Ok.. WOW. I am truly blown away. I found this place from a coupon in the mail for $11 manicures, so I gave it a try and wow am I happy I did! To start, they had the most recent OPI Scotland line and the gel version available, and I always look for this because it shows they have new polish, not old used stuff. Next, they seated me and were ready for me right away, I also noticed the incoming clients also were seated right away, showing strong management and organization. My manicure was AMAZING. My technician, mycah was very gentle and particular with keen attention to detail. He asked me specific questions to clarify about the desired shape and length. I appreciated his clarification questions, and showed me how he filed them so they could grow longer. He was very slow and deliberate with the painting, and didn't rush at all!! I am REALLY impressed. My massage was very very relaxing and the correct amount of pressure. I loved how clean the store was, also. They were sure to use paper towels to keep the table clean. Lucy did a truly amazing job not on just the nails but the entire foot. Then I decided to take a dip (literally) into Nail Dipping. Very cool process no UV lights and Jenny did a beautiful job. Been here multiple times without an appointment and had almost no wait. Nail techs are all very polite and helpful, so much they help put on shoes and coats. I appreciate that they wear name tags. The nail tech!! I believe Shannon did my pedi. It was horrible she was so quick in the whole process. She was brushing my skin no the nails. No people skills, no personality. So you are getting what you pay for. There was no communication with me. She put 3 layers left me in the chair. I am leaving by now my nails had bubbles and smears. The other tech tried helping but added another coat. This pedicure look like crap and still payed for it. Ladies, you can do it yourself and save the money if your coming to this place. read more

This fairly new nail salon has a spotty record of keeping appointments. I've had a standing appt. for several months, and just recently came for my appt. and was told that the nail technician (Jesssica) had a doctors appt. and would not be in until 11:00 AM. A phone call would have been nice before I came for the appointment and found that she would not be in. I could have rescheduled for a later date. When the salon first opened, if you made an appt. with a nail tech, you would probably not get that technician. No explanation and again no call so you could reschedule. A review of their appt. procedures would go a long way for good customer service. read more

Did not receive services at this place....there was 3 of us and 2 of us wanted a mani/pedi and the other person only wanted a manicure.....they told us that they could only do 2 people and they didn't seem to want to accommodate the 3rd person. They never said, we can do 2 people now and the 3rd person must wait a bit. They just turned down business....there was no one in the shop either. Crazy! Really wouldn't go back here. I came in for a no chip manicure which was only $30 which was good but the color selection was extremely limited. For $5 more I wish I went to L.Lovely Nails down the street with more of a salon feel. The shop seemed very awkward and the lady who did my nails didn't do that great of a job. read more

Place is kind of dated and dingy. My cuticle was cut and the overall manicure was just mediocre.

I walked in, no appt. The shop is located in a strip mall and not easily visible. I was pleasantly surprised. The shop is bright and clean. The employees are happy and gracious. My handbag and keys were placed in a little basket which moved with me from station to station. My mani was full out, with oils, hot wrap, and other steps in the process that ensured a great finish. The polish stayed on longer than usual, and there are many color choices. During the week the charges are reduced for a mani-pedi. I didn't feel rushed and had a nice first experience. I've had subsequent appointments and it's always busy with clients. read more

I went in to get a pedicure and a full set of gel nails. The pedicure was no better than I could to myself at home. The nails were not smooth and the polish lasted only 6 days before chipping . (usually my pedicure polish never peels or chips it just grows out) The gel nails were done by someone with no experience as they loosened and fell off within 10 days. It was a waste of money and I would never recommend this shop to anyone. read more
