I was easily able to make a same day appointment. When I arrived, no one was there and the shop was locked! I waited a few more minutes & called the shop and they said someone would be there soon. I'm guessing this place only has someone there if they have a scheduled appointment - however it definitely frustrated me that my nail tech was late. Once inside, I was impressed with the color selection and how nice and clean the salon was. The tech did a great job on my gel manicure and my pedicure. However, since I was the only one there she rushed me to leave and didn't check if my toes were dried- so by the time I got home all of the polish was smeared. I tried calling to schedule a time to get it fixed however never received a call back on the voicemail I left.

Since she did not ask for a refund before leaving the salon, the owner refused to refund, stating that she did not complain before leaving. She disputed the charge and lost, because the policy says she needed to complain before leaving the salon. It is not acceptable that she paid $106.65 for nails that lost polish by the next morning. Shame on them!

The good news is, these plastic nails did not require using the dremel to chew up my natural nail like gel nails, so my real nails are intact. 10/29/2023 Gorgeous clean lovely relaxing salon with peaceful relaxing music and pleasant staff. BUT! My full set of nails lost the one on the right thumb in less than 24 hours, and the right index finger just came off. Since this was a vacation and we are now 40 miles away, I can't go back for a second repair. And this was a spa-priced service. Other fell off quickly after that, and I even got 2 nails fixed elsewhere. The nail tech also cut one toe too far, and it hurt for a couple of days, so I was pretty bummed about that.
