Let me just say, I'm obsessed with my nails and amazed at how well they did my nails. First of all, I really appreciate the salon for not rushing me when picking out a color. I always get a no-chip gel manicure, and I was surprised when they did 2 layers of gel base, and THREE layers of gel polish. All places I've been to only does one base coat and 2 (at best) of gel polish. I believe my nail tech was Quynh and she really made sure to evenly coat my nails, and she even coated all of the sides (which is a problem I've had with other places). This was my first time getting nails done, it was a really good experience and they were really nice. The only problem I had was when the were putting on the acrylics they were rushing and once they were finished my nails were crooked and uneven. I don't do my nails often, but I decided to treat myself as part of my pre-trip planning. I found this place due to its close location to work. I was able to book 1 week prior. I got there and noticed it was busy. I didn't have to wait long. I was able to check in through their online checking in system. I went in for a delux madi and pedi. The 1st professional I was with was super nice and lovely. She provided quality service and made sure I was comfortable. I had broken three nails and asked if I could get nail extensions to match the rest of my nails and nail extensions on my toes. First, all was fine. I was told it was no problem. They would be able to, but I needed to get the manager approval, I didn't know this would be the start of the issues with the manager. I was scolded by the manager. I was told I should have called ahead and told me to tell them what I wanted during the time I was booking my timeslot. I was only asked for my availability and which package I sought. I wasn't seeking nail extensions until I broke my nails and decided that day to also consider my big toes - total just 5 nail extensions. I didn't think it would be an issue until I realized this was the only shop I had visited where the manager was the only one who could put nail extensions and other "specialized" services. I found this odd, but I noted that I will be specific next time I need add on services. The rest of my experience was not great. The whole time, he was annoyed and rushing through gluing the extensions. He was so messy he messed up multiple times trying to put some of the nail extensions, which made him angrier. He was rough and was trying to finish with me as soon as he could. He then got annoyed when my 1st nail tech told him I wanted a Chrome finish. He rolled his eyes and made it seem this was an annoying task. If I had known I was going to be treated like a burden, I would not have sought those services nor scheduled an appointment here. Overall, what I thought would be $85 (delux madi/pedi no chip) + add ons (5 nail extensions and chrome) resulted in $140 total, not including tips. Wasn't too happy but decided to leave as quickly as possible. To make matters worse, the job was poorly done, and my extensions broke within 1 week during my trip. I was not happy. I will say my 1st tech was better, and her job with my toe nails was perfect. I did not have any issues with them and they lasted a good couple of weeks. If I ever decide to attend this place, I will seek any of the female techs as opposed to this person. I only hope my tech got her tip. read more

She offered multiple services they offer; I love having options. I had dip powder manicure and their options for colors were endless. My nails came out BEAUTIFUL! I found this place based on Yelp reviews and I have to say, this place is a hidden gem in the suburbs. They were very kind to me and so welcoming to every customer that walked through the door. You can tell they make an effort to remember everyone's names. The place is very clean and they have a wide array of colors to choose from. You check in with a tablet and you can receive poins through their rewards program. They're able to do any shape and length you request. I got the deluxe manipedi with a dip powder, pink ombre set, and nail extensions. Kim and Kelly were the techs that took care of me and they did it so efficiently. Kelly worked on my pedicure and it was very relaxing. I work in healthcare so I'm on my feet majority of the time. My feet feel rejuvenated and it was worth getting the deluxe package. Kim did my nails and they turned out exactly as I hoped. She was very careful to make my nails look perfect. I wanted a short, square shape and Kim nailed it (pun intended). They turned out very even and smooth! The whole process took only an hour and a half and I ended up paying $95 for the whole thing excluding tip. I drove the extra few miles to come here after seeing positive reviews....I called to make an appointment for an acrylic set and pedicure. They said sets start at $45 and pedi at $30 which was fine. When I got there I was seated in a pedicure massage chair that did not work and the massage balls were stuck in the mid back region which was super uncomfortable. My pedi was fine nothing special. When it was time for the acrylics I showed them my inspo pic and they said they could not do it but said they will try using glitter. I should've asked before getting anything done in the beginning. So heads up because although they couldn't do what I wanted they still charged me almost an extra $20 for glitter. Which btw I went and bought more polish to continue the glitter ombré effect at home. I've gotten this look before at another salon and they charge an extra $5 for glitter ombré. They were super apologetic and redid her nails the next day. My no chip was all bubbled and had a crack within 2 days. My manicure took well over an hour since my technician was also managing the place and doing several other things besides my nails. I am glad they are very covid careful and will not let anyone in without an appointment. If there are too many people, they have them wait in chairs outside the store front.
