I was easily able to make a same day appointment. When I arrived, no one was there and the shop was locked! I waited a few more minutes & called the shop and they said someone would be there soon. I'm guessing this place only has someone there if they have a scheduled appointment - however it definitely frustrated me that my nail tech was late. Once inside, I was impressed with the color selection and how nice and clean the salon was. The tech did a great job on my gel manicure and my pedicure. However, since I was the only one there she rushed me to leave and didn't check if my toes were dried- so by the time I got home all of the polish was smeared. I tried calling to schedule a time to get it fixed however never received a call back on the voicemail I left.

I came with her when I was younger for my first pedicure but totally forgot about this place. I've been on the hunt for the best pedicure in town and have tried multiple nail salons but they just weren't it when it came to pedicures. Then my mom suggested Grace Nails. The technicians here are just something else. Beyond hospitable, hard working, sweet, and so attentive. I have never been to a nail salon that goes above and beyond like they do here. I got the French pedicure ($30) which included a hot stone massage on the calves and feet. The massage chairs here are the comfiest chairs ever and the massages the technicians themselves do are amazing. Note: they do not do acrylics and only accept tip in cash. I went back and she fixed it in about 10 minutes and now they look absolutely perfect. I had to ask the owner if there would be a charge for fixing it and he said no problem. Once again the front desk was very nice but I think Kelly seemed annoyed but I paid $45 for a polish change with chrome and tipped her 20%. Im telling someone 6 times what I want - knowing that many artists have and can complete the task- is insane. Also expressing that I wanted alternating colors and an artist telling me I can only pick two is also insane. I've been trying to save time by staying in the suburbs for self care but it looks like we're going to have to go to the city. The design was pretty. But the service and nail care was sub par. I also had to get clear on the price which was another task in itself And there are too many salons that offer exactly what you're looking for , with great service and don't skip parts or nail care to rush you out of your service in an hour or 90 minutes. This salon is 5 mins from my house and I decided to check it out based on reviews. The shop is clean and well maintained with a good selection of regular and no chip colors. No chip has been my preference for a long time so that is what I went with. The work is awesome, the second time I went to them, I threw out a design I wanted (learning some places really don't do designs for no chip) and they really put a lot of heart into it! I walked away a happy client. My first no chip was $45 and the second $50; a little pricey but again, the work was awesome in my opinion.
