The best experience I've ever had replacing a windshield not only did they have the windshield ready to go when I showed up three hours earlier than my appointment they were willing to take me in earlier and they even finish my car an hour and a half before the stated time. The technician even came up to me before starting the repair just to confirm that the replacement was what I wanted to do and what to expect and was very courteous. Great waiting area comfortable set up my iPad. Did a couple conference calls and just did some work and had lunch DoorDash to me. Thanks again for your amazing work and taking care of my baby girl. I also have allstate who covered the claim but stated the same thing about them not being one of their prefferred providers, which wasn't a concern to me. I don't know if these tiny chips from rocks need repair...I would not have had the work done if the insurance didn't cover it. When he arrived to do the work my dad stood outside and was watching him and the guy did not like that. He threw attitude at my dad and my dad went back inside the house. He was clearly uncomfortable being watched. It makes sense because he didn't do a great job. He left the plastic pieces behind the rear view mirror loose and they've been loose ever since my installation in January. I never got around to calling them back until June and the guy is telling me to call him back on Monday to schedule for someone to come out and fix those plastic pieces. He didn't say whether they would come out to me because they don't service my area he just said that they would fix it. He couldn't pull up any of my information because it's a Saturday, yet he still answered the phone.
