Renata has revamped my nails! Once so dry brittle and peeling from no chips to beautiful and healthy nails. She does a great job!

Here's an updated…read more PLEASE BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. I decided to give this place a chance anyway, and I seriously regret it because they completely messed up my nails. First, I called to make an appointment for three people. They asked what kind of nails we wanted and told me to send our nail inspiration pictures so they could decide which nail tech would be the best fit. I sent everything, but they never texted me back. When I arrived, they sat me with a lady named Vivian (or something similar). She immediately pulled out Gel-X nail tips. I told her, "No, I want acrylic nails." She then took out polygel instead, and I told her again that I wanted acrylic because I'm paying for the service I asked for. She kept insisting that acrylic was harmful for my nails and convinced me to get polygel instead. I also had an injured fingernail and specifically asked her to leave that finger alone. She ignored my request and put polygel on it anyway. While shaping my nails, she kept hurting that finger because the nails were extremely thick. She even admitted she wouldn't charge me for that finger because of it. Then she started filing with the drill and repeatedly burned my nails because she wasn't lifting the drill properly. The nails ended up looking bulky and way thicker than I wanted. The rhinestones looked terrible--they were just randomly placed on my nails with no attention to detail. To make it worse, she got nail polish and glue all over my hands and never bothered to clean it up. When it was time to pay, my total came to $115. My nails weren't even long, and I was shocked to find out I was being charged extra for polygel--even though I had originally asked for acrylic and only got polygel because she talked me into it. No one explained there would be an extra charge. To make matters even worse, the nail tips started coming off shortly after I got them done. For the amount I paid, I expected them to last, but they didn't. They began lifting and popping off way too soon, which made the quality even more disappointing. The whole experience was frustrating from start to finish. My friend's nails were almost identical to mine, yet I was charged so much more. Before I left, the nail tech started talking to the owner and seemed upset with me. They ended up not charging me for the rhinestones, but that honestly didn't make a difference considering how poorly the service was. I would not recommend this salon. They didn't listen to what I asked for, ignored my concerns about my injured nail, hurt me during the service, left my nails looking thick and messy, and charged me for something I never wanted in the first place. On top of that, the nails didn't even last, and the tips started coming off soon after. Definitely not worth $115. THIS PLACE IS ALL LOOKS IF YALL WANT CUTE NAILS LIKE THE INSPO JUST DONT

My friend brought a bottle of Prosecco and the staff were so nice to provide champagne flutes. Everything is very clean and everyone I've encountered so far were so friendly, including Lynsey, Tom, and Kelly (whom did my friend's pedicure). I even bought 2 gift cards for my daughter's coaches! Hope they enjoy their pedicures!

Hi I asked originally if I could get acrylic for shaping for my pedicure . I wanted a classic…read moreFrench tip . However when I got seated one of the employees that wasn't even working on me asked me what I wanted . I replied that If it was possible to get acrylic for shaping (like even just a tip on my big toe ) and it'll be a basic French tip. she asked if it was just for my big toe and I said yes . She then proceeded to say that they won't be able to do it . Already throwing me off but then I asked if she'll be able to do gel to give it shape then. THEN she said only if I get a manicure as well which I did not ask for. This was already baffling behavior and I am nervous and confused because I have gone to multiple nail shops that either do acrylic an gel or do one or the other but I understand and continued on with the service . Just trusting she understood when I explained what I wanted multiple times. when I thought she was done with the client next to me I thought she was gonna start on me next but out of no where she sent another employee that doesn't know what I asked. i had to explain AGAIN what I wanted now stuck in the chair. she asked if I wanted a file I said yes for all of them to be straight like I think that an obvious thing that every nail salon does I just wanted the gel or acrylic for the edges so it could be squared. I felt a bit awkward an during the whole process because there was another customer next to me while i was already feet in tub waiting and explaining to the employee that's working on the other customer what I wanted when she didn't even work on me nor communicate to the other employee what I wanted. ALSO SIDE NOTE !! I'm pretty sure they use the same foot scrub for every client I understand sterilization but I'm pretty sure you'll have to change those out for every client also while she was scrubbing me and washing it off she used the same water I've been dipping my feet after getting my heels scrubbed and that's why you have the hose to spray the clients legs down.

Thank you Chloe for this set. She did a wonderful job I showed her an image for inspiration and she…read morewas able to replicate it for me!
