However, I noticed the one doing my nails was in a rush and wasnt as through as I wanted the experience to be. She kept looking up and at the clock. As for the nails, it was nice at first. Then after a couple of days (5 days), it started to peel off. I'm assuming it's because of the rushed experience. If you are planning on getting no chip, it may just last less than 2 weeks just FYI.

However, her attention to detail was not great. My big toe and 2nd toe on my right foot were not polished that well as you could see in the pic (couldn't tell til I got home and inspected everything). There is also some bubbling on the big toe. She also didn't tell me that one of my nails was almost coming off on my left foot. Lastly she didn't shape my left pinky toe well. It was a straight across and the left corner was pointy vs slightly curved. I was quoted $30 for the Pedi over the phone but I guess they added $5 to remove the no chip? Not a big deal, just stating for info purposes. Unfortunately I won't be returning.

I replied that If it was possible to get acrylic for shaping (like even just a tip on my big toe ) and it'll be a basic French tip. she asked if it was just for my big toe and I said yes . She then proceeded to say that they won't be able to do it . Already throwing me off but then I asked if she'll be able to do gel to give it shape then. THEN she said only if I get a manicure as well which I did not ask for. This was already baffling behavior and I am nervous and confused because I have gone to multiple nail shops that either do acrylic an gel or do one or the other but I understand and continued on with the service . Just trusting she understood when I explained what I wanted multiple times. when I thought she was done with the client next to me I thought she was gonna start on me next but out of no where she sent another employee that doesn't know what I asked. i had to explain AGAIN what I wanted now stuck in the chair. she asked if I wanted a file I said yes for all of them to be straight like I think that an obvious thing that every nail salon does I just wanted the gel or acrylic for the edges so it could be squared. I felt a bit awkward an during the whole process because there was another customer next to me while i was already feet in tub waiting and explaining to the employee that's working on the other customer what I wanted when she didn't even work on me nor communicate to the other employee what I wanted. ALSO SIDE NOTE !! I'm pretty sure they use the same foot scrub for every client I understand sterilization but I'm pretty sure you'll have to change those out for every client also while she was scrubbing me and washing it off she used the same water I've been dipping my feet after getting my heels scrubbed and that's why you have the hose to spray the clients legs down.

In January/2020, I got my pedicure done by one of the older women there. This lady was nice. However, I wasn't happy with the overall pedi she gave me. I had dry skin on my feet and expected smooth feet once I was done. She only spent about 10-15 seconds scrubbing each foot, which didn't do much. I went home and felt the bottom of my feet. They felt as if I never got this pedicure. I called the owner (Hana) and told her the issue. I was very nice and understanding and told her I'm not calling for compensation or a free service. I simply wanted her to know so the employee is aware and hopefully doesn't repeat this. Hana, on her own, said my next pedicure is free. I told her that I'd like her to do it next time. Fast forward to March 2. I came in for the free pedi. I find it shocking that when you're a "paying" customer how nice and respectful Hana is towards you, but when she offers you a free service, she is rude as hell. Hana wasn't as friendly as she always was. She put my feet in scolding hot water and hurt me while clipping my toes. I've never experienced this there before. She had a sour look on her face the whole time. Hana showed her true colors. I'm not going back there again. It's sad because for many years, I liked the place/staff, but once they aren't profiting from you, they view you as a waste of time and money. Well, you're actually making up for the crappy service your initial employee provided. There are many other great nail salons. Please stay away from this one. Phony owner and 1 staff member isn't taking the proper time to remove your dry skin.

I said I want square and very long (I said long 4 times) & I did not leave with long nails... I put on my appointment that I wanted a design but due to delay, we ran out of time for the design. so now I spent $190 on nails I made an appointment for & not what I anticipated leaving with. There are so many other choices in the area.... This is a luxury service for most people I was hoping for a better experience.

My guy, Nick, was phenomenal, detailed oriented. I've experienced nail techs who aren't consistent with shaping but he was meticulous in making sure my shape was perfect on each finger. I found my new go to spot for nails and I'm so lucky to have gotten Nick as my nail tech because he was incredible.

I appreciated that. However, I felt like the appointment was rushed. I requested round toenails, but they weren't shaped the way I had asked. I didn't realize they had been shaped differently until my manicure, when she asked, "You want square toenails but round fingernails?" At that point, it was too late to correct them. My manicure also wasn't shaped the way I wanted, and the replacement color ended up much pinker than I expected on my hands after only being tested on my toenail. There were also a couple of service issues that left me feeling overlooked. After my pedicure, she tried to send me to check out even though I had a manicure scheduled. During my manicure, I also noticed other clients were given towels or hand rests while my arms were resting directly on the cold table. The finished manicure is decent overall, although I noticed a few small air bubbles and that the color appears slightly thinner in some areas than others. I tried to ask her to fix my nails but she kept trying to repair the damage. At the end, I really appreciated that she tried, but it just still looked awful. I had to go to my regular nail salon to fix it. I will remain going there.
