I was at old orchard mall and wanted to get them done nearby before a trip, so I found this salon. It's in a small strip mall. I called ahead and asked how much an eyebrow wax is. She told me $10 cash only. I had $9 and some change. She did great with the waxing, it was quick and I don't have as much redness as I usually do which is amazing! She also threaded them after to clean them up, which I've never had done before but it was not painful at all. She said they don't take change, so if you need to pay with card you can but they have an extra dollar fee for using a card. I didn't mind it. I ended up loving my eyebrows more than the place I always go to, which is much further away. I will come back next time for sure! She did an amazing job.

We came here for threading services, but was surprised that 95% of the service was done using wax. I am not sure if there was a hearing or a communication issue, but I did call ahead to confirm as well as stated the specific request in person, so there shouldn't have been any confusion? I am thinking this pivot of the service was due to the pressure of attending to all the waiting customers, and since there was only one person on shift, everything was rushed through. The results were okay, but could have been a bit more cleaned up and more attentive. Due to the high reviews on this place, we thought it would have been exponentially better. Unfortunately, we will be returning to our usual salon. If a service amounts to $25+, they will accept card; otherwise, it's cash only. +$25+ services accept card; all others require a cash payment +swapping of threading to waxing +located in Boulevard Plaza +parking available in lot

I've met her a couple times when they first initially opened and she's very kind and very friendly. They now have a second location further down on Dempster by Skokie Boulevard however parking here is very tricky and maybe only eight spaces Sonya is their most popular and you have to make an appointment to see her now if she's been with them I believe since day one I always get my eyebrows and my upper lip done here and they do a great job !!!!

Milita offered to re-do some lash extensions at their expense, which I thought was really generous. However, after conferring with about 4-5 other lash studios and having them take a look at my lashes, they all advised me not to have any lash lift or lash extensions done to my eyes until they had time to fully repair. I waited several weeks and did not get a lash extension fill anywhere. Now that it has been months and my lashes have finally had time to heal, I sent an email to Milita asking for the lash extensions and even offering to pay. They declined me on the premise that "since we could not handle this privately, they cannot offer me any service." I am sorely disappointed in this entire situation. I have always been a huge supporter of the lash extensions at this place. I have only sung praises about the extensions. However, my eyes were burned and my lashes were fried, frayed, and simply unacceptable after the lash lift that the tech tried to do on me. I know that it isn't just my lashes because I was able to get the lift right at another location (see my other reviews). Rather than making good on their promise to allow me to have lash extensions done, I am now denied service entirely. When I expressed my frustration at the situation, I was emailed back that they simply did not want to make me unhappy again. Which makes no sense as I had only sung their praises at the beginning (see below) and have never been disappointed in the lash extensions. Regardless, it makes me feel as though I am being denied future service because of a poor review I left on some genuine low-quality service that really did damage my lashes and ruin a lot of my self-esteem for a while. I would never return to get that service, but I am sorely disappointed that I am not welcome back for the services I did enjoy. I will move on to another location.
