I had an incredible first visit! This nail salon is so beautiful and huge with beautiful chandeliers and lighting. I felt very pampered. It is gorgeous in the spa. A great place to bring/have any party and impress guests. What was different is they serve drinks, too. It felt like a high end diamond resort but very affordable. Hannah was excellent. Added extra service for my hub's nails and tech had no idea what to do, didn't do it correctly, paid for services not done... My nails chipped after one day. Coming to this nail salon was not by coincidence. Henry greeted me as I walked in and was extra courteous throughout the time he welcomed me in. I ended up meeting Tom who did an AMAZING job with my nails. He did my French tip so precisely and paid attention to detail. I wanted a full set, but was not sure if I wanted acrylics or another type of nails. Henry recommended I tried the gel x nails based on what I was describing I wanted to him. I also wanted a pedicure and they told me they can do both in one! So I met this amazing lady named Maggie. She really paid attention to detail and asked me every step of the way how it was going. Also had Tina come and ask how everything was going. Tina said that they are going to be giving out alcoholic drinks complimentary. Also saw Amy and chatted with her. Such GREAT service. Worse pedicure . I understand it was their grand opening but too many things were going wrong . I selected a pedicure which included parafin and she skipped that part when she proceeded to charge me for it she was apologizing and took my polish off to redo it . The nails were not trimmed properly nor the dead skin. After coming home I saw how sloppy the polish was put on. No hot water for anyone , lady next to me got her toe nicked . I have been to Milano three times. The first experience was wonderful when I got a pedicure. Since then, I have not been pleased. The second visit I had a dip manicure. I felt like it was not clean. The manicurist did not have me wash my hands, and he did not wash his hands, and he pulled instruments from a cart that were not in a sanitized autoclave bag. I could tell the drill to remove my current dip was old and had been used on many people. I feel like those drill sand heads should be changed for every single client because they are very cheap to buy on Amazon. I raised this concern with the manicurist, but they said they don't have to use sanitized instruments on nails that are not natural nails. I tried a third visit, and on my third visit I got a no chip manicure that chipped within 3 days. That manicurist also did not wash his hands or have me wash my hands, but when I asked him to get clean instruments, he did go to the back and get me brand new instruments. I think I keep going back thinking that the inside is so nice and beautifully painted that the treatment will also be clean and sanitized, but I don't believe this is a clean salon. They take many short cuts on sanitation. Ironically, it seems cleaner to get a pedicure. My daughter had a pedicure, and they wore gloves, and they opened instruments for her pedicure. read more

First time I went for a no chip, it was great. Second time, not so much. After 3 days the polish started lifting around the edges of almost every nail. I went back and they completely redid the no chip. I appreciate that but I do not want to spend time twice in a week for nails. Also, Hannah kept asking me what I did. She soaked my nails in water the first time. Never, have I ever soaked for a no chip. I think the water is what made the polish lift. Third time, not so much either! This time, I had a guy. He was globbing the polish on. I asked him not to paint thick. He painted a lump of polish on my pinky!! He had to sand it down and do over. He also did not cover the entire sides of some nails. This no chip took over an hour and I went in with no polish on!! The lighting here is so bright white that it's difficult to pick colors. The cocktails are a nice touch but it's all cheap, not worth drinking alcohol. I am done with this place. Do not recommend. read more
