i really never thought i would have to do this.. i started coming here about 6 months ago when i…read morestarted my natural nail journey. i have had decent experiences (not the best) but definitely better than a regular shop, until today. i last minute book all the time and thats definitely my fault.. this weekend i made an appointment for a gel manicure with Elvira i believe was her name. I got there 5 minutes before the appointment and waited another 25 until i was seated. of course i was offered something to drink by one of the other girls, at no point did she try to offer me anything. when we finally got started she was off the bat rushing me. i asked for help trying to figure out my base color because i had forgotten the name and number of it. she showed me a couple white bases which were not what i was looking for so i kept looking but she sat down and pulled my hands and started drilling off my nails. so i struggled with one hand and found something similar but i gave up looking. she picked the last color that i asked her about so when she was about to start my application i quickly looked through colors with both hands again and found the one that i had originally wanted. i asked her if we can change it and she did, huffing and puffing of course. already set a bad vibe between us.. on top of that, when shaping i had to ask multiple nails to be trimmed down because they were not matching lengths of the others at all.. all my frenchies are different shapes and thickness, not one of them was checked with the other hand to assure it looks okay. all were done one by one alternating hands so they have wonky lines and shapes. it was a poorly done and obviously rushed job. my cuticle on my thumb got burnt with the drill and the underneath of the same nail got cut open with the drill to where i started bleeding and now is an open wound, the technicians response to that was to dramatically jump back on her seat and make a loud surprised noise than grab my hand and continue to drill the same spot.. not ince checked on it unfortunately it hurts lol.. i do understand that to some it might not be that big of a deal but we dont pay $45 for a full set like a chop shop.. this was a $98 appointment so i expect my nails to look as such, which unfortunately they dont. i think the language barrier makes it really hard for non slavic people to integrate or feel welcome.. nobody is perfect and nobody speaks perfect english..

I was easily able to make a same day appointment. When I arrived, no one was there and the shop was locked! I waited a few more minutes & called the shop and they said someone would be there soon. I'm guessing this place only has someone there if they have a scheduled appointment - however it definitely frustrated me that my nail tech was late. Once inside, I was impressed with the color selection and how nice and clean the salon was. The tech did a great job on my gel manicure and my pedicure. However, since I was the only one there she rushed me to leave and didn't check if my toes were dried- so by the time I got home all of the polish was smeared. I tried calling to schedule a time to get it fixed however never received a call back on the voicemail I left.

Many times, during the "year" at salon for haircut(always pre booked every 4 weeks with a chosen hair stylist), "glitches" in my appointment(s) when I arrived frequently occurred. Such as: 1. Appointment unfortunately erased by the computer - they( husband and wife(owners)) would scramble to fit me in -telling me to come back later or wait until my stylist arrived. 2. Hair stylist who had been cutting my hair, moved away. Salon owners said they booked me with the stylist's friend. Yet on the subsequent 3 appointments, new stylist not at salon for one reason or another. 2 times she finally arrived later than my booked time. 3. Caused me a feeling of humiliation, worthlessnes, uncomfortably , while sitting in a chair waiting for stylist to arrive, the 2 owners, behind desk communicating in their language which I do not understand, spoke loud enough for me to hear that they "seemed not to know what to do for me. After around 20 minutes waiting, I left salon. I never even received a phone call or text of apology. I don't recommend this salon for individuals who are not part of the so called ethnic community.
