Absolutely love this place!! The new-owner Kathy is so nice! They offer a variety of options for both pedicures and manicures! The place is nice and clean, they also offer customers drinks while being serviced. Walk-in is optional but I also make an appointment and when you do they'll always be ready for you when you come through the door! Thank for a wonderful experience! read more

they took a very long time. The environment was very well thought out, but I didn't like how long they took and they didn't listen to what I wanted on my nails such as I told them I shorter nails, but they continued to make them longer. the colors match my I will not be coming back. read more

Hands down THE best nail salon I've ever been to! The space is clean, welcoming, phenomenal hospitality, and the environment is relaxing. The nail techs are incredibly detail-oriented, gentle, and talented--my nails came out flawless. You can tell they genuinely care about their work and their clients. I left feeling pampered and already can't wait to come back. I've been getting my nails done for years, and I can honestly say this is one of the best manicures I've ever had. I got my manicure done by Annie. She's a true artist--meticulous, creative, and so talented. My nails came out flawless: clean cuticles, smooth polish, and THE PERFECT shape. I've already gotten so many compliments! I never write reviews but I had to jump on here to write one because I highly recommend!!!! read more

Everyone was very nice!! Very clean and did a great job on my nails. Such a peaceful environment and great service

Kathy rocks!!!! We love coming here because it's always 10/10 and soooooo friendly! Nails look great and salon is so pretty

A great nail salon with great services. I love the no chip manicures I get here. The color selection is great.

I'm a bit of a nail snob and get regular manicures weekly, it's my one vice and this ace always delivers. Super clean, nice polish selection, and a killer pedicure. Pricing is competitive and I've never had any issues here. I highly recommend for mani/pedi and I believe they do waxing as well. The spa is a nice bright space that has a very welcoming vibe. I've seen moms and daughter come in as well so they are kid manicures friendly as well. read more

Another place down the block turned me away, so I ended up here but this should have been my first choice! It's looks like a modern day nail spa that Marie Antoinette could own. Big royal, white, and gold theme. (And not too over the top.) My nail lady was Zena and she did an AWESOME job. She took her time and gave me a no chip that I know will last me. Great selection of colors in for the season as well. No wild neon colors here (yet). Plenty of pinks, reds, nudes and some pops of color like blues and greens. They've just opened so I can wait to see their color selection expand. I live in Chicago, near Elmwood Park, but I kinda think I would make the trip over and over just for the service. Shout out to the other place turning me away to something much better read more

I want to start by saying that this place was clean and the staff was so nice and welcoming, but unfortunately, I just was not happy with the product of my first visit here. I had made my appointment for a fill in on my acrylic set at 9:30, and I was seated with my nail tech at around 9:35 which was great, but the service took so long that I left the salon at noon. It took absolutely forever, and my no chip fill in ended up costing $72 including tip. My nail tech explained to me that he would use this kind of acrylic gel that I had never used before. I'm used to the powder acrylic, but I figured he knew what he was doing, so I trusted him. I wanted to keep the same shape and length, but he ended up making my nails more square than coffin shape, and it was not until I left the salon that I realized how poor of a job this was. There were bubbles in the tips of my nails, my nails are lumpy and not smooth at all, and there are little indents in the polish most noticeable on my thumb. For how long this service took and how much it cost, I was expecting borderline perfection, but I left with some messed up nails. I did enjoy that he took the time to clean up my cuticles and gave me a little massage, and with the attention to detail put into my nails, I expected them to be flawless, but I am so disappointed with the outcome. I would say that if you're coming in for a regular manicure, I'm sure they would do a great job, but I would not trust them again with my acrylic nails. I could definitely get them done far better and for about $25 less. I would have complained about this, but I really did not want to sit there for another three hours. read more

I would give it less than 1 but is doesn't allow. This was the worst manicure I've had in 40 years. From the minute I entered to the minute I left. Walked in and manicurist was sitting in the window couch on her phone can couldn't be less interested. Someone else took off my no chip polish. It was so bad as she filed my nails that she made two of my cuticles bleed. The the uninterested manicurist came over. No on spoke even a little English, They couldn't find the color I wanted and had to reselect twice. The lady was on her phone that was sitting in a pulled out drawer under the desks the whole time. She was terrible at cutting cuticles. Then when she applied the polish the light dryer was flickering and I told them it wasn't working. They said it was. At the end when I was checking out the man that ran my card I told him while the polish was dry it felt tacky. He wiped my nails with a cloth and said it was fine, "Not tacky". I told him it still felt sticky, He said "No sticky". I was frustrated and received a work call, so I just left. I literally was so upset by the whole experience I walked down the street to the next nail salon and got a proper manicure that wasn't sticky and was shinny and nice. I had gone to this place 2 other times previous when my normal salon was too busy or was closed and both the other time it was just an OK experience. This time was more than bad and I will never go back. In the photo is the day after sores I still have from the nail file but the nails are from the second salon. read more

Love love love this salon! Welcoming and accommodating staff each time I call to make an appointment or deciding last minute to get a manicure or pedicure. The cleanliness amazes me and the decor makes me feel so royal and elegant! Each team member works so well together and takes so much time on each individual client. I feel so safe going for my eyebrows, pedicure, or manicure appointments. They followed all CDC guidelines during the COVID-19 reopening phrases and I wouldn't hesitate trusting my hands and feet to them. They are the best in the North Shore area! read more

This was my first time going with a friend of mine. She said she always comes here, so I decided to give it a try. It was a quite, nice place. It's far from my house. So it would be my first and last time going. It it was 56 with the 20 percent discount on first check in and a 10 dollar tip was 66. I did toes and nails. Great new nail spa in town! They are very attentive and take good care of you and are just the nicest people. Very happy with both my no chip manicure and spa pedicure. I walked into the salon, which was totally empty, and told they couldn't take me right then for a dip manicure. I made an appointment for 1... a little over an hour later. I walked in at 1, once again to an empty salon. I picked my color and sat down for the manicure. I have had dip manicures before. Normally the manicure turns out shiny and beautiful. This time I had rough spots on every nail and was able to remove it in 10 minutes. My nails looked nice initially, but I didn't like all the rough spots that looked like a mat finish. I'm very disappointed and will not return. read more

Beautiful new nail salon with a truly caring team. I moved to the neighborhood last September and have been in search of a nail salon that didn't have a chop shop feel to it. Suki Spa Nails has not disappointed. I've gotten pedicures, no chip manicures, gel nails, eyebrow wax, and my daughter has gotten a kids mani/pedi. Every encounter has been extremely pleasant and their work is top notch. They never rush, always take their time and it's never crowded so you can truly enjoy your pamper time. The salon itself is extremely clean, well kept up, and beautiful. I highly recommend this new neighborhood gem read more

I got my nails done (no chip) by Suki on June 1 or so, and they still look amazing after nearly 3 weeks. In the morning of my mani appointment, I had made dough for noodles. Even though I had cleaned my hands and nails thoroughly at home, he brought his instruments out and started excavating what seemed like a pound of dried up dough from under my nails. Talk about embarrassing! But he told me some super hilarious nail-related jokes and made me feel at ease. His wife is super sweet and friendly too. Glad to have this young, adorable family's brand new salon in the neighborhood! read more

I have been looking for a new nail place because my dip nails were being done too thick. I found Suki Spa Nails right down the street from my office. It was wonderful! Not only do my nails look great but he also does a really nice job at massaging your hands, arms and upper back. I highly recommend. read more
