I received a quick response and George came out to take a look at everything we wanted to do and provided an estimate later in the week. Once I had a chance to review all my estimates I contacted AGH and gave them the green light. They were able to start work on my projects within a week. Here are the projects I had them work on: -Custom built cabinet/pantry in my kitchen -Custom backsplash above my kitchen counter/sink -Remove/install new cabinet by my stove -Recaulk bathroom window in my shower From start to finish it took them about a week. Pretty reasonable given the amount of work I had done. They also stayed within the original budget that was quoted. They were also very clean and the workers that were in and out of my condo were very polite. I will definitely call them again for my next projects. Only reason I don't give 5 stars is because the communication could have been better coordinated. It seems they have different contacts for all aspects: estimates, payments, and actual work. This is my only knock on AGH, but overall I am very happy with all the work performed in my condo!

After receiving payment, none of them would honor their "warranties" and come back to fix their deficient work. When I initially found Jon on Yelp, I was skeptical. I decided to give him a chance because I had no other options. They were extremely responsive and were able to come out in a few days. They fixed both leaks and honored their warranties for minor things I noticed after they left. Their prices are very reasonable. Furthermore, they are actually licensed, which is rare for most services that you find on Yelp. Most contractors will present a license, but have unlicensed workers do the actual work to cut costs. They are also extremely trustworthy and I would have them work in my home with no one present. If you have any issues, I highly recommend you contact them. They will not disappoint. As to the negative reviews left by Ryenne and Amy, all I can say is that Things 2 Fix was one of the most responsive contractors I have come across. They will be my first call if I ever need assistance again.

I saw him posting a lot of good pictures online and I figured i thought I'd give him a shot. We got in touch we spoke about a few jobs I have that I need help with and he said he can help me. I told him the requirements that we have and he said no problem he can get this to us. - Insurance certificate with our name on it before he starts working. - Take before, During and After pictures. This was June 19th week. June 23rd. I contacted him asking him if he was still planning on going to the clients home on Saturday to do the work. He responded yes. He told me it would be done by Sunday. It wasn't and he didn't contact me to let me know. (Very frustrating as I shouldn't be continuously contacting him). The job wasn't done over the weekend. The job was supposedly going to be done on the following Tuesday but it didn't until Wednesday. I understand weather permitting, however he never told me that he was coming out the following day. Wednesday supposedly the job was completed but it wasn't. This was a 1 man - 2 day job and pretty cut and dry project. Thursday June 29th I reached out to Dan about his project. I had to stop out at the property to find the fence installed has major issues since he never sent me the pictures. 1. Posts are loosely in the ground. They move and jiggle around. They aren't solidly in the ground as they should be. 2. The fence is chipped and cracked in several areas along the hinge areas very visible. 3. One post is being held up by a bungie cord - because the post isn't solid and is loose. 4. One post is crooked. 5. On one side of the home the fence isn't flush with the home as it should be. There is a piece of fence between the gas meter and the post loosely standing there. 6. The hinges on the left side of the garage are facing out and the one on the right side of the home are on the inside. 7. The gate can't open clearly due to the gas meter being in the way. Per the previous fence the gate opened as it was in the middle. 8. The gate on the left side was supposed to be 48" and 36" on the right side. He responded blaming me for picking out the worst materials to have installed. "Clients choice". It's a crappy installation. See the attachments. Dan asked me what I'm charging for labor and I responded; What I charge for labor or for the job has NOTHING to do with your quality of work period! He offered to have this fixed on the 4th of July and I declined as my client is having guests over this holiday weekend. This should have been fixed before the weekend not when it's convenient for him. This crappy installation can hurt my business reputation. He has used volger language with me and has threatened me because I've brought this to his attention. I had to get my attorney involved as he's acting out of control instead of fixing the problem so he can get paid. Update 7/13/18 The project is still incomplete. Unfortunately we have had to get our attorney involved since Dan has made severe threats after leaving this review online. Additionally he isn't willing to work with us and get it done how our contract with our client states. "Dans texts below; The next thing I say to you will be face to face. I'm done with the text talk. Maybe reconsider the way you talk to people, it may run some the wrong way I FUCKING TOLD YOU I WAS GOING TO ADDRESS THE ISSUES. I'm hoping they sell the door closer at Home Depot because it's completely bent. I told them if they are waiting for the check to complete the job then don't come back. I don't pay my auto mechanic before they do repairs. I don't pay carpet cleaners before they clean carpets. Why would I pay for a $19,000 job + after deductible when the demo isn't even completed. Hell they didn't even tear the carpet off the stairs. I'm sure I paid for the dumpster. I received check on Saturday deposited it cleared on Wednesday. John turner picked up check for the demo work they did (over $7000) picked up check and told my wife the dumpster was being picked up tomorrow. Is that his call?
