I hired this company for a kitchen and bathroom remodel and spent over $30,000. Unfortunately, the quality of work and follow-up have been extremely disappointing. Issues began appearing within the one-year warranty period, including failing grout, cabinet issues, and poor finishing. During construction, my brand-new door was painted over without my approval. When I raised this concern, I was told replacement was "not going to happen" and to "get that out of my head," which I found unprofessional and dismissive. I was advised by the company's partner, Abel, that there was a full one-year warranty. I did reach out to him before the warranty expired, but received no response. Instead of addressing the concerns, the owner, Shannon, took issue with who I contacted, refused to come out to inspect the work, labeled visible defects as "wear and tear," and ended communication without offering a resolution. From the outset Shannon was responsive and easy to work with, and in our first meeting to discuss projects she shared great ideas, was reasonable and practical, and helped make a game plan for us to accomplish goals for our house. We hired BPS to refinish and replace hardwood floors on a whole floor of our house. The finished product exceeds my expectations - we are in a 100 year old house and our floors and new baseboards look perfect. So happy we worked with Bundled Property Services for our new home! Shannon, Abel, and team were fantastic. They worked around our schedule amazingly: Getting the floors re-stained before we moved in so the first floor was empty; finishing the primary bath before I delivered our baby, and everything in between. Love that it's a woman owned business - Shannon was great to work with. On top of the fantastic results, one of my favorite parts was that every night they would text me with who was coming the next day, when, and what they'd be doing. Every single person I've talked to about their GC talk about how they just kind of come and go as they please - so this was very welcomed. We re-stained our 1st floor hardwood, changed out all the light fixtures, replaced some sink parts, and put in a new primary shower. Between the three quotes I got, they all came in within a few hundred bucks of each other and why I went with this group were the people, the communication, AND that you work with one point of contact vs needing to contact an electrician, Plummer, painter, GC, etc all separately. I am absolutely in love with the transformation of my kitchen. From start to finish Shannon has been so helpful. Mind you I am definitely a handful. I was unsure of what I wanted because my kitchen was something out of a 70s sitcom. She helped me 1st decide what I wanted and then designed it all. She took me on this adventure through picking my tile and my cabinets and even the kitchen sink. Shannon called me and kept me updated when things were coming in and when they would work on them. She told me things in a way I could understand something most male contractors won't do. She never made me feel like my questions were dumb or bothersome. Working with her was a lot of fun something I never thought I would say while doing a renovation. Now on to her crew. The men that work for her came into my home and treated me with such respect. They always were so polite and clean. Which was a big bonus. They did work the right way and took thier time to make sure it was exactly what i wanted. I had a terrible experience with them. My laundry room flooded when they didn't properly hook up the washing machine after replacing the flooring. They came back to dry out the floor before replacing it and ended up propping my washer and dryer with a crow bar and a hammer for a week. When I called and begged them to return and fix the laundry room floor, they fixed my floor but did not put the baseboards back and left the extra flooring in my living room. I have called and emailed for nearly a year and they still haven't put the baseboards up. When they do the work, it's great. But when it's paused or never finished, it's awful. After having a contractor take my money and not complete any work (complete scum, I know!), I set about searching for a company that could paint and wallpaper my new condo. I loved how incredibly responsive everyone on the team was via text, email, and phone calls, and how quickly the estimate and start date for the work was made and confirmed. The cost was very reasonable, and the quality of the work was great. José, Jesus, and Gavino were all incredibly friendly, punctual, and did impeccable work. When it was all finished, the paint and wallpaper looked amazing and my condo was 100x cleaner than before they began. Highly unprofessional, unorganized, and lacks communication skills. I wouldn't wish the experience we just had with this company upon my worst enemy. Shannon and Abel were completely unprofessional to work with. Her cabinet referral was non-responsive. Shannon showed her short fuse just two weeks into our project when she was screaming at me over the phone. She called me rude for sending her a text message about our vent that was dry walled over along with a few other items that stood out to us. Mind you, we knew these would be simple fixes, but just wanted to make her aware so they could be addressed. I was calm and collected, but she took words out of context and unnecessarily escalated the situation which set the tone for the duration of our project. We wanted to cut all ties right then. I felt so disrespected in my own home, but with young kids, we were desperate to get our kitchen and laundry room back in order. She tried to make a joke of it to my husband a few days later, but he quickly told her how she reacted was uncalled for and the way she spoke to me was not only unprofessional, but would not be tolerated. Only then, did she email me an apology email. Abel, her PM, barely bothered to show up and took advantage of my husband being bi-lingual. He called him on more than one occasion asking him to dictate to new crew members what needed to be done, instead of showing up himself. Abel didn't even know which stone company we had out for our final countertop measure. He tried to confirm pricing with us from a completely different company we had never heard of. We had to reassure him we already had our price confirmed with the company we had been working with all along. This just goes to show you how well he managed our project. My husband spent so many mornings doing what this project manager should have been doing all along! Our project timeline could have been met, but due to poor management and again lack of communication, our timeline doubled. And that was with agreeing to delay our start date by two weeks to allow her time to catch up on her existing projects. I felt constant pushback whenever I spoke to Shannon. She would continuously talk over me and then rush me off the phone. We anticipated this renovation to be stressful, but situations could have been dealt with in a far more professional, respectable manner. We begged them to just communicate with us, but down to the final days, nothing changed. Don't count on them to be there when your materials are being delivered. On the day our cabinets were delivered, they last minute decided to not send anyone to help with unloading our new cabinets, when they originally told us two workers would be coming. We were told she couldn't pay her skilled workers to wait around for a delivery window. I had to call her and express that this is thousands of our dollars at stake and was a curbside only delivery. She finally sent one worker and thankfully, the driver ended up helping him. Our home was torn apart with a hefty list of things to complete, so no one would have been "standing around", but this is the unnecessary stress they would create. They also failed to let us know no one was coming the day our countertops were being installed. Luckily, my husband was able to move around his schedule last minute to accommodate, but these are all things you would think you could count on your contractor for. Instead, they constantly were adding additional stress because we couldn't rely on them. They have no communication skills. It was just awful. During one phone call she flat out told my husband she just wanted to be done with our house. She wanted to collect her money and be done. So, for us to get our final list together because she's not coming back for anything. And if we don't want to pay, she will just put a lien on our house! We never said anything about not paying her. This is just how she would talk to us, completely unprofessional. And when our final bill came, cost that was not in our scope, but she verbally agreed she was not going to charge us for, of course were on it. We ended up paying it all without saying a word. I honestly didn't have any more fight left in me. At that point, the sight of her name on my phone when she called made my stomach turn. It now makes me sick to see her posting pictures of our home on social media advertising her services, when she didn't even ask us permission to take those photos of our property in the first place. The audacity she has after the hellish 8-weeks she just put my family through. As a business owner, she should be ashamed. In the end, we are pleased with our new kitchen and laundry/mudroom. The workers were never the problem though. They are very hardworking, talented men who display excellent craftsmanship. It was the unprofessional behavior, lack of communication, and poor management of the owner and PM that made us feel uneasy. read more

I hired Bundled to paint my place, do minor handyman work I am not capable of myself, and to clean my apartment after all the services. Bundled responded quickly to my request on thumbtack and provided a detailed quote for all the services. I live in a pretty large 2 bedroom, with 14 foot ceilings, it took them 3 days to finish all the work. They did a great job painting, and even had an interior designer to help pick out a color that would work well in my space. I also had them do some minor work like hang up shelves and my television. After all that was done they came in a cleaned, the girl did a great job, really got all that grease off my stove, which I can never seem to do myself. I am very happy with my service, and would highly recommend Bundled to anyone looking to get some work done on their home. I will definitely keep using them for cleaning, and again if I decided to do more work in my place. read more

Stay away from this business. I finally get a chance to type this review. They were recommended by my realtor. I hire them to do some painting, fix my stove, dry clean my curtain, adding a new ring door bell, fix the leak from my toilet in powder room, install fire panel to my fire place and clean the chimney. Ends up, the stove was never fixed, my curtain was damaged, the toilet still leak, the paint job was bad, they remove the existing doorbell even tough I told them not to, never install the fire panel and put in an aesthetic panel instead, never properly clean the chimney. I ends up spending more than thousands to fix everything. On top of that they refuse to give me the partial refund that I ask for, even tough I copy my realtor on the e-mail. Our realtor recommended Bundled Property Solutions to build a new wall in the living room so we could mount our flat screen tv properly in the middle of the wall. Brandon was responsive and nice. However, first mistake was that the wall was finished with new outlets placed at the bottom of the wall -- unhelpful given that we hired them to mount the tv in the middle of the wall. Second mistake was leaving the wall unsanded and pockmarked but painting over it and explaining that "a wall is a wall and not all walls are perfect". Third mistake was installing trim that was 1/4" too long and stuck out past the wall. The pictures show the final sloppy work product, which means these were taken after we had Brandon's team come back and fix the issues identified. We then told Brandon we didn't want his team coming back a third time and preferred to take $300 off our bill so we could hire our painters to fix the remaining problems. Brandon did make this accommodation but then proceeded to follow up several times over the course of a week to inform us that our bill was past due (which was a joke given that invoices are due upon receipt). Shannon was so prompt (called me within minutes of submitting a request!) in getting back to me and providing an estimate as well as other suggestions to prepare the home for sale. Cleaner didn't show up on time, reported to me via text that she would take care of certain tasks, then backtracked and changed her story when I complained to her manager that the work hadn't been completed. I felt ripped off by the cleaner, and then dismissed by the management when I tried to say I wasn't happy with the service. We originally hired Bundled Property Solutions for a cleaning service. Through my conversations with one of the co-founders, Brandon, I discovered that they also service general contracting work. So, we hired bundle property for several small handyman projects and we felt like they did a descent job. Everything was going well until we approached them for a larger bathroom remodeling project. One of the co-founders, Shannon, is in charge of the handyman/general contracting work for Bundle Property and while she was helpful in consulting what we needed to do, we often felt confused with the scope of the work as they lacked to provide us detailed descriptions of the work. While we were discussing on a larger bathroom remodeling project, we ended up hiring Bundle Property to do another small project (paint touch ups) for one of our rental properties. We provided what we need and Shannon indicated that the painter will be on-site to help us out. Original discussion was that they will assess what we need to get done, provide a quote and then do the work but she went ahead and sent a painter without a quote. Once the job was completed, due to some misunderstanding, Shannon bombarded me with unprofessional messages and emails and we ended up cutting ties with the company. It was not a good way to treat a customer that used this company for multiple services. This company is highly recommended for cleaning and property management services but I cannot give a high recommendation for the general contracting service. read more

I can't say for the service because they never came to clean my house. When the cleaners were supposed to be at my house at 7:30. They were somewhere else getting gas, and said "someone offered to sell them drugs". Because of that they didn't want to come to my house to clean. You weren't supposed to be at the gas station, you were supposed to be at my house cleaning. Why would come to unknown neighborhood to buy gas, and why didn't you already have gas? I scheduled this a week and half ago before date of service and you guys didn't think to survey the area before actually booking service. Now that I think about it what does something that happened at the gas station have to with the cleaning the inside of my house. Also, I had to reschedule my Monday to a Friday because they were running 45 mins behind. But did not think to call or let anyone know ahead of time. She was nice about giving me refund.
