I choose this salon because they have online scheduling. Really don't like calling places, so whenever there is an option for online booking- here I am. I am glad I tried them! They always did a good job. Started with Chris, then tried Hannah (because she has bunch of amazing reviews ) but in reality they are both great. No difference. They are very nice, extremely kind, professional ... service is 10/10. Last time I did chrome overlay. We were in a bit rush that day, but I wanted to stop by for pedi/mani treatment.. It is easy to find this place and there is huge parking lot in front of the building. So that was nice. They had some openings for us and very quickly we we're already invited to sit and enjoy. I had a pleasure to enjoy treatment from T. She was cute and very gentle. She was very attentive if I like something, or if it hurts me.. was I comfortable.. I liked that. She did my nails pretty good and quick but very neat. She showed me her designs on longer model nails and she is potential. Very dear girl. My husband also enjoyed service and he was satisfied. ZERO stars!! Absolutely the worst! He Filed my nail down to a point. Not normal pointed nails, like to totally gone on the sides. then he told me it was to even them out. I had to leave it was so bad and I was having them done for my sons wedding! He totally ruined my nails on one hand. before my hands he just painted my toes and it looked like a 3 year old did it. it was a mess. they still charged me for the toes and I had to remove it. I was so excited to find this place. I thought I finally found a place that can do all the designs I wanted, but I am so disappointed with my visit today. I usually make appointments with Chris and i think he is very talented. Today i had someone else because he was book and although she was a very nice lady, my nail turned out terrible! The color looks NOTHING like the picture I brought in. Im not a complainer so I was willing to live with it even though I'm not happy. Customer satisfaction is HUGE to me especially if im paying this much. Not only does it not look anything like I wanted, I have 2 bubbles under the polish on one of my nail that i did not see until I was on my way home. One of the nail looks completely lopsided. I contacted the salon and im supposed to be going back to get it fixed. If they are not able to make this right then im sad to say they will lose a very loyal customer. read more

There is a post by a disgruntled customer and I couldn't sit comfortably knowing that her review could impact V Nail negatively. I was present for her visit and from my perspective she was offended that Chris was working on another customer while she was soaking, which has always been my experience. I witnessed her belittle the technique, the technician and now here on yelp the shop, and it isn't a fair. I am black woman and so are many of the shops customers but many are not and this is the first time anyone has ever acted in this manner. I have been coming to Hannah for a few years which includes the time spent at other nail salons. Yes there are other places to go but I drive 40 minutes just to have her work her talents on my nails. There was nothing they could do to change the outcome when the customer was rude and insensitive and I was angry and deeply offended for them as I listened to the customer verbally attack Chris. I have never left with a bad experience or set of nails! They are Funny. Respectful. Talented. Kind and very Accommodating and I encourage you to try Hannah or Chris out for yourself. Sometimes bad service is the opinion of a customer who turns out to have been the bad one. read more

He is very meticulous and takes pride in his work which is such a blessing. I have been doing my own toes for many years and have had some irritation from either ingrowns or impacted nails. I travel every week for work and on my feet and planes weekly - I will never go to anyone else again. I walked in with an impacted nail that I had already picked at and he found a way to perfectly remove it without causing me to bleed or too much pain. Update: I raised my rating from 2 to 4 because I went back today (Saturday) and was taken immediately and my nails were repainted. Although the gentleman, I think manager, said that the original polish is high quality I still will not be using it. Went back to the tried and true Opi brand. I will probably be returning to this salon. Waited for 30 minutes for the start of my pedicure with my feet in the tub despite having an appointment. Would have preferred that I spend the time looking at the colors. That being said, I liked not being rushed but would have felt differently if I were in a hurry. The time and care that the nail tech took was excellent. I think her name was Ada. I was so surprised though that by the next day, less than 24 hours later, my nail Polish is chipped. I did nothing to cause it. I think the polish they carry at this place is sub-par. I selected a color in a box of two. They told me it was appropriate for a regular manicure but I'm doubtful that is true now that I see how they are chipping. I'm going to stop there today and see if they can fix them. I made appointments for dip mani and pedicure. I arrived 10-minutes before my appointment. I selected my color then sat in the front for an additional 20-minutes. Once in the chair, the technician was quick and efficient in completion of my pedicure. My nails were completed just as efficient. But service is not the problem, it is circuses. They know their regulars and cater to them. I observed the coddle and delight as the provided services to their regulars. Helped them with jackets, jewelry I and shoes. The rest of us were left to remove our salon slippers and find a trash receptacle then put on our shoes alone. That would have been the end of their interest in me if I did not have to pay for my services. At check out I realized I could have saved 5% by paying cash. Unfortunately they did not tell me. I had to pay and extra 1.7 % because I use a card. This would have been something to tell people when they texted my appointment confirmation or mention during my 30-minute wait. The price increase not posted when I visited the salon in March 2022. Another circus not shared with those who are not regulars. Definitely a good place for quality service - if you are a regular. The rest of us may want to look for a place that sees all customers as worth of the same level of service as the regulars. Could have gotten 2 mor stars but leaving me to trash my own slippers and the 1.7% service fee got those stars. read more
