Out of all the auto body shops i've been to, this one has got to be by far the best customer service! Someone hit my car front bumper on the parking lot, i came in and Dan and i think mario went ahead and helped my with estimate. Explained the process, informed me about i may need a rental and they have rentals there! Fast and very reasonable pricing and top quality on the repair! My experience here was great, I have a classic car that was hit while parked, may shops did not want to touch it due to its age, Walter and Angel took it in, got the work done right, they were able to track down 50 year old parts and got my car looking better than when it came in, I am extremely happy with the end result. We will never take our cars anywhere else! We pulled our car out of another shop (Solesbee in YL) after a week of getting put off for an estimate. David was awesome and continues to help. My car is back to normal after over a $9000 side swipe by a dump truck. A friend's young daughter needed a side mirror replaced and they helped her out as well. Took my Jeep in for an estimate to repair bent bottom corner of the front door. The very nice gentleman (I should have gotten his name!) took my car in the back, pulled out the bent corner and brought my car back to me in just a few minutes - FOR FREE!! When is the last time that happened ?!? Oh, and the body shop the dealer recommended gave me an estimate of $1200. If, heaven forbid, I ever get a Big Crunch I will bring my car right back here. read more

Unfortunately, 5 stars rating is the best; otherwise, I'll give this location 10 stars!!!! My car was rear-ended a few months ago and got bumper fixed here. I noticed that one of the back sensors was falling back in recently. I took the car in and met with Walter who is the manager. He went above and beyond to make sure my car get fixed properly and that his customers happy. He was able to get it fixed it in half a day even when he said it may take a full day. They were nice to drop me off so that I won't waste my time waiting for it. Once the car was done; Walter called to let me know. 15 mins later, he dropped the car in front of my house! My brand new Tesla car got into an accident. I brought to fix auto brea to get fixed. I have to wait for 3 months for the parts. They didn't call me that the parts were there, so I have to call them. it took 44 days to replace a bumper and quarter panel. When I pickup my car and inspected it, I found out that they created more damages to my car. The tail light is cracked, reflector light on the bumper is broken, the low voltage battery need to be replaced. The rear glass window is damaged caused by metal sparks from welding or grinding. I found it out because I brought my car to get tinted and they refused to tint that particular glass window. They promised to fix it and I waited another month. They did not call me and I have to call them to remind them when they're going to fIx my car. They said that it only take a half day to fix it. The said that it will be ready the next day. They make so many excuses ; the battery that they order was wrong, the tail light is a factory defect, they were on the process of changing the glass window. And I think they swapped my new battery to an older battery because when I brought it for repair I don't have any issue about low voltage battery. The reason I said it, because they willing to put a new battery that belongs to another car and put it in my car. to make the story short I did not get it the next day. And the worst part of it, they lied that my car is ready for pick up, but on my way to pick it up, I received a text that the technician went home so my car is not ready. So I have to wait for the third. I will not recommend this shop 101%. So unprofessional, no integrity, crappy job. read more

When the company was previously Sharper Image and the previous staff and owner ran the place they did great work, Now not so much, As I was bringing my car back for rework (serious lack of attention to putting my car back to together correctly), I was right behind another person bringing back his car for simular re work. I am also disgusted to see customers cars sitting out side in the weather with doors, trunks removed from the vehicles and just letting rain, wind, leaves get into peoples cars, Including mine. Gabe and Justin at the front counter both give you the impression they dont care, Stay away, I will be taking my car somewhere else and pay out of pocket to fix the car, as the rework wasnt done right either. read more

These guys are awesome! I was devastated when I walked out and saw that my new car (that I bought that week) had been scratched on the left side of it's bumper. Fortunately, it was not dented, but the whole bumper and part of the side panel had to be repainted. I work at a nearby vet clinic and decided to give Sharper Image a try. I was more than pleased. I had removed the front fender flares to do some work on my new Chevy truck and couldn't find appropriate two-sided tape to reinstall the flares. A friend sent me to Sharper Image. They said to leave the flares and they would strip the old adhesive and install new adhesive for me. When I picked up the flares, there was no charge! I was pleased and pleasantly surprised. Dave was very nice and pulled out a huge dent on my passenger side right above the front wheel for absolutely free. With the dent in place the car couldn't be driven because it would rub against the tire and could cause it to pop so I'm very grateful. read more

We just left this place. My husband and I came to replace the driver's side mirror. We thought it was going to be pricey. We met David, he looked at the mirror and was able to fix it. It turns out, there was no need to replace it after all. He was very helpful, and gave us tips to use wax to clean up the scratches of the mirror. I highly recommend this place. I went into Sharper Image a few weeks ago to get a quote on knocking out a small dent in my front passenger's side door, as well as fixing some damage around my back passenger's side door. The man at the desk took a look at the car and told me he would bring it around back and see what he could do. About 10 minutes later he returned with both my issues fixed and didn't charge me!
