Hands down THE best nail salon I've ever been to! The space is clean, welcoming, phenomenal hospitality, and the environment is relaxing. The nail techs are incredibly detail-oriented, gentle, and talented--my nails came out flawless. You can tell they genuinely care about their work and their clients. I'm a bit of a nail snob and get regular manicures weekly, it's my one vice and this ace always delivers. Super clean, nice polish selection, and a killer pedicure. Pricing is competitive and I've never had any issues here. I highly recommend for mani/pedi and I believe they do waxing as well. The spa is a nice bright space that has a very welcoming vibe. I've seen moms and daughter come in as well so they are kid manicures friendly as well. read more

Another place down the block turned me away, so I ended up here but this should have been my first choice! It's looks like a modern day nail spa that Marie Antoinette could own. Big royal, white, and gold theme. (And not too over the top.) My nail lady was Zena and she did an AWESOME job. She took her time and gave me a no chip that I know will last me. Great selection of colors in for the season as well. No wild neon colors here (yet). Plenty of pinks, reds, nudes and some pops of color like blues and greens. They've just opened so I can wait to see their color selection expand. I live in Chicago, near Elmwood Park, but I kinda think I would make the trip over and over just for the service. I want to start by saying that this place was clean and the staff was so nice and welcoming, but unfortunately, I just was not happy with the product of my first visit here. I had made my appointment for a fill in on my acrylic set at 9:30, and I was seated with my nail tech at around 9:35 which was great, but the service took so long that I left the salon at noon. It took absolutely forever, and my no chip fill in ended up costing $72 including tip. My nail tech explained to me that he would use this kind of acrylic gel that I had never used before. I'm used to the powder acrylic, but I figured he knew what he was doing, so I trusted him. I wanted to keep the same shape and length, but he ended up making my nails more square than coffin shape, and it was not until I left the salon that I realized how poor of a job this was. There were bubbles in the tips of my nails, my nails are lumpy and not smooth at all, and there are little indents in the polish most noticeable on my thumb. For how long this service took and how much it cost, I was expecting borderline perfection, but I left with some messed up nails. I did enjoy that he took the time to clean up my cuticles and gave me a little massage, and with the attention to detail put into my nails, I expected them to be flawless, but I am so disappointed with the outcome. I would say that if you're coming in for a regular manicure, I'm sure they would do a great job, but I would not trust them again with my acrylic nails. I could definitely get them done far better and for about $25 less. I would have complained about this, but I really did not want to sit there for another three hours. read more

This is such an undiscovered oasis for mani pedi. Kind skilled lovely people own and work there. Low end on price and they maintain sterility impeccably. I love SUKI. Would not go anywhere else. Great kids nail prices too when my daughter wants to spend a bit more time with me. read more

I would give it less than 1 but is doesn't allow. This was the worst manicure I've had in 40 years. From the minute I entered to the minute I left. Walked in and manicurist was sitting in the window couch on her phone can couldn't be less interested. Someone else took off my no chip polish. It was so bad as she filed my nails that she made two of my cuticles bleed. The the uninterested manicurist came over. No on spoke even a little English, They couldn't find the color I wanted and had to reselect twice. The lady was on her phone that was sitting in a pulled out drawer under the desks the whole time. She was terrible at cutting cuticles. Then when she applied the polish the light dryer was flickering and I told them it wasn't working. They said it was. At the end when I was checking out the man that ran my card I told him while the polish was dry it felt tacky. He wiped my nails with a cloth and said it was fine, "Not tacky". I told him it still felt sticky, He said "No sticky". I was frustrated and received a work call, so I just left. I literally was so upset by the whole experience I walked down the street to the next nail salon and got a proper manicure that wasn't sticky and was shinny and nice. I had gone to this place 2 other times previous when my normal salon was too busy or was closed and both the other time it was just an OK experience. I walked into the salon, which was totally empty, and told they couldn't take me right then for a dip manicure. I made an appointment for 1... a little over an hour later. I walked in at 1, once again to an empty salon. I picked my color and sat down for the manicure. I have had dip manicures before. Normally the manicure turns out shiny and beautiful. This time I had rough spots on every nail and was able to remove it in 10 minutes. My nails looked nice initially, but I didn't like all the rough spots that looked like a mat finish. Suki Spa Nails has not disappointed. I've gotten pedicures, no chip manicures, gel nails, eyebrow wax, and my daughter has gotten a kids mani/pedi. I got my nails done (no chip) by Suki on June 1 or so, and they still look amazing after nearly 3 weeks. In the morning of my mani appointment, I had made dough for noodles. Even though I had cleaned my hands and nails thoroughly at home, he brought his instruments out and started excavating what seemed like a pound of dried up dough from under my nails. Talk about embarrassing! But he told me some super hilarious nail-related jokes and made me feel at ease. His wife is super sweet and friendly too. I was in Glenview for business trip and this salon was close to where I stayed. The Interior design was pretty spectacular, especially the pedicure chairs looked pretty "royal" you will see it in the pictures they posted. it had gold trim and white leather covered seats which was comfortable. They opened up recently so they had no problem to take me in when I walked in. Pedicure was excellent. read more

They even include paraffin as a regular part of the pedi because of the dry & cold weather which is the TLC my feet need right now.
