A new wave song was playing in the nail salon. That brought back memories of HS. A friend would cover that song when we hit (noraebangs) karaoke bars back in HS days. Hadn't heard that song in at least a decade. I'm probably going to create a Spotify play list later this week, lol. If you didn't know, new wave was huge with Korean people back in the 80s/90s. For some, they never put the tapes and records away. Low key nail salon. At noon on a weekday they should be busy but it was quiet. Lucky for us, after taking the folks for a massage next door next up was manicures. With the manicures the ladies provided a small neck and arm massage. My folks appreciated the kindness. read more

I have been going here for years. It is very clean, the staff are friendly and give a good mani/pedi. Costs are similar to other salons.

I got a dip manicure done here and I really liked it. The manicurist took her time and made sure I liked the color and shape. I am very picky with my shape so I was happy she was nice and so open. Would definitely recommend! read more

This rating is an average of my experiences here over time. I have gone here on and off for a few years. I would say my rating historically would have been a 4 based on pleasant staff, clean facilities, and good mani pedis. They have always tried to shave my feet and up until this week I said no. This week they convinced me to give it a try. Big mistake. They take a metal cheese grater to your heels and really go to town. 6 days later my feet still hurt. I am putting lotion on multiple times a day and wearing cushy socks. My nails look good, but feet are in pain so I'll give them a 2 for this experience. If you go here, definitely say no to attacking your feet with metal kitchen utensils! read more

So, I went to Glen Spa with a group of friends. We staggered our times so they could accommodate us. Each of us we're getting a mani and pedi. The service started off good, but then they kept switching off employees for me. One woman would cut/file another would massage and yet another would paint. They did this because they had overbooked their appointments. While ultimately this wouldn't have affected the experience, it did because things like the heel treatment or the lotion were forgotten on me. The icing on the cake was when they started the manicure while the pedicure was still happening. Yet again, parts of a typical manicure were overlooked... there was no hand massage, no soaking, no vitamin e rub.... Ultimately, I felt like the red headed step child. Ugh. In the end, my heels are still dry, the nails on my hand are uneven and dry but the paint looks great. read more

Have always had a good experience here, it is a standard mani pedi service unless you upgrade, and the prices are on par with other similar places. It is clean and tidy, and the techs are pleasant and don't try to make too much small talk while you are having your service. This place is not as "fancy" as other newer places in the area (rock star, Venezia spa) but my polish has lasted longer from here compared with the bigger nail places. read more

I went into this salon while waiting for my wife to get her hair done nearby I asked them if the hep get rid of dry skin and just buff it off I didn't want my nail or toes worked on just get rid of dry skin They said yes The woman did her regular pedicure routine and tried to do my nails but I stopped her. Worst place ever. Save yourself the money and time and go literally anywhere else. Horrible quality, even worse customer service. Plenty of other cheaper and better salons in the area. I have been a loyal customer for nearly 6 years for pedicures. I will never come back for anything. Came in for a rare no chip mani (which I usually do myself and only get pedicures done at the salon). I wanted to treat myself. I had to stop my service halfway through because the quality was so poor. My hands are in far worse condition now than when I came in. My nails are badly damaged and completely ruined. The nail artist told me I was being too picky and made me feel it was my fault. Mistakes happen but there is no excuse for rushing through and doing a terrible job and, then, blaming the customer for your poor work. read more

DON'T GO HERE!!! So I asked for a mani-pedi. A friendly woman named Young started me off with pedicure. Happy so far... Went to get a no-chip French manicure with her... a customer came in and IN THE MIDDLE OF MY FRENCH MANICURE she informs me that another woman would finish. WORST FRENCH MANICURE EVER! This other woman was clueless... white polish on the underside of my nails... sloppy with the polish... plush she applied it from side to side instead of brushing & removing to get a nice "U" shape... It looked like a middle schooler polished my nails. 1 thin top coat left my nails feeling bumpy and unfinished looking. I complained but she couldn't understand what I wanted & preceded to file off the mistakes & apply more paint. DON'T GO HERE! Terrible service... The woman who started me should have finished... Love this place! Have been here twice so far - got the no chip manicure both times. The first one lasted about 3 weeks, then my nails grew out long enough that I had to take it off, but it never did chip or peel off. I got the second one this week. Sunny did an AMAZING job and really took her time to get my nails perfect. Plus, they massage your hands and forearms and then massage your shoulders! The people are very nice and do great work. FYI the no chip costs $35 and every dollar was well spent in my opinion.They also have a punch card - buy 10 get the next one free. read more

All the technicians seemed very experienced and it was a very pleasant no-chip manicure. They have a great selection of polishes and also give a massage at the end of service. I really wanted to like this place but just can't. The spa pedicures aren't up to par with other salons. It's not relaxing and they chipped within a week. They don't offer many nail services...Manicures with gel or no chip polish. No tip options at all. I went 2 weeks ago and had the dip which I've had numerous times before. Within a week, 6 had chipped and one came off completely. Yesterday, I decided to give them a second chance. Same thing. One of my nails already has a chip and it wasn't even 8 hours. Several others are uneven in smoothness. If I was rough with my hands I'd understand. I've had my nails done for over 20 years. This has never happened so quickly. Very disappointed. read more

DO NOT go to this place. I went a few weeks ago on a Saturday when I couldn't get a last minute opening at my usual nail salons. From the minute I came in, I felt unwelcome and uneasy. The two ladies there were not friendly, handled me roughly when doing my pedicure, and gave me the shortest pedicure I've ever had with NO attention to detail. To top it off, the polish chipped off in less than a week!! And it cost me $35, the price I pay for an amazing relaxing pedicure at my usual place. I wanted to treat myself to a no-chip manicure and pedicure and decided to walk in and see if they had any availability. I was greeted by several smiling faces and a warm hello. I only waited about five minutes until I was politely escorted to a massage chair and was attended to by a very friendly and effortlessly enthusiastic employee. She gave me the full spa experience, adjusting my massage chair for me, and getting the warm water bath started for my feet. I was then introduced to the woman who would be doing my feet. She was also graced with a smile and I felt very at peace relaxing in my chair. I spent the next hour being pampered. My feet were massaged, wrapped, and my legs were given a therapeutic massage as well. While my toes were being beautified and painted, the first employee who originally sat me down began massaging my hands and moisturizing them with this delicious smelling citrus lotion. She then tended to my hands using the best skills imaginable, leaving my nails perfectly polished and ready to be painted. I was then escorted to the table where my fingernails were carefully painted. When everything was done, I felt beautiful and feminine. My toes and fingers looked perfect. Every nail was cleaned and painted with such detail and care. I will most definitely come back for another luxurious experience. read more

I tried making a 5:00 appt on a Sunday (they close at 6:00). Lady asked if I can come in at 4:50 I said sure. I got there and no one if there except for 3 employees. My tub was ready to go but I quickly realized they sure were ready to go themselves. I was given the quickest pedicure of my life, barely any buffing done, the exfoliation part lasted 2 seconds per leg and she took a short cut by using one hot towel for both my legs mind you also not wrapping my legs for less than a minute in the towel. Once my nails were painted I was rushed to the drying station where a lady took my payment while I was drying and rudely asked if I had cash for a tip or if I was adding one on the card. Excuse me, the way that should have been asked is "any tip on the card?" But clearly she didn't know that. I barely dried for 3 minutes when my lady came by and sprayed my toes with the enamel spray and said I was good to go but to be careful. I ended up with a half decent pedicure with a sloppy top coat job. Oh and she didn't even use a base coat. I'll never go back and do not recommend this place by any means. As a mother of twins I don't get much time away for myself. I went at the beginning of my kids' nap time to get a manicure/pedicure and relax. I went in and the salon seemed empty and I was told it would be about an hour. I asked can I just wait and see if there would be an opening and I was told it should be hour. So the woman at the reception desk took an appointment for me noting my name and phone number. I left and came back about 5 minutes before the time of the appointment. Upon returning I saw all the chairs full and the woman who took my appointment was just starting a pedicure. She looked shocked to see me when she realized I was the same customer who she had just taken an appointment for. She explained she had just started and could I wait. I said, "No, I was here an hour ago and you told me to wait an hour, you wrote my name down, so no I can't wait." To this she asked again and I said no again, then she said, "Well, maybe you will come back?" And picked up her pencil as if to schedule me for another time.
