I am soo obsessed with them. He puts so much time and attention into making every nail perfect. I literally don't have a single complaint. LOVE. I also had a wonderful pedicure (I missed her name! However, her attention to detail was not great. My big toe and 2nd toe on my right foot were not polished that well as you could see in the pic (couldn't tell til I got home and inspected everything). There is also some bubbling on the big toe. She also didn't tell me that one of my nails was almost coming off on my left foot. Lastly she didn't shape my left pinky toe well. It was a straight across and the left corner was pointy vs slightly curved. I was quoted $30 for the Pedi over the phone but I guess they added $5 to remove the no chip? Not a big deal, just stating for info purposes. Unfortunately I won't be returning.

However, I noticed the one doing my nails was in a rush and wasnt as through as I wanted the experience to be. She kept looking up and at the clock. As for the nails, it was nice at first. I went in and get it fixed and then all of the other nails started peeling. I have up and removed the polish only a few days after. Thought I would try the salon again thinking it was the color I chose last time. Got a no-chip mani again and two days later, my thumb is half gone. I appreciated that. However, I felt like the appointment was rushed. I requested round toenails, but they weren't shaped the way I had asked. I didn't realize they had been shaped differently until my manicure, when she asked, "You want square toenails but round fingernails?" At that point, it was too late to correct them. My manicure also wasn't shaped the way I wanted, and the replacement color ended up much pinker than I expected on my hands after only being tested on my toenail. There were also a couple of service issues that left me feeling overlooked. After my pedicure, she tried to send me to check out even though I had a manicure scheduled. During my manicure, I also noticed other clients were given towels or hand rests while my arms were resting directly on the cold table. The finished manicure is decent overall, although I noticed a few small air bubbles and that the color appears slightly thinner in some areas than others. Secondly the pedicures are done where customers sit on a banquette/ couch rather than individual chairs- very uncomfortable! Lastly and most importantly when I tipped the nail technician she handed the tip over to the owner, rather than keeping it for her hard work. I asked about it and the owner said she would get it later. I hope we are not dealing with slave labor here.

It's a very quiet and relaxing spa, which I appreciate. When I splurge on self care, I look forward to a peaceful setting. I was excited when they brought out hot stones for the pedicure. That was a great touch after they used body scrub on my legs. They did a beautiful job on my toes and fingers and according to my mom who goes there often, their regular manicures last a minimum of two weeks! What a deal! I'll definitely be back here when I'm in the area. Thank you for the great service!
