I go to Nail'd It about once a month, and I always see Helen for my pedicure. She does a marvelous job working on my tired old toenails and makes them look and feel so much better. Helen is careful, skilled, and friendly, and I always leave feeling refreshed. I highly recommend her and Nail'd It Salon & Spa in Niles! read more

Came here with my daughter and my wife to relax prior to my daughter flying back to Texas. We did experience some frustrating moments today, but first, this is a nice sized location, and it's pretty clean. The workers were available and friendly. We came here for a pedicure (all three of us), and my daughter got her fingernails done. Now for our not so great experiences: Terrible nail shaping, DIP as thick as cement on my nails, (my daughter) was cut TWICE by the male worker, and after her pedicure, they didn't properly clean off her legs, as they left some sticky residue leftover (on her legs) from them massaging her legs. My daughter came in with strong natural nails and left with this botched manicure and cuts on her cuticles. The pedicures were very basic, and the massages focused on the legs and calves, but not the feet. We most likely won't come back or recommend it to anyone. read more

Still the best nail salon around this area. I've tried them all! I just tried a new management one out of desperation. They were a one and done, back to Nailed it for sure. Lisa was booked up for longer then my nails could last. I will now book my appointments early and great my nails done perfect. I don't have to guide Lisa on what to do she does my nails correctly everytime. The other reviews that are bad on here are crazy. I'm picky, picky and I recommend Nailed it salon highly. read more

I walked in here for a fresh Dip polish. Always looking for a new place that's close by me, and a girl who is going to do my nails and actually communicate with me ( a real conversation) . And I finally found it . The owner was cool and told me to walk in, had girls available to see me, no appointment necessary today! He's fully staffed, I got lucky with an awesome girl Klara! She was very sweet, actually caring about me and what I was looking for, helped w the perfect dark color I was looking for, the length of my nails matched perfect w the color, and she cared so much about my nail itself like, the way she removed the old dip she took her time, no rush and made sure she applied a new dip that wouldn't break my actual nails. The way I had previously. Thank you for a great experience. I'll be back soon! read more

PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Guys!! I'm telling you DO NOT COME HERE. I got my nails done by the only guy there which is the owner. He's the worst!!! he has the worst attitude. THE SAME DAY I GOT MY NAILS DONE, THEY BROKE. 3 hours after 2 of my nails chipped!! Then, the following days my other nails kept chipping and breaking. When i asked him for a refund he refused. He said they do not do refunds but they can fix the nails. When i drove back to his salon 30 minute drive, he expected me to wait 1 hour to wait to get it fixed... I ended up just leaving. 1 week later, 2 of my nails are off, 5 are chipped and broken... I CANT BELIEVE I PAID 50 DOLLARS FOR THIS. I've never had this problem before and I never even write reviews, but it was just so unacceptable. Also, WHY WOULD I GO BACK AND GET THEM FIXED WHEN THEIR PRODUCTS ARE JUST TERRIBLE. THE QUALITY IS CHEAP. So even if i did go get them fixed, ID HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. I'm not going to go keep getting them fixed. When I spoke to the owner (the guy who did my nails), he was so rude, HE CLAIMED I WAS LYING...HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I HAVE TEXT MESSAGES AS PROOF. He will not give my money back.. PLEASE EVERYONE DO NOT GO HERE. THE WROST PLACE EVER. Also, when he was doing my nails, HE SEEMED SO MAD. he actually has the worst personality. He seemed mad the whole time. treats his customers like trash and calls them liars. I literally called him the 2nd days after my nails broke and i showed him. I just cant believe this. read more

Pedicure was standard. Was very happy with my manicure though, I didn't get my technicians name, but she was very patient with me while I tried to figure out how I wanted my nails to look. She also took her time to evenly shape my nails and make them look clean and neat before applying dip - something that some salons skip out on. The owner could be a little friendlier. read more

Excellent service. Vicky does an excellent job. Business is clean and bright. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible pedicure by Alana, Water was cold never was asked if the temperature was okay. Girl did not take her time & did one of the worst pedicures i've ever had. She left old gel polish on without getting it all off and scrubbed my feet for 5 seconds. She also cut my toe 3 times. Will not go back. read more

Unfortunately I cannot recommend. The young guy nail tech did a good job with my nails, but the owner was condescending and argued over $5 additional fees and that I interpreted his advertised special wrong. . If you are going to run a special that says $63 for classic pedi and dip or gel full set, don't tell me its more when i get the dip full set with the classic pedi. He says it's not Dip full set just dip manicure . Well then don't advertise that it is and then cut me off when i am trying to explain why. Ended up costing 78. He said its $5 off any combo, so it's not $63 for classic pedi and dip full set, its $83 less -$5 so $78. Uh okay dude, you just lost a customer. How about just advertise $5 off any combo service???? Oh and coffin nail shapes or almond is $5 extra LMAO, because "it takes more time". The place was empty. read more

This is another review from this place. It's unreal to me that they've raised their prices again for 2nd time in 6 months ?!?! The owners are so greedy. Money money money is all they think about. So fyi there are places in the area that are less expensive and don't charge for every single thing. Next you guys will have a "cover charge!" I'm sorry but you guys are CRAZY 1- service is at times mediocre at best and they always look angry bc they're busy?! Count your blessings that you have customers and be grateful. 2- Lisa (owner) charges for every single thing. Like another customer said,;"you guys charge for fill in ? To cut nail? And to clean ? I've never had that experience anywhere. 3- smile, believe me,we're all stressed and busy in life and going to get nails done should be a pleasant and relaxing experience and not have to deal with all of your attitudes and BS! 4- you guys rush through service 20minutes for a pedicure is crazy! Rush rush through customers. Because of course all about money?! NO ! It's suppose to be about customer service and doing a good job. Especially when you've raised the prices 2x in 6 months!! Lisa and the guy (other owned) calm done!! Stop yelling at customers when they tell you something is wrong. And then talking in your language with colleagues. LOL okay so rude. If you guys can't handle stress and being owners that's your problem , not Ours. Note; some (not all) of the workers try their best and even smile read more

Brian is RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! The little guy is miserable! He's secretly in love with Lisa; she's the only one he speaks to nicely. There's always a problem with booking. Unless you're the first client, they'll never take you on time even though you have an appointment. Also, if a client comes in that they like more than you, they're taking them first. On top of that, they are SO MEAN to the girl with purple hair, I think her name is Clara. I used to love coming here but I'm tired of making excuses for their poor, unprofessional behavior. read more

If you want your nails done without the unusually rude and terse greeting by the owner, perhaps try somewhere else. He will deny you a seat unless you use the online booking tool they have (which the technicians shared, he can't bypass). My favorite technician is leaving, because she can't deal. A sail salon visit is usually a spot for a person to chill and walk out beautiful, I had to find a new spot. The location is prime, the owner is something else. read more

The worst pedicure I've ever got. As a professional in the beauty industry myself, I know how a pedicure should be done. The tech clipped my toes nails and didn't file them to smooth the rough edges, she barely scrubbed my feet, and she put on my sandals after she polished and yelled at me to not move. I brought my own polish and 2 days later I got a chip on my toes. I will not be going back here. read more

I came here for no chip mani and regular pedi. The first thing I noticed is how light the technician put the polish on my finger nails but I did not speak up. I could still see through it even with two coats but I did not want to sit through a 3rd coat. About 2 hours later, two of my nails chipped and I went back to the salon. They took me in, no argument and fixed the two nails that chipped. I was grateful for that, but it's now 4 days later and another nail chipped. I won't be going back! read more

By far the best nail salon on the Northshore and the owner Brian always provides exceptional work.

RUN SIS I booked Brian on 12/31/22 and I asked for the instagram image and then I got these super bulky ugly boxes on my hand I did want the length and I specifically said I did not want them thick he literally ignored my request. They are so so ugly I have to go get them fixed. I decided to just pay and tip him but I'll never go to a public salon ever again. I should have just went to the instagram girlies. There was also no point of trying to argue and get refunded because they won't care or els the quality of the nail would've been at least decent in the first place. They treat you like you aren't paying the for a service or they are doing you a favor. They make you feel uncomfortable to make request also. If he did actually try his best this guy shouldn't be nail tech because these nails are so basic like how can you mess these up. The pedicures are not worth your money either. THEY REALLY SUCK! I feel like bad reviews taste better than a refund! read more

If I could give zero stars I would, just odd service with obvious favoritism, and my no chip manicure is peeling off after 1 day on several nails. We had appointments for 4pm, we got there at 3:45 thinking they would take us sooner. there was two other people in the waiting area, and they were walk-ins, not appointments. They ended up doing their nails first before us. they didn't get to one of us until 5:30pm, even though my best friend and I booked the appointment together. They rushed both pedicure and manicure, and offered a 10% discount which was only a $3 discount. The massage was good, but scrubbed our feet terribly, leaving dead skin all over my feet. While we were getting our manicures done, there were a few walk-ins waiting, and then a lady came in with an appointment, but late for her appointment. They took her right away and skipped the walk-ins. This was obvious favoritism and we will not be giving our money to this place anymore. 3 hours to be in one place for simple manicure pedicure is ridiculous. read more
