My nails are fresh a just got them done. I will say the girl that did my nails was sweet helpful. However after coming home and looking at my nails do I think this was worth 55 dollars probably not. Sadly my cuticles were not cleaned. This looks like a quick let's just get you out of here manicure. If I have to come home and clean my own nails you know that is a shame. read more

I've visited many different nail salons and this one really stood out to me. The inside is very nice and classy. The nail technicians were very kind and helpful. A dip nail set costs $50 which is pricier than usual but I think it's worth it. My nails last about seven weeks without any lifting or breaking and look even and beautiful. read more

Went here to get my gel mani, lasted unchipped for 3-4 weeks. This was my go to spot to get my nails done.

Walk in client for a pedicure on a weekday afternoon. It was quiet and only one other customer there at that time. They took me in right away. The pedicure cost $35 for a basic pedicure. Everything seemed clean. The lady was gentle on my feet but nothing special. They had signs everywhere that stated that they charge $5 for certain brands of nail polish. I personally didnt think that was worth it. It was hard to understand some of the things they were saying. But overall it was a normal pedicure. read more

I tried this place out for 2 reasons: 1) it was halfway between point A and point B for me today, and I needed a convenient stop, 2) it was open. It also seemed to have solid Yelp reviews... ok, that's 3 reasons. Hands down, this was the sloppiest manicure ($12) job that I've paid for. Yes, it was quick, and my nails were done within 20 minutes, but attention to detail was not the lady's forte. A couple of my fingers had nail polish smudged on them, and she either didn't notice or didn't bother to remove it after she'd painted the coat. Also, I noticed a couple other things, unfortunately after I had gotten into my car: - a few nails were cut and filed at a slight angle... not really the style I was going for. - the edge of 2 nails were missed on the paint coat, so you can see the white of the nail. Ugh. This salon is tucked away a little off of Milwaukee behind the Ford dealership. Easy parking in the lot. Interior of the nail salon is quite dated. read more

I gave it a 3/5 instead of 4/5 because sometimes it can really be a hit or miss on who does your nails; it can either be fantastic or just alright. I've been to two others in the last 6 months and they only did short cuts. I was very impressed on how gentle and precise Kim did my nails. If I saw something I wasn't happy with she corrected it. They told me over the phone that the total dip and powder cost 45$, but when it finished they charged me 55$ claiming that shaping the nails in certain way it is Extra!!! Then they lied that they she told me before, which its not true. They made me wait half an hour to start even I took an appointment, and when I was discussing the color choice with her, she was saying something in foreign language. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The lady sitting up front is disgustingly rude. We called and made an appointment for four. Two of us walk in initially and I inform them that the other two are pulling up. I head to the restroom and the other two of our party come in. The lady up front(manager?) tells them that we only made an appointment for two, even though she straight up acknowledged that we made an appointment for four. She sends the other two of our party away. We weren't sure what had happened as I come out and I saw my family leaving but I sit unknowing what had happened. The two nail technicians were great, super friendly and they even asked us about the two that their manager sent away. When it comes time to pay the lady refuses to take my card payment unless I Zelle? Even though they took the card payment of the person in front of us. Straight up worst customer service. RUDE. These people are rude and ignorant. The manager is stupid and doesn't know any english and makes no sense. I've been coming here for a while and you would think they would give you a warm welcome, when I walk in they speak in their language and laugh. I don't know if it's because they are racist or what but I know for a fact I'm being talked about. And as a paying customer I don't appreciate that. We are in America speak english around customers, you can wait till I leave to talk about me. I just got my acrylic nails done. I walked in and they told me to choose color and started immidiately. And my nails looks good. I never would have found out about this place until my manager got me a gift certificate here. Ever since then, I've been coming here regularly. The women who work at this location are fantastic. Their English is not so good, but you can still get your point across. I've been here several times and they always do a high quality job. I've even brought my mother here and she liked it a lot. The prices are decent and the atmosphere is so-so. I was concerned about how they keep the tools but the sterilizer was easy to be spotted. I highly recommend this place. read more

They finish a pedicure service within 20 minutes and the polish starts chipping within the first week and same with no chip. The worst nail salon I have ever been to! I asked for simple thin square nails sadly that's not what I got. My nails are horrible are different sizes and curved and bubbling.. I ask nicely to take the nail polish off and try to fix them both lady's keep talking about Me and my sister In law. I did get fed up and said I'll fix it myself and guess what I have horrible ugly nails & STILL HAD TO PAY 25 dollars. Also me and my sister in law and to keep switching chairs for two different lady's to do our nails why? We got they're at 10 am & left at 12pm! You know i use to love this place, ive been going here for a year. But yesterday i realized how awful it was. For one I get fill in and they keep changing the price, 20 then 30 then 19 then 30 like WTF? But the worst part is one of the nail ladies was yelling at an old lady (a lady who doesn't speak english by the way) about not touching anything so she doesn't ruin her nails, she kept yelling at the poor old lady and treating her like garbage. and when the old lady wanted to know how much longer until her nails were dry and she can leave, the rude worker said 30 min. The rude worker made the old lady wait 30 min for her nails to dry so she can leave, when she could have left before that!. UNBELIEVABLE! The rude worker should never be allowed to work there, so rude! and no one said anything about it! i will never go here again!!! I cant believe no one stepped in and said anything! I've been going to GM Nails for years now and have always requested Sue (first chair when you walk in on the right side). I've had all the nail techs at GM do my nails for me and she, by far, is the best. I only get gel and acrylic nails done, but I do have friends who also request Sue for mani-pedi's and they all say she does an exceptional job on those as well!
