I've used Jonathan from Alpha Auto Glass TWICE now on two different cars and he has knocked it out of the park and exceeded my expectations both times. I found these guys on Yelp and the consistent 5 star reviews definitely got my attention, so I gave them a call and QUICKLY understood the well deserved high rating. Jonathan was BY FAR more helpful and honest than anyone else I had talked to - he took the time to answer all my questions extremely thoroughly, gave me important info I didn't even realize I needed to know, and was EXTREMELY well priced. The first time I used him was for a full windshield replacement on my Subaru Outback & the second time was a full rear passenger window replacement on my wife's Ioniq 6 with OEM glass. Both times he came to my house to do the job, which was as convenient as it gets, and I was impressed with how quick he was able to do it. He's upfront about his cost for the glass which I like, the labor is very reasonable, and his prices are installed/out the door. Depending on your car, he'll also give you the option to do OEM glass or aftermarket, and will tell you when it might be a good idea to use either one. At the end of the day DO NOT go through your dealer, DO NOT use Safelite or anyone else - they'll take you for a ride cost wise and won't do nearly as good of a job (and I'm speaking from experience here). I've recommended him whenever I can to friends & fam who need their glass fixed/replaced and will continue to do so as long as they're in business. This guy is awesome! We have a 1992 Volvo that my wife absolutely LOVES! Unfortunately, it developed a huge crack in the rear window, and finding the replacement glass was a nightmare. (After I connected with Anthony, I found out he could have gotten it for us with a lot less hassle). Anthony was amazing! He went above and beyond. Anthony initially came out to see if the sunroof was leaking on a 2009 Toyota Camry I had just gotten from a relative. Anthony could immediately tell the leak was not coming from the sunroof, so he offered to give the car a full inspection. Anthony checked everything, including under the cowl over the engine. It turned out a seal had come loose that was supposed to keep water from coming inside the car. Keep in mind, this had nothing to do with glass or window repair, which is what Anthony does at Alpha auto glass. He literally did mechanical work to find where this issue was. I was not only shocked but extremely grateful. He then called the dealer to find out what was needed to fix the problem. The dealer told him they don't make parts to fix that kind of issue. Anthony then went on Amazon ordered some double-sided foam tape to make the seal work. He then went with me to a car wash and sat in the passenger seat to make sure the leak was fixed. Long story short, Anthony fixed the leak that the Toyota dealer could not even find. His price was extremely reasonable and his expertise was invaluable. I Didn't need to replace the windshield, but the front safety-assist camera on our Honda Clarity crapped out (after just 5 years) and I didn't want to pay the $1500+ to have a dealership replace it, so I found a used part online, but needed to get it calibrated after installing it. Where do I start? I was given a choice of choosing my appointment time between 12-1 pm. Anthony decided to give me a call at 2 pm a whole hour after our appointment schedule.
