Nonetheless, both times they called back a little while later and left a voicemail, so I appreciated the reach out! They answered both times when I called them back afterwards and everything was set. Booking via phone was super easy, and they also have an online booking system as well. The spa is super clean, cute, and modern. Halina is who took care of me the entire time and I absolutely adored her! So down-to-earth, friendly, and absolutely great at her job. I got a 90-minute signature facial ($120) and it was worth every penny. I didn't even know this came with it but she also massaged my arms, shoulders, and feet! I felt so relaxed and my skin was flawlessly hydrated after. I loved every part of the facial, even the extraction (she made it as painless as possible).
