody was there, but there's additional parking around back for the days when it is crazy. Lots of fun for kids and kids at heart! read more

I had a lot of fun here! Price wasn't bad for the amount of time you spend here, TRUST ME one hour in this place jumping around and you will be dripping with sweat! Brought my girlfriend here and had a blast, the staff was very accommodating, there were lots of games to play including dodgeball and basketball, a padded "flip zone" for doing crazy tricks as well as a kid area for younger children! The only bad thing I have to say is the rules are so strict. I understand it's for everyone's safety and to keep everyone "playing by the rules" but STILL I felt like every 2 seconds I was hearing the whistle getting blowed at someone new, if not myself... read more

AMAZING. I come here during the day because I'm scared of the weekend crowds. Bringing my twin daughters who are about 15 months old, this is one of my favorite places in town. If you come mid-week, there are few people here. The space is open to kids from like 10am-3pm so that my infants can run all over the place. For a parent taking care of kids on a rainy or cold day, this is a dream. The space appears to be clean and well run. The staff is friendly and helpful. For instance, they don't get on me for trying to take photos of my kids on the trampolines, and they are helpful if the kids try to run away down the exit ramp. But there's not much in the way of dangerous areas of the very large, sprawling facility. If I had to say negatives I would point to somewhat dim lighting. But I don't see any of the safety concerns present in some of the reviews. The parking lot is also expansive. They not only have a huge lot directly in front but there are more space on the side. Because I come mid-week, parking is ridiculously easy. I can basically pull up to the door. This is one of my favorite places to go with my kids. I also have fun jumping around, to be honest. A one hour jumping session that wipes out my kids (and me) is only $24 for all three of us. Note that they do require you to purchase and use their logo socks, which are extremely cheap. I got 3 pairs for $1. Not sure if that's a mistake in math, but the socks are great and I just keep and re-use them from visit to visit. read more

Went with a few Tweens on Friday night. Preregistered and signed waiver online. Only three computers for waivers so they encourage you to sign in advice. You must sign a document saying despite if you suffer any injury- too bad. Waiting in line for payment. Still waiting. "Online tickets" line had no cashier. Staff (hs teens) didn't manage customers in line overly well. $15 for one hour. $25 for two. Try to go during weekday deal times or at least get check in discount. Kids had a decent time. Safety monitors are high school kids with whistles. Didn't see a manager or adult supervising. Use caution when booking a party. Looks like some folks had bad experiences. read more

The most unsafe and unsupervised facility we have ever been too. It is a free for all on trampolines. The ramp style trampolines are lame and not attached properly in some places. I would give safety and cleanliness a Zero Star. There are other "activities" in the park, less trampolines, but it is mostly waiting in line for a turn and not a whole lot of activity. If you are going to practice all your flips and tricks then this is your jam. If you like to jump and have fun with your kids while trying not to jump on a kid I'd go somewhere else. read more

I really like the idea of this place. It was great for rainy day exercise and fun. There are a lot of different activities; it's a huge space. Two things are frustrating. (1) The line at the front takes too long. There has to be a way to fill out the paperwork and pay more quickly. We had done a lot of it online in advance and still had to wait for the yahoos in front of us to complete the process. (2) If you have young kids and older kids, they can't play together in the same area. One area is for kids about pre-school and below, and the other area is for kids larger than that. Both are restricted from the others' area. Ours wanted to play together, kind of a bummer. read more

We went at a busy time for our first visit. We had purchased tickets and done our liability waiver online. We anticipated it being busy. We stood in line for an hour, just to get bands and socks. I was astounded at how slow their check in process and workflow to process people was. The manager seemed to be rearranging chairs on the Titanic. She had no idea how to manage her team or speed things up. Turns out the employee that checked us in didn't know what she was doing. The manager never helped her or took over for her. She just stood around explaining they didn't expect it to be that busy. Poorly executed, not sure if we'll return. It was fun once we got in there, about 75 minutes after we arrived. read more

Get the Groupon...makes it totally worth it. My 9 yr old twins absolutely loved it. We went during the week and arrived for the 2pm hour session. It was perfect because they place wasn't all that full. There are trampolines everywhere, a dodgeball court, basketball, and a special area where you can jump and land onto an air cushion. There was another area for smaller children as well. I never felt as though the place was unsafe, and there were monitors everywhere keeping everyone in check. Flight Adventure Park - Springfield - We came on a Saturday afternoon and it is busy. Need to fill out a waiver and wear their socks. - Trampoline Parks Near Me - Springfield, Virginia

After my below review, the Flight Adventure Park suddenly shut down for weeks, but even then - they even mismanaged that. Our child was left miserable and crying after having his excitement for the outing built up and then wrecked - arriving during the regularly scheduled and advertised time to a note on the door which said they were closed until August 26, 2022. Giving them the grain of salt, we hoped they were remedying all safety problems and we returned with our child for the Kid's Flight advertised for August 27, 2022. We and several other parents with multiple children were then left waiting outside the front door in the steaming heat at baking sun through the time they were supposed to be open. Though the lights were on and staff were clearly inside, despite parents and children knocking on the door and pleading for them to open, nobody came to the door for an extended period. Finally, a young man came to the door and asserted they were closed for the regularly scheduled 11am Kid's Flight and did not open until 12. The young man even argued one customer that availability for Kid's Flight for that day was not advertised on the website was NOT reflected on the website - but he LIED - it was, and tickets were even available for pre-purchase and while he was lying to us. In the end, each kid only was given a single free visit for another day. He didn't even offer to let the kids inside to cool down, or let any off them - several who were now crying and upset - the kid's area, which it only would have taken one single staff member to watch. So, I am lowering my review rating another star because, though they are hopefully trying to get things right, they just can't manage things correctly, staff the place with the right people, prevent from causing problems for children and their parents, or run the place right. They could easily do and be better, but are just too mismanaged. read more

I cannot stress enough that this is the filthiest, dirtiest, grossest Trampoline Park that we have ever visited. We went at 11AM, so right after they opened. There was not one surface that looked clean. The furthers had dustballs. My socks were black by the time we left. Additionally if was way too packed. There was no room to jump. My kids were under 46" so we had to play in the kids area, but the kids area did not have a gate or any way to block it off so all of the kids kept running into the area for big kids.
