I was easily able to make a same day appointment. When I arrived, no one was there and the shop was locked! I waited a few more minutes & called the shop and they said someone would be there soon. I'm guessing this place only has someone there if they have a scheduled appointment - however it definitely frustrated me that my nail tech was late. Once inside, I was impressed with the color selection and how nice and clean the salon was. The tech did a great job on my gel manicure and my pedicure. However, since I was the only one there she rushed me to leave and didn't check if my toes were dried- so by the time I got home all of the polish was smeared. I tried calling to schedule a time to get it fixed however never received a call back on the voicemail I left.

Then, I entered the treatment area that was divided by a curtain. I laid on a comfortable table with a hair wash station at one end. I had a wonderful hair wash, conditioning and back massage. The products that were used smelled great and left my hair super soft and hydrated. After my treatment, they blow dried my hair and analyzed my scalp again. My scalp was clean and healthy looking. I thought it was really cool that with the head spa the took you to a spot with a camera where they can show you the condition of what your hair looked like before the head spa and what it looked like afterwards.
