Wonderful experience! I was able to book an appointment for a full set acrylics just an hour ahead of the appointment on a Saturday, online , which was so easy! Parking is easy since it's in a strip mall. I was greeted by one of the owners, Lynn, who showed me which colors I could choose. She was ready for me as soon as I chose a beautiful teal. It was my first time getting acrylics. And my first time getting my nails done in years. I explained that I wanted them very short and was doing this just to try to stop biting my nails. Instead of finding that weird, she immediately said "oh you look at your nails and think 'Yummy!'" Haha - that's it exactly. They're exactly what I wanted. Natural looking enough that my husband was surprised they weren't real, and beautiful enough to stop my biting! Highly recommend. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. Their appointment system is extremely unorganized. Even when you schedule ahead of time, you still end up waiting, and they don't seem to respect their own appointment times. The owner, Lynn, was also very rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to resolve concerns or make the experience better, she came across as dismissive and unfriendly. Another frustrating part is the constant extra charges. Everything seems to cost extra, $5 for this, $3 for that, and it quickly adds up. By the end of the service, the total is much higher than what you expected. Customer service and transparency about pricing are really important, and unfortunately this place lacks both. I wouldn't recommend it if you value respectful service and clear pricing read more

I needed a repair on my thumb acrylic nail. Called Real Nail and the repair was made , in fact acrylic was taken off with new fill and polish to match. Very satisfied and fast professional. Thank you for your service. Sue read more

Low-quality nail polish service and poor customer service. I went in for a manicure and pedicure with regular nail polish. The technician questioned my request to apply two layers of polish, with the top layer being a slightly lighter shade, claiming it would not look good. I have had this done at several other salons without any issues. When I asked why the polish showed visible brush strokes and smudging, I was told that this is normal with regular nail polish and that gel polish would provide a smoother finish. However, I find it hard to believe that no one at the salon could properly apply a light pink regular nail polish without leaving obvious streaks. Isn't that a basic skill every nail professional should have? The final result looked unprofessional, and honestly, I could have done a similar job myself at home. Combined with the dismissive attitude I experienced, this was a very disappointing visit. I will not be returning. read more

Under new ownership as of 2025! I've been coming to this salon for years and the technicians are so talented. I've tried other salons and I always come back to this one. They take such good care of you and take the time to actually make it perfect. They also are so skilled in designs and new trendy styles. I highly recommend for all age ranges and would make sure you make an appointment! read more

I went back to Real Nail and Spa yesterday. I went once last year. I went to them after going to my other nail salon for the past 8 years. The reason I switched is because where I was going my nail tech was always distracted and would spend over 3 hours getting a fill and pedi. Everyone at Real Nail salon is amazing. They are close to home and do an amazing job. Everyone is so nice and friendly and finally my nails have the square shape I've always wanted. My new nail salon!!!!! read more

I've been coming to this nail salon since it opened about 8 years ago, when there were only two technicians, and I have generally been happy with the services. I prefer booking with my regular technician because she is consistent, careful, and truly one of the sweetest people--her work is always high quality. However, since around November 2025, I've had repeated issues when calling to book an appointment. The person answering the phone seemed unwilling to help me schedule with my preferred technician. Because of this experience, I may start looking for another salon. I hope management can improve their phone customer service. read more

Love what they've done w upgrading the salon. Everyone is so nice and does an amazing job! I love coming here!

I recently heard of this place from a friend and love their services!! Tony is amazing for pedicures and manicures- he takes his time with the massage and overall has very steady hands that always have great results! He also is very patient and has great recs based on your preferences. I usually call in before I come as they can get busy, but they do have same day appointments available most of the time. The prices are reasonable and the no chip lasts at least 2-3 weeks read more

Love them! I had the pleasure of Chi, Arina and Lynn working on my nails and, each time, they did a phenomenal job; my nails would last for weeks. They were accommodating for my busy schedule and very helpful with color and style choice. Prices are standard and salon has a relaxed vibe. Thank you so much! Katarina read more

All of the staff is very friendly and have amazing skills!! I usually go to Emma and she always does an amazing job! They've recently made some nice upgrades to the place too which has made it a more open and comfortable environment. They also just added the feature to book your appointment online which makes things so much easier. I would highly recommend coming here! Also wanted to share a few of my nails that I've gotten done by them so you can see just how amazing their work is! read more

Ok, so I got my nails done Sept 9th and it's Sept 24th - and this is how my shellac manicure looks 15 days later!! Not one chip. By now I would have broke a nail and/or my polish would have peeled. The woman who did my nails had great attention to detail and clearly knew how to properly apply gel the polish. I'm very happy and I'm definitely coming back to this 5 star nail salon. read more

I have been coming to Real Nail Spa for about six years, and I will continue to come here for my pedicures. I have tried other nail salons, and none compare to the quality of all their technicians. This is the second time is this salon, I do the gel manicure today well the manicure is not so bad but they don't paint my nails from the beginning of my nail and it seems that I already have a week with this manicure that I barely did today. I try to add picture but I can't. read more

My name is Nataly Petrov, I'm a professional director, vocalist, author and producer.. I've been a customer at real names since they opened their location. Last summer , they had a very rude technician whom couldn't seem to file nails and constantly made rude shady comments. I ignored her fully as a professional... A few weeks ago they're tech CoCo purposely waxed and entire chunk off of my eyebrow and it's yet to grow back . Chi offered me a ten dollar gift card I immediately handed to another customer... I always tip them , I ignore they're childish staff fully ... The only reason I've been a regular customer is because the salon is somewhat new and clean ... I will not be returning. Look ladies I'm just the director. I am a billionaire not to mention so stayed tuned for the next episode I guess . Don't be butt hurt over bs . I'm an FBI along side my husband and don't disrespect me for being attractive, wealthy and professional. read more

Try it out and be sure to request Fiona! I visited this nail shop for the first time because I had recieved a flyer in the mail and a $5 off coupon. I was a little hesitant to try it out because I am very picky about my nails and who does them. Prior to my visit, I read reviews on Yelp and Google and people spoke very highly of Chi, Ada and Fiona. I ended up trying Fiona out because she was available - I lucked out!! Fiona is awesome!! She took her time on my nails, she didn't rush through my manicure, and judging by how carefully and neatly she did my nails, i can tell that she takes pride in her work! I will definitely be back - Fiona now has a loyal customer! This place is 5 minutes from my house. I wish I had come here sooner! Thank you Fiona! Please keep up the great work. You are awesome at what you do and your perfectionism is appreciated! read more

Absolutely professional! I called ahead of time to see if they could fit me in for my eyebrows and they informed me to come in an hour or so. I came later and I didn't have to wait too long. The women were so nice and friendly. I went back after a few weeks to get a pedicure and it was heavenly! The women were once again very nice and professional. They really put you in paradise putting those hot towels to your feet. I would love to come back! It's too far for me, but I hope this business continues to do well. read more

Where do I even start?! Ada & Chi are absolutely incredible! I've been coming to this salon basically since they opened & refuse to go anywhere else. The prices are fair, the technicians are amazing & the atmosphere is so welcoming. I love bringing my friends here & seeing their reactions to how amazing Ada & Chi really are. In all honesty, i'm a very clumsy person. I always do something to mess up my nails & run back into the salon panicked. Ada & Chi never complain & sympathetically fix the issue free of charge. Ada is simply amazing at nail art. I love finding designs on pinterest and both Ada & Chi are flawless at recreating them. If you're looking for a new salon, or are simply tired of your old one, give Real Nail & Spa a shot! I promise you will not regret it. read more

I started coming here about 2 months ago when it was fairly new because of its raving yelp reviews and I wasn't disappointed. I think I probably got most of their services. First I came in with a Pinterest look on my phone and boy, did they deliver! (I posted a picture before on Yelp). It was no chip with several decisions and my bill only came out to be $35-40! Generally no-chip alone costs $35+ at other salons but this place only charges you $30. The second time I came in I did a gel artificial nail full set and I got gray manicure with a "squoval" shape. Generally this service costs AT LEAST $50+ but here acrylic is $25 and gel is $33. Probably the best deal I have EVER seen. Chi was very careful and made sure that I was happy with my results. (Everyone who saw my nails after also had amazing compliments and told me to always "do my nails this way") The third time I came here with my boyfriend to get pedicures. The service lasted about 30 mins and what you expect from a pedicure service. The best part is their massage chairs! I felt so relaxed the entire time. Overall, highly recommend that you try it out!! read more

Awesome first time experience however had an incredibly disappointing experience the second time around. A big reason I wanted to frequent this place was that they used plastic bags in the foot bath for sanitary issues. When I had first come here, my mani-pedi was so relaxing and I was so excited to bring people here as well. This second experience, I had a nail technician that barely massaged my legs and when they were cutting my cuticles they were so rough. I didn't bleed but the skin is still sensitive. It was not a relaxing experience at all. My manicure also seemed a little sloppy. I kept having to tell him that I thought he had gotten nail polish on the skin in the sides of my nail. I wanted to request another technician but they seemed so busy. I had made an appointment a couple days in advance and raved about this place to people but not sure what happened. I would definitely recommend requesting the owners to do your nails. They are very evidently experienced and did a great job when I first came here. read more
