Probably the biggest nail salon I've ever been to and it's a very moderm vibe inside. They are all so nice and caring and they get the job done. I finished my manicure in a decent 30-45 minutes with no issues and we came at a good time. read more

Helen does it again! Helen gives each of her clients the time, care, patience, and effort they deserve. She is proud of her work and should be- she does an amazing job! I will never go anywhere else- Helen is my person! The salon is spacious, well lit, and clean. I enjoy not only getting dip manicures here, but also the occasional pedicure. The team takes cleaning very seriously and provides the best environment for their clients. read more

The salon is nice and modern looking. The first time I came in, I waited 30-45 minutes to be taken even though I booked an appointment in advanced. They did a great job on the nails so I decided to come back. I booked an appointment for my second time and they called to reschedule for a later time. I showed up at my rescheduled time and had to wait 30 minutes to be taken. I had a more simple design this time, French tips and a flower. The execution was not as good this time and I felt disappointed. read more

I had such a great experience here! Even though it was super busy due to the holiday season, they were able to take me as a walk-in and do both a no-chip manicure and a regular pedicure at the same time, which I really appreciated. Jenny and Meggi were AMAZING--so fun, kind, and attentive the entire time. They made sure everything was perfect and did an incredible job. My nails look beautiful, and the whole experience was still relaxing and enjoyable. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

terrible pedicure. I literally could have done better in my house. My nails were not cut, and she basically did the land lord special on my cuticles. PAINTED RIGHT OVER THEM!! The nail polish is thick and chunky and i want to cry my eyes out. I pretended that I had an emergency so I could leave and not get my nails done because it was genuinely horrible. probably will not be back. read more

I went here for the first time for a pedicure. They seemed understaffed with only one girl doing everything, including eyebrow waxes in the middle of my appt. Very strange. read more

I came to this salon for the first time this week and was immediately welcomed, which a lot of places lack when it's busy! I came in wanted a full set and was set up with Ivy who I was referred to through a friend. The vibe of the salon was very nice and comfortable. I asked for french with some Hawaiian flowers and it turned out amazing! She was very sweet and understood what I was looking to get done. Definitely recommend, great service! My mom, sister, and I have been long time customers of this place. They recently changed ownership and it hasn't been the same. The last two pedicures I've gotten have taken over an hour, after waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time. They seem to overbook and they don't know how to manage time well. Very disappointed since we usually love this place and recommend it to friends. We unfortunately won't be back. read more

Appointments don't matter! My 1st time at this salon and won't go back. Sat for over 15 mins while people that came in after me were taken before. When I asked about my appointment, apparently everyone else's was more important even though they were late. read more

This was my first time going here with my cousins. We had made an appointment so we did not wait at all which was nice. The ambiance/vibe of the place is nice. Very chill, relaxing and modern style. However - I do have a couple of complaints about the service. I got a regular mani and pedi. The pedicure was done properly but at the end, instead of giving me the foam flips that EVERYONE WAS WEARING, the employee forced my leg into my shoes which ruined the nail polish slightly since it was still wet, and didn't care to fix it. Secondly, my mani was done horribly. I have small nails to begin with, so I understand that it can be hard sometimes but my usual nail place does it perfectly. Anyway, the edges weren't cleaned up properly, TWO of my nails started bleeding, and the nail polish was not applied properly. It looks like something I would do at home. I have put pictures below so you can see. Lastly, I was paying for me AND my sister. I wanted to pay at the end of BOTH of our services so I could know the total. However - they kept forcing me to pay when I had clearly stated I will pay at the end. I payed anyway and that ruined my nail polish - which again they didn't care to fix. From a covid perspective, it was alright/not bad. We were definitely not placed 6ft apart, and I noticed that with the other customers as well. Overall - wouldn't recommend this to anyone and my money was definitely NOT well spent. read more

Okay for pedicure, but I would not recommend getting your nails done here. I came once for a fill in and was not satisfied. Decided to try again with a different nail tech for a full set (it was a guy don't know his name) and he did a VERY rushed job and it showed. No attention to detail, was kinda rough with the filing and hurt my cuticles. I asked for medium length almond shape nails and I got very tiny pointy nails, the edges were left very messy and the polish is uneven. Now I have to go get them removed and start all over. Wasted $50. read more

I recently tried Studi-O Nails & Spa to get a no chip manicure and pedicure and it was a positive experience. There was one technician for the manicure and a separate one for the pedicure. Both were kind and their quality and speed of service were also good. Studi-O Nails & Spa is a very clean establishment and the chairs are quite comfortable. I plan to return to this location in the future. read more

I want to like this place cause they are always nice, but they do HORRIBLE nails!! I've gone off and on for years hoping I'll find a good nail person, but I'm always disappointed. In November the lady painted so much on my skin it was ridiculous!! When I asked her to fix it, she told me to go home and wash it off later. ? WHAT ?!Yesterday I went back to try them again and almost every nail is already chipping and my toe has paint all over the skin on the side. This place is just NOT GOOD!! read more

Hit or miss like other reviews say. You may encounter a language barrier too with your nail tech. On my last visit, I told the lady I wanted nail art on my big toes. I thought she had acknowledged it, but towards the end of the appointment when I re-mentioned it, it took a few minutes to communicate the message, and she didn't know or hadn't heard my original request. At that point, it was too late to do nail art because the top polish was already applied. Oh well... that was a bummer. On one of my toes, the nail polish coats were laid on thicker than the other toes, and after a week or so, the polish chipped away at a weird angle. A coupe weeks later, somehow, a thread in my sock got caught up in the jagged polish that remained, and when I removed the sock, part of my toenail (along with the polish) came off. Eek. Random, freaky weird story, I know. Can't say that's happened with other pedis I've gotten in this lifetime. I don't plan on revisiting this nail salon. read more

It was late in the day and I had one of the last appointments. Kim, or Tsu, was the lady doing my nails for me. She was VERY good, took her time, did not rush to get out of there and even went extra steps to show me how the color with glitter will look on my nails. When I told her it was fine, i am not picky, she said she was picky and ensured the nails looked awesome!! I have received lots of compliments on them. I highly recommend Kim (Tsu) at this nail salon. Thanks Tsu!!! Sue. read more

Quick, reasonable, and high quality nail salon! I usually get regular manicure without color, so just cleaning my nails and finishing with shine buffing. It only takes 30 mins and $20. Great deal!! I got no-chip manicure and pedicure the other day for a special occasion. I just walked in on Thursday morning. It takes 1.5 hrs to finish both manicure and pedicure with $80. They massage my feet and hands. I like the massage chair too. What a great feeling! The venue is very clean. The decor is classic which is not my taste, but ok. The space is open, bright, and huge. Many of staffs are friendly. I heard weekends are crazily busy, so I don't come on weekends. I'm sure returning here soon. *they don't take AMEX. Bring VISA or Master. read more

From a covid perspective there were some concerns that certainly came up, lack of temperature checks, lacks of sanitizers, and perhaps some of the tools seemed outdated (e.g., the lady was reaching out to use a callus shaver and I had to tell them no). Given the type of service, this place I would say was expensive for a basic mani/pedi. Personally, I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

This business recently changed hands and the new owner and his staff have no idea what they are doing. I went in for a dip manicure, and the technician used a dreamed so aggressively that it was actually painful, and chipped several of my nails. I asked for someone else and he (the owner) had my hands soaking in pure acetone for 20 minutes, totally ruining my cuticles. Nobody speaks English. I finally left, without letting them finish my nails. Terrible experience read more

Last minute opening in my schedule so stopped in for a mani pedi as a walk in. Very welcomed. Not sure of the 'less than 5 star ratings' but perhaps they did not get serviced by Holly or Jenny. This place is the best salon in the neighborhood. Always very accommodating even when they are super busy. I always go to Holly for my dip manicure. Today she did both my dip manicure and my moms. She does the best at shaping my nails whether it's almond or coffin shape. She takes her time and never rushes. My mom calls her Dr. Holly Nail bc of how great her work is. I love how proud and detailed she is in her work AND my dip will last me a good 3-4 weeks. I swear my nails have never been stronger after going to Holly. Jenny always does my pedicures and my moms too! Michelle, hollys daughter, also does a very great job too. All around staff 10/10. Highly recommend, they have a wide range of colors too! read more

Studio Nails is the best nail salon in Glenview...and I have gone to many different salons in the area. It is a family owned business with a great, friendly staff. I have been going to Holly for years, but she really gave me a special "spring break " manicure today! She is truly an artist and a perfectionist...I don't walk out of the salon with anything less than the perfect manicure! And their pedicures are like a guilty pleasure! I get one of the more expensive ones, but it's well worth it...especially the paraffin dip. I highly recommend...you won't be disappointed! read more

One of the nicest nail studios I have ever been to! I got the BEST no-chip manicure I've ever gotten, and it was so awesome that they have about 100 colors to choose from. My pedicure was stellar as well. Michelle and her husband, Kenny, are wonderful owners, very professional, and really accommodating. Studi-O Nails & Spa - Great no-chip! - Nail Salons Near Me - Glenview, Illinois

Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had in a while. This was my second time here and it will be my last. I recently moved a block away and we all know how hard it is to find a nail salon we like. This time I had a female and she was NOT friendly. Didn't acknowledge me or even look at me when she sat down to start my pedicure. Had to ask her twice to cut my nails down. Fast forward to the massage that made the bones in my feet sore from her pushing her thumb into the top of my foot. Not enjoyable at all! Then she goes to get hot towels and throws them on top of my feet and walks away. Scalding Hot!!!! My feet were bright red after I kicked them off. No concern what so ever, she just came back and continued to wrap my feet in them. Now skip to the manicure- equally awful possibly worse. Scalding hot water in the bowl to soak my hands in, again she walked away and didn't even check it. By the time she came back from a long personal phone call, the water had cooled down but was still hot. Horrible job filing my nails, didn't clip the side of my nail etc. Again, with the scalding hot towels on my hands- luckily I stopped her immediately before she burned my hands as bad as my feet. I have never wanted my service to be over quicker in my life. Awful awful awful!!! For as much as they charge they need to have better service and people who actually know what they're doing. Save your money and go elsewhere! Today, not even 24 hours and my nail polish is lifting. Not chipping, LIFTING. Like she used the wrong top coat. read more

Switched to this place because Helen is absolutely amazing. She makes my caveman digits look dainty and pretty. I left a technician I was seeing for 15 years for Helen, and I haven't looked back.
