I have been to Daisy nail in the past and have had good experiences. I've mostly gone for pedicures and then one manicure prior to my most recent experience. This time though was a bit off putting. A friend of mine and I decided we wanted to get our nails done just for something fun to do and my starting a new position at my job. When I was called over to start my appointment I asked my technician if my friend would be able to sit in the station next to me so we were able to chat and he assured me it was no problem. This wasn't the case. She was brought over to a station that was too far to chat casually or comfortably. This was unfortunate but something I could look past thinking that they may have assigned stations. After choosing the color I had wanted for my dip manicure, the technician went to get it and came back with a different color. This may have been due to caps getting switched on the products but it was still strange to me. After finding that we couldn't find the color I wanted I had to choose a different color that I ended up loving more but this was a gel polish not dip. The tech offered then that he would do a clear dip and then paint over that with the gel polish. I agreed to this because I'm not a tech and that sounded like it would turn out great. After we were done, my first look was love, the color was great! This was not the case. Once I was able to look at my nails, they ended up thick and looked like each had a growth underneath. The color wasn't close to my cuticles or edges! It's just globs of stuff on my nails and they just look like someone new to the position had done them. My tech did leave the station to do things around the shop about 3 times and answered a FaceTime call all during the time of my appointment. I wish I could have had more focus on my nails and my experience but they had more important things to do it seemed. I will say this was the busiest it's been when Ive been in there so I don't know if it was the demand that caused my appointment to go so poorly but I am sad that I wasted $60+ that I won't be getting back. read more

My favorite salon with amazing staff! Grace is the owner of Daisy Nail & Spa. I've been her customer for many years now. She's a master at her craft and always does an amazing job with manicures and pedicures. All other ladies (Casey, Sunny and everyone else) at the salon are wonderful, friendly and do fabulous work. Salon was recently remodeled and has very comfortable pedicure massage chairs. They take walk in's but appointments are preferred. Enjoy! read more

If I could - I would give NO STARS!! We were VERY DISAPPOINTED and SHOCKED at the lack of professionalism. We were there to treat ourselves and have a nice, restful and relaxing experience. However the workers humiliated my boyfriend by not stoping talking about and being shocked by his tattoos also gave him such a bad pedicure- they took too much skin off his feet- he was bleeding and has blood stains on his socks and hurts to shower and walk - they said they were going to credit our money since we had paid before we were finished with our services- however they have not issued a refund- I will be calling my credit card company- if u want to feel good and be treated with respect, do not go here- I was very disappointed by the way they treated my boyfriend, it truly broke my heart. read more

This was by far the worse experience ever. First, when I set down to get a pedicure they wouldn't stop staring at my tattoos and talking to themself on they language. Their were laughing at us, that made me feel very uncomfortable. To the point... she cut me twice because she was paying attention to my tattoos instead of my feet. My cuts burn so bad I couldn't go to work today. I was having trouble walking with and without shoes on. I went to this place to treat myself and feel better and came out humiliated and hurt. HORRIBLE experience. Walked in and asked how much for a no chip mani and pedi and the lady said $75. I asked why it was too much and the lady basically yelled to leave and go somewhere else if I didn't like that price. I told her I was willing to pay the $75 if I could get them done now and brushed me off saying they can't help me because they have appointments and they're busy. Mind you there was NO PEOPLE in the salon. Oh and told me I had to leave a GOOD tip. I asked to get an appointment for tomorrow and the lady kept telling me they had no time and to go somewhere else. This place is easy to find and doesn't look that bad. I called 7 other places the Wednesday before thanksgiving and this is the only place that had any availability. They were pretty empty and now I know why. I would not come back here, ever!-not even if I was desperate! My nails look like I carelessly did them myself. They were also rough and hurt me a little while working on my cuticles. The other girl made my cousin bleed a little and then didn't even clean or sanitize the wound. Some places will spray some sort of alcohol on the cut but this place just used some cotton to clean it off and then throw the cutters into the blue solution with the other utensils. I asked for the girl that was working on my nails to make them round. 2-3 of my nails were rounded and the others were shaped half round half square. She also didn't seem to know how to really prep the nail before coloring. The no-chip lamps look fancy and new but mine didn't seem to work well. My nails were still a bit wet when I pulled them out of the lamp. She also forgot to put a top coat on one of my nails ‍ and it looks and feels different than all of my other nails. Definitely not worth $30 plus $5 for tip, total$35. I got the feeling that they were not professionally trained to actually do manicure, etc. Seems like the lady that was working on me just watched a YouTube video or watched someone do nails once and then tried to do the same. ZERO stars!!!! I walked into an empty salon and asked for a no chip. They told me to go ahead and pick out a color. Then, I was asked by the owner (I think) to wait 5 or 10 minutes. THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE SALON!!!! I asked her why I had to wait with no other customers there.....her answer....well, you don't have an appointment and I want to get my nails done. Wait? What? Thought I would try someplace new for a no-chip manicure while I was in the area. Everything went pretty good up until the time I checked out. Place was clean, they helped me pick a color I was looking for, process was efficient and she did a good job. However, when I went to pay she asked me if I got my no chip done there prior. When I said "no, I was a new customer", she charged me $5 extra for the no chip removal. What?! Have never heard of such a thing. If anything, I've been given a first time discount as a new customer not "dinged" for trying a new salon. So, sorry Daisy Nails, you lost me at the extra $5 charge for trying your nail salon and will not be back. read more

I just love getting my mani/pedi at Daisy Nail and Spa! From the moment you walk in you are greeted by the warm and welcoming staff! Everyone is so nice and Daisy is just a doll! She's takes a personal interest in her customer's lives. She always asks about my children and my finance. The spa is clean and beautiful. And, my nails always look amazing! I love this place. Daisy is so amazing and so proud of her nail salon by mentioning that she's very focused on keeping it in very clean / pristine condition. she also keeps it environmentally friendly by NOT doing acrylic nails which apparently are very toxic for the air quality she has a huge air filter and kept mentioning how it's important to be clean. I called ahead and scheduled a mani pedi. When I got there, I asked for a french no-chip mani pedi. The lady basically scolded me for not specifying in my call that I wanted a no-chip and that she had other customers. I recognized that it was my fault and I apologized but that should have been the end of it. Instead, she repeatedly made comments under her breath and reminded me several times that I did not originally ask for a no-chip. She even had the nerve to ask me to change my selection to a regular mani. Mind you, this was the day before my wedding, I was already stressed and the last thing I wanted was for this lady to rush my nails and make me feel worse. Afterwards, my sister went over and made a comment how I was getting married and then suddenly her tune changed. She was like, oh you should have told me! I would have taken my time! She obviously knew she rushed it. Even after I was done, I didn't even see a customer waiting so I'm not sure what other customer she was referring to. Also after about a week, my nails already started to chip. I honestly don't even think she did no-chip for me because usually they last me several weeks and still look perfect. I was on my honeymoon and I couldn't even stand looking at how badly they had gotten in just a week and a half. I will not be coming back here even though they gave me a coupon to return. read more

I called to schedule a manicure on a weekend. I thought the service was especially nice and they did a great job. Cost wise it was the regular $15, the tools were clean, they took their time cleaning and preparing my nails and made sure that I stayed to have them fully dried. No rushing anyone which I really appreciated. They had a good selection of colors and the space itself is very beautiful and modern I appreciated that. I will be returning for sure. read more

Since it is so close to where I live, I thought I would give them a try. I went in for a dip manicure. I've been getting them for about a year now. I asked before I went in if they did them and they said yes. The nails have been popping off whole. I went back in, and they did fix them once. But tonight is New Years Eve, and they were not nice, they said it was 3 weeks, which it is not, and would do nothing. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A DIP. read more

This was the worst manicure I've ever had. I shouldn't have paid. I keep my nails short and the technician kept plucking at the cuticle on one finger until it bled. Two coats of polish, yet looks like one. They wanted to charge additional $5 for a different polish?! $5 seems excessive. Never going back to this place, ever. read more

I called a couple days ahead of time to make sure I could get an appointment on Saturday, the day after Christmas. when I arrived for my appointment, the entire store was vacant except for one woman standing at the front. literally no other people up front. I told the woman I had an appointment and she disagrees with me. I tell her again and tells me they had me down for Sunday. seeing as the place had 0 customers getting their nails done, I asked if they could just have me as a walk in. she asked me to come back two hours later because the one other person on staff who knew how to do no-chips that day was doing a massage. how on earth do you only have two people working on a Saturday?? how couldn't you plan for any walk ins? overall a very disappointing and frustrating experience. read more

Daisy's Nail and Spa is a excellent place to get your nails done. Daisy is a very kind lady and generous. She does whatever she can to help you and she is very hard working. I've been here a few times and she's always been very sweet. When I got my nails done for homecoming and I chose a nail polish that would be an "up charge" however she told me since it was a formal event she wouldn't charge me extra. In addition, she told me to bring a friends and gave me a mani-pedi certificate. Another time they were about to close and she told me she was still able to do my nails. A few days ago I got a mani&pedi deal from Groupon for this salon. The discount was not big compared to their regular prices. However I was so impressed with the interior and the cleanliness of the salon. Another thing that cached my attention was the music. They had a very well selected playlist. In many other salons there will be just the radio on or a not very appropriate background music. When I had my appointment there were two nail technicians. The ladies had a very professional look (makeup, hair, nails, nice and clean clothes). They were not talking on a foreign language in front of me, which many salons do and I just can't stand it. The massage was really nice and relaxing too. The only thing that I will not give a 5 stars was the nail polish application on my hands. I think it could be better, but I honestly didn't care that much, because of the great customer service that I received! read more
