After driving by it every day and seeing it on social media my husband and I decided to come and give it a try. This cafe is located inside a motorcycle shop. They have some pretty cool bikes in there. But we were there for the food. The place has about five tables give or take. Erik is the chef or cook , he is there by himself so you have to come here with patience since it's just him cooking. He was very nice and explained to us how the place got started. His menu changes often so what was on menu might not be the same next week. We ordered one breakfast burrito with bacon and sausage and another one to go with bacon. Erik was nice enough to split the burrito for us. My husband and I enjoyed it. We liked the texture of the eggs , they were nice and fluffy not overcooked. It had cheese, hash browns and we added jalapeños. Overall it was very tasty and we will come back to try some more options. He also sells coffee which o will have to come and try. read more

Growing up in a Polish household, my grandmother's homemade cooking was a cornerstone of my childhood. One of her specialties--and a personal favorite of mine--was her Reuben sandwich. Oh my gosh, what a treat that was! It set the standard for what a great sandwich should be. Over the years, I've tried Reubens at many places. Some were decent, others forgettable, but today I stumbled upon an absolute gem in the most unexpected of places--a BMW motorcycle dealership! I met Eric, the owner and head chef, and he was as welcoming and friendly as they come. I walked in with a general idea of what I wanted, but then I spotted the pastrami Reuben on the menu. When Eric mentioned it was one of his specialties, I knew I had to try it. Let me just say, I think a tear might've rolled down my cheek when I took my first bite. Words truly can't do justice to how incredible this sandwich was. The marble rye bread was fresh and perfectly toasted, offering just the right amount of crunch. The pastrami was tender, flavorful, and had a subtle smoky flavor (at least that's what my taste buds picked up!). The combination of house made coleslaw, Russian dressing, melted cheese, and--surprisingly--bread and butter pickles took this Reuben to a whole new level. I've never had pickles like that on a Reuben before, but wow, they worked! The balance of flavors was spot on, and the sandwich itself was a generous size, leaving me fully satisfied. Now, my grandma will always be the reigning queen of Reuben sandwiches in my heart, but I have to admit--Eric's version easily ranks in my top five, if not my top three. It's that good. Without a doubt, I'll be back to explore more of his menu, and I'm already looking forward to enjoying another Reuben. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor: stop by, say hi to Eric, and treat yourself to a meal that's crafted with care and packed with flavor. You won't regret it! First of all his coffee is legit, easily one of the best spots to grab an iced coffee in OC. Don't skip the specials either! Came for the coffee...stayed for the food! Great cafe with quality coffee and even better food. Chef was awesome and willing to make my husband his all time favorite - Baja style fish taco. My buddy and I usually search out new breakfast experiences and came across Flat Track Cafe. It's a different experience for sure. The name kind of throws you off because it says Flat Track! Well inside there's a few classic old BMW's motorcycle and a lot of new BMW motorcycle. Nothing to do really with "Flat Track" Now off to the food we ordered the breakfast burrito and coffee it was delicious and the gentlemen that made our food was a stright shooter and told us he has no knowledge about motorcycles at all!! I found this cafe on a TikTok that highly recommended it. The cafe is in a motorcycle shop (Irv Seaver motorcycles) and is full of motorcycles and motorcycle memorabilia. I ended up getting a Pastrami melt, which definitely did not disappoint. I was told it was one of the specials, and that I'd be the first customer to get it. Highly recommend it if it's available. All sandwiches come with a drink and chips. It's a growing business, and the owner is very attentive to your needs. Small restaurants like this are hard to find. read more
