Empty lobby/concession area...still waiting on fries.
    Alicia J.

For the amount of staffers I see here today (I counted at least 10), service is very poor. I tried paying in cash and was told I couldn't. Where in this day is cash still not king? Thankful I do have card payment...some people may not. We ordered fries and were told it would take 30 minutes for them to be done. Not one person is behind the concession counter and no line, so why would it take so long for FRIES??? For almost $30 per jumper, I expected more. I certainly wouldn't want a membership for this. Only reason I didn't give it a 1 star is that the facility is clean.

Great! Kids had fun and kept themselves moving the whole time. The Wipe Out area is just like Fall Guys

The person working at the cashier was extremely nice and helped us very quickly. We received the socks and kids got started quickly. They have a variety of fun activities for almost all ages. The warpedwall was very cool, they also had wiped out and my kids enjoyed that as well. This place has enough activities to keep the kids busy for good a while. They have Sky Trail and that looked really fun. We would definitely revisit again soon.

This used to be a great park for the young ones not too long ago. However, the amount of work and construction being done here is not worth the price tag for admission. Of course this for little ones (5 and 4 year olds). Recommend going to another jump park to get the full value of the ticket. Hopefully in the next few months this place opens up again fully and it can be a good trip for the kids.

    Not safe for

NOT SAFE for kids. I want to love this place but they do not take safety seriously at all. That is a long fall onto a hard floor. It is not blocked off in a safe manner at all- If you even lean on this your falling. Avoid this place.

Unfortunately with the crowds came the mess. There was some staff available to clean up after each party in the rooms. However, the continuous mess around the hallway and seating area was not cleaned up. Each of the parties get their own room, along with pizzas and water bottles. Bottles. The parties can bring their own decorations, goodie bags, cakes, etc. those who are participating in the trampoline activities are given special socks to use on the trampoline. Along the trampolines were some seating area as well as some fancy massaging chairs (not free). It seemed like all the kids are having a blast which is what matters in the end!

They have a sectioned off dodge ball area, basketball area, and diving board-esque area. They had a number of birthday parties going and I could see this being a good activity especially on quieter days or if you rented out the place. We went on a Saturday evening and it was chaotic to say the least and at times I worried for other kids out there (we kept our 5 year old close). Since areas were not sectioned off by age, it was a bit of a free for all with older kids chasing each other and bouncing each other or doing flips without always being mindful of their surroundings. While a lot of the kids seemed to be having a great time, we did see a few younger kids get hurt. Again, this can be a good activity as long as you are mindful of the timing, able to navigate the chaos during the busier times, and are mindful of surroundings.

However, within minutes, it became clear that this facility is dangerously understaffed and falling apart. My biggest concern is safety. The few staff members present were completely checked out. Instead of monitoring the equipment, they were grouped together looking at their phones. This was terrifyingly apparent on the high ropes course. I watched a young boy climb a set of pillars nearly 15 feet in the air before the attendant finally looked up from her phone to intervene. In an environment like this, that level of negligence is unacceptable. The facility itself looks ok at first glance but is in disrepair. Large strips of rubber were falling off the warped wall, and the general maintenance is appalling. I've attached a photo of the stairs where the lighting fixtures have been ripped out, leaving exposed wiring hanging open right where kids are walking. Between the distracted staff and the crumbling infrastructure, this place is a liability. It feels unsafe and frankly needs to be shut down before a child gets seriously hurt. We will not be returning.

They wanted to beat each other and their personal best times, so they did the course over and over again, resulting in exhausted, sweat drenched boys! There is a rock wall tower to climb and obstacle course up on the structure above the regular ninja course. I took off 1 star for the teenagers working there that just sat around talking and flirting with each other or on their phones. They looked super bored and couldn't be bothered to watch the kids for safety. When I kid was stuck on the sky obstacles course and was shouting for help but there was no workers in site, I went to find one and he just said, there's 2 harnesses so if 1 is stuck, there's the other one and walked away. Didn't even go try to see what the issue was.

My biggest priority with any gym is safety, for obvious reasons. There is a gym in NoVA where the owner had to step down because of allegations of SA and yet his wife still runs the gym. I would encourage you to research the gym where your child attends and make sure there is no history of improper conduct. Gym America is a safe place for my daughter. That is the top reason why I love it. Of course, even with background checks, you never know, so I regularly check in with my daughter to see how she feels. And she loves Gym America and her coaches. The next reason I love Gym America is because they have responsive customer service. When I returned to the area after living abroad, I emailed a few gyms, and one of the big gyms in the area never even returned my email. Laura, the owner at Gym America, responded the same day. My daughter is now a Level 4 gymnast. One of the things I didn't know until the last few years is that there are two competitive tracks: Xcel and JO. Some of the gyms in the area don't offer JO, which is another reason I chose Gym America. My daughter spends 15 hours a week at the gym and loves it. I think that speaks for itself. If you are reading through these reviews, you might want to weigh one like mine a little more seriously, compared to people who have only spent a small amount of time at the gym. I've had a lot of opportunity to see what the gym is actually like. I'm not saying it's perfect, but I am saying that 1) my daughter has been safe here and 2) that her skills have improved *substantially* since she started here a year and a half ago.

But while we were there during our first time, we saw a couple of things that we weren't too fond of. A couple of kids at different times came out to the waiting area crying because they got hurt. The coaches would basically try to shift blame to the kid saying they didn't do anything wrong and that sometimes kids get hurt and that the girls were fine. Felt like they were just deflecting. The coaches for my daughter's class were sitting down for part of the session on mats and wearing house slippers and hoodies while giving directions on what the children should be doing. Sees like they should be more engaged with the kids during warm up and dress more appropriately. Also, while we were waiting, we saw numerous older girls go into the girl's bathroom and they were all being loud and calling people on their cell phones and playing either TikTok videos or YouTube videos. We could hear them in the waiting area. No staff cared or came to tell the girls to stop playing around. I would have felt bad if my 6 year old daughter had to use the bathroom and go in there with them. In the end, we signed our daughter up to try it but we weren't satisfied with what we saw after one visit. We will be going back to the other gymnastics place that seems better even though it is further from our house.
