Sky Zone Dulles - AVOID 1 Star Don't make my mistake. I bought tickets in mid-December for January 10th. Got my kids excited for weeks. Drove 45 minutes on a Saturday morning. The location is still under construction--not even close to opening. No email warning. No phone call. No notice of any kind. They were happy to take my money for a facility that didn't exist. The young attendant on site promised a refund. That was two weeks ago. I've contacted Sky Zone 6-7 times since then through their website and customer service line. Not one response. Not even an automated reply. So now I'm out out my Saturday, and watching my kids ask when we're going to the trampoline place I promised them. This isn't poor customer service. This is contempt for customers. Sky Zone sold tickets they knew they couldn't honor, then ghosted the people they took money from. If this is how they run their business before they open, imagine what happens when something goes wrong after. Save yourself the trouble. Find literally anywhere else to take your kids. Update: If Sky Zone responds and makes this right, I'll update this review. But I'm not holding my breath. read more

My daughter really wanted to go to a trampoline park, so we gave Sky Zone a try. She definitely had fun on what was available, but there were a lot of things that were questionable to just plain bad. First, the price is ridiculous. $25 for an hour and half is just way too much for what is there. Staff ranged from disinterested to disappearing. There was no one supervising. Eventually I did see one staff member who wandered over to the basketball hops and began shooting baskets. Then there were the arcade crew who came in and started moving cubbies full of patron's belongings and moving the arcade machines while kids were running around, and left tools and dollies just sitting around. As for the equipment, whats there was fine- a climbing wall and foam pit, a ninja warrior style obstacle course, some basketball hoops, a soccer field and a trampoline area. If you look through past photos, you will various climbing equipment and a ropes course. The ropes course is gone entirely. The climbing equipment is gone, but they left the foam mats on the floor as a massive tripping hazard. The wipe out machine was non operational. The dodge ball courts were half taken apart. And the soccer field had a massive hole in the drywall right next to the field. Between the price, the lack of safety, the lack of attractions and the lack of staff who actually cared, I will not be back. I would be shocked if they stay in business much longer. read more

My party had fun here and with the Groupon deal the prices were reasonable. We came on a Sat night and jumped for a hour and half. I enjoyed playing dodgeball and doing the jousting. The only time I can dunk a basketball is here with the help of trampolines was fun too. Overall we all had a good time. For the amount of staffers I see here today (I counted at least 10), service is very poor. I tried paying in cash and was told I couldn't. Where in this day is cash still not king? Thankful I do have card payment...some people may not. We ordered fries and were told it would take 30 minutes for them to be done. Not one person is behind the concession counter and no line, so why would it take so long for FRIES??? For almost $30 per jumper, I expected more. I certainly wouldn't want a membership for this. What an upset. Took my son on a Friday evening after work only to be denied entry because 6:30-8:00pm is members-only. No sign, no posting, no notice. We had no clue along with several other families that were turned away. "Our systems won't allow us to sell tickets" the staff repeated. The manager confirmed, Friday's and Saturday's are "Glow Night" and the price changes after 6:30pm. Only members are allowed in before 8pm. So basically buy a membership or come back later. Absolutely terrible customer service!!!! I called the Sterling Sky Zone for information. The audio recording stated the business opens at 9:00 a.m. Monday through Friday so I purchased a membership for my 2 preschool-aged children. I showed up on Monday morning to find the location closed and no hours posted on the door. When I called later, I was told that they do not open until 1:00 p.m. daily. This will not work for our family, as 1:00 is nap time. We have not used the membership once. The manager informed me that they could not issue a refund at their location, and someone at corporate would have to do that (but she could not provide contact information for anyone at corporate ‍). She also mocked me, saying that the hours are online, why didn't I look at that instead of calling. Calling. I've never been treated so rudely over the phone. When I asked to speak to her manager or boss, she hung up on me. It's been 2 weeks and we haven't been able to find anyone who can help resolve this. read more

I think the managers and staff have checked out and are phoning it in. My two young kids are monthly members and this place has just gotten worse each time we come. Kids will bogart a portion of an activity area making it essentially unavailable for anyone else. Staff permits this. Staff doesn't oversee much of what is happening whether it involves behavior of the children playing or anything safety related -- check that, socks, they will call out socks rather quickly. Staff monitors the snack area, socks, and entry. I assume that is where profits are made. No profit in providing safety or security. If you're considering a membership for kids under 10, pass. read more

The warpedwall was very cool, they also had wiped out and my kids enjoyed that as well. This place has enough activities to keep the kids busy for good a while. This used to be a great park for the young ones not too long ago. However, the amount of work and construction being done here is not worth the price tag for admission. Of course this for little ones (5 and 4 year olds). Recommend going to another jump park to get the full value of the ticket. Came here to celebrate my cousin's son's Birthday. How it works is you line up at the counter, fill out a waiver, and can pay in intervals of 60, 90, and 120 minutes (w/their special socks if you don't already have them). We decided to do 60 min and it was around $45 for the two of us including socks. There are a bunch of different stations like a VR section (not sure if its extra), a SkyTrail, stuff like basketball hoops, and a foam pit. Nothing was really structured as far as lines or anything, you basically just hop in which was hard because you have to watch out for the really tiny kids. One part I wish i knew about when buying my wristbands was the SkyTrail. We didn't know that we had to be there 15 minutes before our end time in order to go so we got turned away with about 5-10 minutes left. It was fun for a first try but not sure how often I would come back for a date or outing with friends due to the amount of very small children but I could try on a weekday maybe. read more

I will start with the bad and why I will only give two stars. I will include my receipt to show proof of purchase and why this is outrageous and ridiculous. I honestly after thinking about it would have only given one star but my boys had a great time. We went to jump for an hour as they were doing a special discount for military. I did not think much about it at the time until our time was up which seemed to go by extremely fast. Then I realized why. You can see from the receipt I "paid" for the hour jump at 3:57. Then we were given our jumping badges to wear that stated jumping time was 3:45-4:45. How did our jump time start before we even entered the building?!?!? Plus having to get two toddlers ready, watch a video, and sign waivers, and put on socks took another 10 minutes so we really paid for an hour and received 30 minutes of jump time. We booked a party at Sky Zone for my two boys, and it was an absolutely horrendous and stressful experience for us. It was so bad that it resulted in our host walking out, and I believe being fired. Our check-in took 45 minutes, which cut deeply into our 1 hour of jumping time. This alone resulted in an offer for a discount from the manager, but little did we know, it would get so much worse from there. When we finally got checked in and situated, half the attractions were closed, so the rest of the park was insanely crowded. There were bins of construction materials sitting out in the middle of the pathway, which was a real safety hazard. When we finally got our party room, our pizza did not come for another 45 minutes. We had to entertain 15 children in a small room, and thankfully I had brought chips, cookies and veggies. We were told the ovens were not available, due to another party of 40+ that needed their pizzas. No one followed up with us, and we had to track down someone very 10 minute or so, to get a status. Our host was completely clueless and unhelpful, and her coworkers didn't help her at all, knowing she was new (in fact, they pushed her out of the way to get on her computer, in the middle of our very long check-in). She clearly had not been trained, and someone made the poor decision to put her on Saturday party service on her first day, with no help. She eventually disappeared, and we found out she had had been fired, and she left. We did all the service and cleanup ourselves. We had to go find someone to bring us cups. We refilled our drink pitchers ourselves. The venue ran out of paper plates and we had to serve our very late pizza on paper towels. A member of our party went to a grocery store to get plates for our cake. By the time the pizza did come (the party manager finally brought it, since we had no host), it was 6:30 and time to leave. We had parents showing up for pickup before pizza even arrived. We ended up being "allowed" to stay in the party room to finish up pizza and cake (as if they were doing us a favor, and only because there was no party after us). The party manager gave us 20% off, but truly, this was not enough to compensate, particularly since we were already supposed to get 10% off for being members. He was unable to stack the discounts, so we didn't even get our additional 10% off. For a venue that boasts "Planning an awesome party for your kid shouldn't be stressful for you" I was absolutely baffled by the whole experience. We have a membership that we will not be renewing, we are sharing this experience with everyone we know, and I don't know if we'll ever even go back for jump time. read more

I had my son's birthday party here. 2 stars because the kids had fun jumping. However, I would never have a party here again. It's extremely disorganized and understaffed. We got our room 20 minutes after time which left our guest waiting by the door. I rolled the cart given to me into the room. The party host put down paper plates and cups then left. We waiting another 20 minutes for pizza and it was disgusting and undercooked. One pizza looked like it was dropped and was missing crust on several slices. Think middle school cafeteria pizza but worse. We served our own food. A dedicated party host is a marketing lie. And in the end I have to tip the host on a $400+ bill for putting down paper plates/cups and pizza on the table. The host forgot to give the t shirt and when I asked all have is a large for a 6 year old. Complete waste of money. Better off taking your guests to a pizza shop and jump before or after. I never review anything but my kids had such a tough experience here that I had to say something. I have two boys- a fearless 10yo and a 7yo with autism spectrum disorder, so they do everything together. We went here for our favorite neighbor's birthday. They had a great time for most of the party and ran around with friends instead of doing the skyclimb as they initially wanted to do. With over thirty minutes left of their one hour slot, they chose to harness up and do a smaller obstacle first to get their nerve up. ONE PERSON was doing harnessing and clipping in of ten kids on three different ropes obstacles. It's okay, my two were UNBELIEVABLY patient. My 10yo made it to the top of his obstacle, my 7yo chickened out but they had fun trying. That ate up a good 15 minutes though. They went to the skyclimb next and were turned away because they weren't wearing shoes. So they came back and put shoes on. By the time they got back, they still had at LEAST 10 minutes left in their time slot, but were turned away. I begged them to be flexible and tried explaining what happened, but apparently if you're within "10-15 minutes of your end time" they can deny your entry to skyclimb. I couldn't even buy an extra few minutes. No options. Tell that to an ASD kid. I assuaged the boys with Icees and they each said, "Can we leave here as soon as we can?" and "I hate this place!" The good thing is, I can save my money on ever going back! read more

My only main issue with the place is not the place, but corporate policies of memberships. We were auto-charged after losing credit card and reporting it lost to bank. They responded that it's due to memberships and I was auto-charged for 2-continuous-months, the bank said it's for " my convenience " , but I found that, highly inconvenient. However, the Manager from this Sterling Skyzone refunded me the overcharge. So she's a great manager. Thanks for resolving what my credit-card company couldn't. Trampolines are sometimes out of order, but they installed a brand new one, so it's a great way to exercise while just rebounding and relaxing. I would just change the same 10-songs. I recommend Management to make it more audience-friendly and REALLY NEEDS TO DIVERSIFY THE MUSIC PLAYED HERE. You need to include CLASSIC DANCE MUSIC (70's-00s), not just the same 2022 top-5 hits with slow beat. Unable to get into rhythm with the music here. Easy place to park. read more

I would recommend going elsewhere. There are other trampoline parks in close range, w/ similar pricing and better customer service. The staff here kind of does what they want. There's no real leadership and the staff isn't really attentive. They seem to open & close certain areas of the park when they want. I witnessed staff opening up the slide to let another staff members children or family in and then closing it when others came. I don't understand how you run a business like this, but I chose to spend my money where I'm appreciated. My son had a blast here. Sadly, however the negatives have outweighed the fun. Every review I have read, both good and bad seem to be accurate. My biggest disappointment is in their customer service and ownership of employee mistakes: After the first trip we signed up for a 3 month pass. My son asked to go frequently for two months then the shine wore off. Since we were told upon purchasing the pass we needed to manually renew we just let the pass expire; however, we were charged for a 4th month. When I called to get the charge reversed since our 3 months was up we were told by both an employee and manager that "a policy was changed and you need to manually cancel." I received no previous emails about any policy change or information for a cancelation site (which is probably outsourced since the site didn't have the business name anywhere in it). Because of this policy they have refused to provide a refund, despite a representative of their company telling us we would only be charged for 3 months with the subscription. read more

Love this place and the variety of fun activities offered for both kids and adults, but the one thing keeping me from giving it a five star rating is the extensive amount of time annual pass holders have to wait to check in. I'm standing here, going on a half hour, and at least three groups still in front of me. A good business approach would be to get folks in and out as quickly as possible, freeing up space for other customers to not be crowded. I sure hope someone is reading this to incorporate changes, as I know I'm not the only customer with this impression. I highly recommend automating the process for annual passholders, or at the very least giving them a dedicated check-in line. read more
